Marissa at Mission Hills
Many times during the course of our business day in Chico, we are in contact with the same people over and over again. When these people are consistently pleasant and friendly, I think they deserve a shout out. One such person is Marissa, the receptionist for Mission Hills Mortgage. Marissa is personable, friendly and professional. She answers and directs all in coming phone calls happily. I know she performs other duties, but this is the job she does when I call and I appreciate it. If you have ever made a phone call to a local Chico business only to be cut off or greeted with irritation, then you'll appreciate good service when you experience it.
