Someone should organize a roast of Steve Bertagna if this is his last term in office and invite David Guzzetti to emcee.

I say yes he should run. Nothing like a crowded field of candidates to help liven things up. I think it is a good thing for democracy when 30 or more candidates run for four seats. Splitting the vote amoung legitimate candidates opens the door for the goofball candidates. Afterall, goofballs, and we have our share in Chico, need representation too.
