I've now watched this many, many times (and cried laughing). I love the nonchalant, innocent walk up to fence, as well as the leg dance. Sure, the spastic arms are hilarious, but it took me many viewings to really appreciate the high-stepping legs.
On YouTube, this is called the "funniest 5 second video ever," and I have to say I agree.
