Why is Chico funding a high density project ( 180 people in 1.15 acres) when the infrastrcuture for wise development is lacking?
Where is the press on this? Damn, I am sure gunna miss those fish.

" In the past seven years, there have been approximately sixteen separate effluent violations of residual chlorine."
In summary, during August and September 2007, the Discharger ( City of Chico) violated the total residual chlorine effluent limitations set forth in Effluent Limitations B.1 for 637,963 gallons, and violated Discharge Prohibition A.1 for 2.486 million gallons of effluent (not properly chlorinated/dechlorinated). A total of approximately 3.124 million gallons of partially treated secondary treated effluent were discharged to the Sacramento River in violation of Board Order No. R5-2004-0073.

Now just a darn minute, why are the comment posts for "That Settles It!" shutdown? No, I don't want to grouse about Jane Dolan seeing an opportunity to supplement her income by working the RDA.
The CI challenge -- that looks like it could be the Butrint triangular fort in Albania. If I am right, don't ask me how I know. This is the internet age and I gave up surfing channels for surfing websites long ago. (And I thought my brain was already packed with odds and ends of useless information.)

I'm not a gambler, and have no knowledge of this particular area of employment, but, I would calculate the odds of this being true to be more than 100,000 to 1.

Hello all,
I'm happy to say that Mr. Glazner won several million dollars in a slot machine payout. Until the tax calculations and account transfers are completed he is remaining with the thousands of pounds of coins on the casino floor. Furthermore, the City of Chico has been negotiating with Mr. Glazner for a loan to ease the City budget problem. His only stipulation (beyond interest) is that all paychecks be delivered in plastic water bottles. We think that's doable.

Last I heard it was a marathon game of disc golf from Vegas back to Chico. They were just rounding Reno after getting stuck in Death Valley for a couple of days.
