Here are the blog page views for the top 5 Norcal blogs over the last 4 months. Post Scripts is still doing stellar, and Chico Sustainable has moved up from the low thousands. I think if bloggers post every weekday, and add some pictures, they can probably pull 3,000-5,000 page views regardless of content. People are that bored at work. Post Scripts posts so often that the Norcal Blogs listings on the ER web site and at norcalblogs.com is often a list of their posts. That probabaly bumps traffic to them. I figure that if I'm to get back into number 1 I'm going to have to post 4 Jessica Alba stories each day. I might even branch out to some Jessica Beal stories. Watch out Post Scripts, here I come. July 2009 1) Post Scripts (12,673) 2) Commission, Impossible (5,223) 3) Chico, Sustainable (3,016) 4) Planes, Trains and Automobiles (1,315) 5) Sow There! Forget the Jessicas. Post more Cupcake-like stories and you'll be in your rightful place on top of the dogpile.
Cathy,
This is just another example of how I've failed to understand my target market. I'll try to focus on "Cupcake-like" stories. I can't write anymore about Cupcake since I've sold the movie rights to the saga in exchange for controlling interest in Chico Kup.

Dang, Post Scripts is kicking blog hit butt. I guess I'll have to start following it.
I see "The Uncomfortable Truth" doesn't even register. What's up with that?
Don't you mean Watts up with that? Which by the way is at the pinnacle of blog butt kicking. Anthony's got a great story going on right now related to hacked computers and exposed emails. Very juicy.

God -- I cannot beleive you made me ready Watts' blog. . . there's 30 seconds of my life I won't ever get back. I'm sure the climate center's computer was hacked when one of the super nerds that work there got REALLY bored at work and tried to look up porn.
I would read Post Scripts but too many hyperlinks scare me. I like this blog that lets me know of fun things to do in the community if I wasn't working Saturdays :(
Drats! Yet another porn related climate science accident. I hate it when that happens.
Some of the emails Watts' references have the names of big wigs in the climate science world. They're expressing unfiltered feelings about politics and personalities. Those are priceless examples of what happens behind closed doors.
I'm guessing it'll hit national news outlets in the next day or two. Pretty cool for what was once a lowly Norcal Blog.
