Federal Judge Rules Hispanics Have A Right to Vote 6 Times In NY Election

Port Chester NY has a population of about 28,000 people, and about half of the citizens of Port Chester are Hispanic.  Yet in election after election there has yet to be even one Hispanic member of the community to get elected to any local office.  As it turns, out a vast majority of Hispanics just never get out to vote, so the whites have always dominated the elections.  So what is the cure for such a low voter turn out you may ask?  Well in most cases you would think that an increased emphasis on voter awareness along with a good get out the vote drive should help boost the number of Hispanics who vote on election day, thus increasing the chance of electing one of their own.   At least in the America I was born and raised in that is what would be done. However what happened in this situation was not even close to what should have happened.
No sir, what happened instead was not just unconstitutional, but a crime that has disenfranchised every white voter in Port Chester. In ruling upon the situation in Port Chester, Federal Judge Stephen Robinson said the fact that no Hispanics were ever elected violated the Voting Rights Act.  Thus he ruled that a remedy
suggested by some village officials called cumulative voting be put into place. What the cumulative voting system does is allow each resident in the district to vote 6 times, while hoping that a Hispanic will get elected. In doing so, Robinson rejected a government proposal that said he should break the village into
six districts, including a few that would be heavily gerrymandered to create some Hispanic districts. Isn’t it sad that even the solution offered by the government is unconstitutional?
Obviously Robinson is just another leftist, activist, judge who is helping to orchestrate a situation whereby minority rule can become a reality in America. By allowing voters to be
represented by six times their share he also sets a precedent that other Federal Judges will follow.  Get ready for Federal Judges appointed by Obama to begin changing what is and is not constitutional.  Even if this gets overturned by the Supreme Court some time down the road, the die has been cast as to how the left believes elections should be regulated.   Get ready for a slew of such rulings this November, and maybe all the way through the 2012 Presidential election.
Even more disturbing then the judges ruling, is the true numbers behind the whole reason for the ruling.  Fact is that of the 28,000 citizens counted in the latest census, only 46% were Hispanic, but of that 46% over 50% of them are illegally undocumented aliens who do not have a constitutional right to be represented in any government of the Unites States, whether it be local, state, or federal.  So maybe the reason no Hispanic has ever been elected to office would be because half the Hispanic population of Port Chester are living illegally in America!
God help us if Obama ever gets a chance to replace a conservative Supreme Court Judge, because I believe Stephen Robinson has just secured himself a spot on Obama’s short list.  Oh, the Constitution, that’s just an old piece of paper written by a bunch of white European racists.  We have the Messiah in charge now, and he and his kind are busy burning their way right through our constitution, one right at a time.
What chance do you think we can get a Federal Judge to give voters in a heavily white district to vote 6 times so that they can increase the chance of getting more whites elected to local political offices?  I won’t hold my breath for that to happen.

The judge should be tarred and feathered then hung from the gallows pole.

As it turns, out a vast majority of Hispanics just never get out to vote, so the whites have always dominated the elections.

So basically, the white population was “guilty” of voting while the Hispanic population stayed home. This sure would open up a can of worms if allowed to stand. Election results throw out because not enough minority voters went to the polls or not enough minority candidates were on the ballot.

Why not just go the next logical step and do away with the sham of elections altogether and just appoint a person of whatever ethnicity the government favors to the position? Oops, I better not give the Obama administration any ideas, they are probably already trying to figure out how to make this court decision apply in national elections.

You are correct.

In my estimation there must more than 10,000 judges on local state and federal benches all across this country that are in direct violation of their oath to uphold the constitution.

Unfortunately, there are probably more enforcement officers that willingly stand by allowing it to happen.

Look at Obama and the Democrats. Just this near alone they passed numerous bills including the HC legislation that are all in direct violation of the constitution.

We need a revolution, and if things don’t change soon, then I think you will begin to a lot of men who will not stand down anymore.

Wow, could this article be more misleading?

The judge did what the VILLAGE WANTED and used a lawful procedure that gives each voter 6 votes, not just the hispanic voters, ALL the VOTERS GET 6 VOTES, NOT JUST THE HISPANIC VOTERS.

But please don’t let the facts get in the way of your race baiting.

It was done with the express understanding that the white voters were discouraged from voting at all. The Whites knew they were not to vote, so regardless whether all could, only the Hispanics were encouraged to do so.

What the Judge did was racists, not what I wrote. Also what the judge did was unconstitutional because it disenfranchised a group of citizens for the express purpose of benefiting a certain race which is not only unconstitutional but as I stated it was also racist.

One man One vote PERIOD!! I missed the part of the Constitution that grants Federal Judges the authority to empower ANYONE of ANY race to vote more than once regardless of how the elections turn out. This judge should be Impeached.

You are absolutely correct. In California at least we have the chance to throw a few of the leftist judges who disagree with the constitution out. If you live in Ca, then here is a link that will show you what judges need to be retired. Gates Recommendations for the 2010 Election.

Thanks for the comment, and I look forward to hearing from you again.

The problem with today’s judges is they think they have the power to MAKE LAW instead of FOLLOWING the law. It’s time to weed out those that think they are above the law.

As Muerkier stated, ONE man, ONE vote. That’s the law. Problem is, some cities, counties, and states believe voter fraud is non-existent and even Mickey Mouse can vote if he wants.

I have seen so many people against the Voter ID law and I don’t understand why. In my state, they’re trying to pass it and there is opposition to it. I see nothing wrong with having to show ID to vote. It doesn’t tread on our rights, it just strengthens our right to vote and weeds out fraud. I’m all for it. I may be wrong, but I think only those running for office without much hope of winning without voter fraud is the reason.

I agree. If you need a license to drive a car, then you should need an id to vote.

Seems like a good time to get the OAG of NY State involved. This is corruption of the ugliest kind. Totally un-American, not to mention abuse of power but a judge.

You are right. It is judges like this one that Newt Gingrich was talking about when he said during the debate that, As president he would push for Congress to force Judges to answer for why they ruled the way they did.

Then if the answer id not sufficient, they would be impeached.

Of course the left is all up in arms, because they know that they have gotten 80% of their laws instituted in America via Judges like this one who legislate from the bench.
