Quotable Thoughts: Bushisms
"I'm a strong proponent of the restoration of the wetlands, for a lot of reasons. There's a practical reason, though, when it comes to hurricanes: The stronger the wetlands, the more likely the damage of the hurricane." ---George W. Bush, New Orleans, March 1, 2007
Huh!?! Ok. I guess, I mean, what do you even say to that? Is that even English? Well, everyone’s allowed a mistake or two right?
"And there is distrust in Washington. I am surprised, frankly, at the amount of distrust that exists in this town. And I'm sorry it's the case, and I'll work hard to try to elevate it." --George W. Bush, interview on National Public Radio, Jan. 29, 2007
We are surprised too George. Surprised that you weren’t aware of Americans distrust of it’s politicians, historically, stemming from the days of Nixon. Maybe you missed that day in Poly-Sci 101, was daddy bailing you out of jail? But I would like to commend you! You have succedded in your wish to elevate the amount of distrust that exists in Washington, D.C., to epic proportions. In fact, that disturst has spilled off of American soil, permeated the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, and is now effecting people in all nations. Kudos to you!
At least they give ya a little laugh!

Wow, such big nasty comments you have for the President of the United States. That one about his "daddy" bailing him out of jail really topped the scale of intellectual debate.
Perhaps you can cheer now though, as now someone will actually leave a comment on your blog. Your narcississtic ramblings of an insecure girl were interesting before, but now you've gone and went political! Too cute.
I suppose next you'll blame the president for the terrorists who hate our country and want to kill our citizens, after all, he did stand up to them and send troops to destroy their efforts. The nerve! He should have sent them a flower basket and had a friendly chat. Surely that would alleviate their sick hatred off all non islamic fascists and convince them to quit killing non-muslims all over the world.
I don't suppose it bothers you, does it, that the world is safer because of George W. Bush's actions? Perhaps you should go back to analyzing why young men who are beneath you on the dating chain would ever dare make conversation with you, leave the politics to the adults.
REPLY: We are all allowed our own opinions! At least I am open minded enough to post your view on my blog. And yes, I do appreciate every comment I get!
