ACLU (and Islamic terrorists) LOSE

You may have missed this in the news because the left never likes to publish a victory for the right... ACLU loses lawsuit. "The court is persuaded that requiring AT&T to confirm or deny whether it has disclosed large quantities of telephone records to the federal government could give adversaries of this country valuable insight into the . . .

government's intelligence activities," U.S. District Judge Matthew F. Kennelly said, thus the suit which would have given Al Qaeda the right to know... appears to be over!

The last embarrassing ACLU loss came when they sued the Minutemen for allegedly detaining and abusing an illegal alien trying to cross our border. A home video revealed there was no abuse and no detention. The illegal was simply given a souvenir tee shirt and a glass of water as the border patrol arrived to take him back to his own country.

Elsewhere the ACLU is trying to get another monument torn down, known as the Soledad Cross that has stood overlooking the veterans cemetery in San Diego since 1954. Despite huge community support to save the monument, the ACLU has been suing to get it destroyed for over 15 years. Let's hope they lose this one too, because we have a historic cross in upper park that could be next. And what about those crosses in Arlington, could they be ACLU targets too?
