To be a good Islamofacist you can’t ask too many questions or interact with moderates, just ask their spiritual leader the good Imam, he will tell you, "It's Allah's will!" (I think it's the will of the crackpots) It's really hard for western minds to comprehend how anybody could buy into this and allow himself or herself to be chained to that fanaticism until death, yet here it is and we see the results in thousands of evil plots and murders all labeled… JIHAD!

Unfortunately for humankind, this Jihad business is nothing new. Europe was almost ruined by it in the medieval times, but fortunately, at least for most of us, we learned from our mistakes and we evolved beyond chopping off heads everytime a cleric said, "God wills it!" But, today only the weapons of the Jihadists have evolved, their minds are still in the 7th century. That's why they still think it's ok to stone a women to death for an alleged marital infidelity. The closer you look at what passes for fundamentalist justice, the more bizzare it gets!

In contrast, Israeli's seem to have done pretty well in their democratic society, even though it exists right along side this fanatical non-sense. Palestinians on the other hand were caught up in a cause they could not win and theyrefuse to see what they were doing was only bringing them more death, destruction and ruin. The differences between the two and the results couldn't be more apparent.

Progress happens when a society is enlightened, people get to find their own truth and they engage others freely in cross cultural understanding. This sort of progress is a great threat to the Muslim terrorist movement because they lose control of their people! It's exactly why we see Hezbollah attacking Israel now, just rs to keep the hatred alive. They wanted to draw Israel into yet another war for the same tired old reasons that cost them so much in the past 3 wars. Only this time, there is a new twist. Hezbollah in cooperation with Iran, hoped that Lebanese civilians caught in the crossfire would become a new rallying point. They needed more victims just so they could point at Israel and say, "See what the Jews have done!" This is their delusional, self-righteous world and it gets them absolutely nowhere.

The destructon that followed Hezbollah's attacks has set them back decades and worse, it has cost them support from former allies that now try to distance themselves from this insanity. Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan have come to terms with Israel and they are better off for it. They have begun a new era of peaceful coexistence and that has led to prosperity at a time when terrorism has only been keeping their people miserable and broke.

Terrorism is a lost cause because the hate that feeds and motivates it, eventually consumes itself, like a raging fire with no forest left to burn. The course of action should be obvious, peace...it's the way forward, but then I live in the west and I can think for myself...and that’s a big advantage over those who want to convert or kill me. I doubt any of them will ever read what I have just written, but if they ever do, they will at least know peace is not just another option...IT IS THE ANSWER.
