What Happened to our Grit?
If people don't know about our history, then they can't understand it. If they don't understand it, they can't appreciate it. If they don't appreciate it, they won't defend and preserve it. It's just that simple. Don't believe me? Then ask one of the 50 million illegals here to name a signer on the Declaration of Independance or ask an inner city drop out to explain the Bill of Rights. They won't know the answers because they don't care, it means nothing to them This is why some Americans are wondering what happened to our grit?

Frightening that these people do not know our history. Frightening that many vote and movement is afoot to enable more. Frightening that revisionists in our education system think the signers of the Declaration are a bunch of "old white men". Many were actually pretty young, all put their heads in a noose by signing and most are being removed from American history books.
