to Knight Usama Bin Laden--FOX News, by Staff
An outraged Pakistani lawmaker is demanding that Britain's Queen Elizabeth II bestow the title ''Sir'' on the world's most wanted terrorist, Usama bin Laden, claiming it's only fair since she's done the same for the Muslim world's most hated author, Salman Rushdie. ''Muslims should confer the 'Sir' title and all other awards on bin Laden and [Taliban leader] Mullah Omar in reply to Britain's shameful decision to knight Rushdie''

Let's see a guy writes a book that offends Muslims and another guy coordinates the deaths of over 3000 people. This is supposed to be a moral equivalent in the eyes of Pakistani's?
This is the kind of BS that undermines the credibility of Muslims. Who could take such people seriously? Not me, thats for sure.
As that Arab lady said on Memri TV (see link on PS) about her own people, this is not a culture class, it is a clash between the modern world and barbaric people still in the 15th century.
On second thought, yes, I would like to Knight Bin Laden...I get to do it with a big sharp sword while he kneels before me right? Yeah, that sounds good. I'll knight him with more enthusiasm than anyone has ever knighted anyone else before! Ssswack... Chop... Whack... Slice... Ssswoosh... Zing...Pow... Hack...Smack... (the knighting would last for hours)

Wow, I just noticed something else:

I just now noticed that this is a phrase made popular by liberals the world over...NO, I'm not calling liberals terrorists, or barbaric but I can't help noticing the equivilent thought pattern.

Liberals are terrorists. Thats my moral equivilent and I have more basis in fact for saying that than they do asking for Osam to be Knighted!
