"Bonjour, you cheese-eating surrender monkeys"

Homer Simpson.jpgMatt Groening’s famous line will join the musings of other famous writers and humorists in the latest edition of the Oxford Dictionary of Modern Quotations. The phrase, as most no doubt know, was uttered by the Scottish caretaker Willie from the popular cartoon series, The Simpsons. Also included in the weighty tome are the following Groening gems:

“Kids, you tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson is never try.”...and...

“Kids are the best, Apu. You can teach them to hate the things you hate. And they practically raise themselves, what with the internet and all.”
