Terrorism works only as long as you have targets, but when you've run out of targets and killed everybody that ever stood in your way and there is nobody left to kill, then your great victory is complete. Game over and now you are all alone...D'oh!

The best way to end the war is mass suicide.
Hey, it's the liberal/progressive answer...they just want it to be sloooooow, irritating, heartbreaking and painful. That's much better than letting professionals take on the bullies.
