Latest Polling On Hillary & Rev. Wright
Posted by Jack
On the national scene Hillary Clinton has narrowed the margin to just 2 percentage points, where only recently Obama led her by 10. However, polls also show that democrats are becoming less enchanted with either candidate as they continue to launch salvos at each other leading to mutual destruction.
In North Carolina - Mason Dixon Polling for WRAL conducted the North Carolina poll between 28-29 April. The poll showed Obama leading Clinton with 49% to 42% democratic vote. With MoE = 4.9%, the poll gave Obama just 7 % points’ lead over Clinton.
The damage is being done to Obama by his former pastor the Reverend Wright. This last week the Rev. Wright had these pearls to say to America..."What we are doing is the same thing al-Qa’ida is doing under a different color flag, calling on the name of a different god, to sanction and approve our murder and our mayhem!...
You cannot do terrorism on other people and expect it never to come back on you...
Remember, it was soldiers of the 3rd Marine Regiment of Rome who had fun with Jesus, who was mistreated as a prisoner of war, an enemy of the occupying army stationed in Jerusalem, to ensure the mopping up action of Operation Israeli Freedom...
The government lied about inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color...
Louis Farrakhan is not my enemy. He did not put me in chains, he did not put me in slavery, and he didn’t make me this color.”
Rev. Wright God...I've got a news flash for you, God made you that color, is God therefore your enemy because you hate your color? This is what it sounds like to me! And lets be clear, just when were you in slavery Rev. Wright? No, the Marine Corps doesn't count. And who told you, who gave you the undeniable truth and evidence the government invented HIV? Where is this evidence? Because without any facts or evidence such an outrageous claim makes you look like a kook. Rev. Wright you sir are divisive and pushing your biggoted message of black victimization by white America will destroy Barrack Obama. Maybe there will be justice in that too, because Barrack Obama and his wife seem to have bought into your the black victimizing and absurd rhetoric because they stayed with you for all these years. There had to be something in your message that resonated with them and that has America worried about this Presidential candidate.

The good pastor also conveniently ignores the fact that dark skinned brothers sold those people into slavery. Where is his outrage over that?

It should also be noted that being angry at the United States of America because of slavery is rather off the mark. During most of the slavery period in what is now called America, there was no United States. The land was settled by colonists, who were British citizens until they revolted. The USA was not an independent country with a working constitution and the authority to pass laws until after 1800. One of the very first laws passed was a law prohibiting the importation of African slaves to the USA. It took a while longer to outlaw slavery entirely, but the USA was the first to do it in world history.

What bothers me is Rev. Wright says these things, but he offers no proof. When he is confronted about these claims he ducts the answers and changes the subject. He is clever, but I see what he is doing.

Taken from a story done by Larry Elder.
In 1911, former slave Booker T. Washington prophetically wrote about "black leaders" like Cleaver, Jackson and Sharpton: "There is (a) class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. … There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public."
