World Leaders - A Question

Posted by Jack

How many nations in all of Western and Eastern Europe have had a black President or black political leaders in, oh, say the last 1000 years? How many countries in South America or Southeast Asia have elected black leaders in the last few hundred years? How about just naming any black political leader that has faced a runoff in election in these places and just for fun you can toss in Canada, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Azores, the Falklands, Iceland, Mexico, South America or anywhere outside of sub-Sahara Africa?

So, it seems to me that only here, in this rotten country that Rev. Wright calls the US of KKK of A, that [we] are so open, fair and tolerant that [we] have a black leader in contention for the highest elected office in the land and lets not forget he's not the first either. He's also one of many black leaders that have risen to great prominence and power here and has shaped our American history. Now doesn't that speak volumes about us?
