Lois Lerner Lawyer Present When Hillary Clinton Emails Were Altered

Posted by Tina

Most of us are fully aware of Hillary Clinton’s trust issues. New information will only add to her bad reputation. There’s evidence that several emails with content regarding the Benghazi terror attack were altered before being released to Congress:

The changes, which came to light after the first tranche of 296 Benghazi emails was released in May, was confirmed by two sources-one congressional, the other intelligence. The four emails originally were marked classified after a review by career officials at the State Department. But after a second review by the department’s legal office, the designation was switched to “B5”-also known as “deliberative process,” which refers to internal deliberations by the Executive Branch. Such discussions are exempt from public release. The B5 coding has the effect, according to a congressional source, of dropping the email content “down a deep black hole.”

One of the lawyers present during the review by State’s legal office was government attorney Catherine Duval, who was a key player in the controversy surrounding ex-IRS official Lois Lerner’s missing emails related to the investigation of the agency’s targeting of conservative groups.

Duval, who is now spearheading the release of materials related to the 2012 attack in Benghazi, formerly worked for the same law firm as the Clintons’ private attorney David Kendall.

Hillary and her cadre of close supporters are covert and underhanded. Hillary is unethical and wins against accusations by playing dumb, by http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest/2015/05/19/hillary_clinton_state_department_email_release_judge_rejects_government.html”>running the clock out, and by sending out bull dogs to attack anyone who questions her lawless or unethical activities.

Hillary Clinton has no respect for the legal process should never hold public office again…there’s a good chance she should be in jail. But we need an independent special prosecutor to determine the extent of Clinton’s misdeeds and that doesn’t seem likely to happen in a time frame that would matter in the election given the radical Justice Department under Obama. The only power left to Americans is the power of the people to reject such unethical people from holding positions of power.

The clear facts are she broke the law and should be held accountable.

    Hillary’s Emails and the Law:

“It is a crime—obstruction of justice—to destroy even one message to prevent it from being subpoenaed.

The fact that Hillary Clinton exclusively used a private server in her home, rather than a secure government server, to send emails during her four years as secretary of state has raised many questions. She now says that it was a mistake but also emphasizes that she broke no law. News reports typically describe her offense as not following “policy.”

Whether or not Mrs. Clinton violated a State Department rule, her admitted destruction of more than 30,000 emails sure looks like obstruction of justice—a serious violation of the criminal law. Let’s consider some of the basic, undisputed facts, and then the law.”

Peggy she violated the rules that govern all of our public “servants” in leadership. The storage of the official record of the business of government departments and offices is required. Nobody gets to play around with the official record Just ask Sandy Berger! Even the most mundane memo falls into this category. Hillary claims she was the government official that decided which of her records the government would store. Not acceptable! No public servant should be in charge of his record…evah! How do the citizens who pay their exhorbitant salaries and perks hold them accountable if their records can so easily be secretly stashed away or destroyed?

Hillary is a sneaky, underhanded, crook if you ask me.

  3. J. Soden says:

Slow Lerner is up to 3 email accounts now, according to the Washington Times today (Wednesday). Newest account name not revealed yet.
Seems private emails or bogus emails is standard operating procedure in the Obumble admin. And since it’s so widespread, the idea that the white house was “unaware” is 100% bogus.

  4. Pie Guevara says:

Will Hillary be held accountable? Certainty no underling in the Obama administration will do so, they will just pose as doing so.

Hillary Clinton (and her significant other BJ) are unindicted criminals. So is Lois Lerner, and so are a plethora in the O-admin.

  5. Dewey says:

If there is 1 incident that is illegal in the emails one thing is for sure The GP would produce an indictment. So are you saying Trey Gowdy is incompetent? The GOP incompetent?

Behind bars? Let us pen up the case on the GW Admin shall we, can we see all the deleted GW /Cheney emails? Can we have an investigation on that?

Come on this witch hunt is all the GOP has? Not voting for Hilliary but do have to say this is an old tired playbook.

What about the 4500 dead American Soldiers in the GW wars? Do they matter or the fact it is documented those wars were on a lie.

Now for email issues the GOP is always politically correct right?

On Sept. 18, 2002, CIA director George Tenet briefed President Bush in the Oval Office on top-secret intelligence that Saddam Hussein did not have weapons of mass destruction……. does that matter?

Does it matter Benghazi was the CIA supplying weapons to the rebels? Or that ISIs is using those weapons? Or that MCCain has a pic taken with these rebels?

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/10218288/CIA-running-arms-smuggling-team-in-Benghazi-when-consulate-was-attacked.html

or is it just rah rah Republicans are the best thing since sliced bread!

The GOP had cleared the Benghazi deal. Why not talk about how good your candidates are on the issues instead of all this junk?

I mean The Gop wants to get rid of Social Security. Explain the glory in that!

Get rid of the Department of Education the Epa ect ect. Get rid of Min wage, sell off the national parks which taxpayers have paid for to billionaires just be proud of your platform ad promote it.

Explain why Obamatrade is so great the GOP wants to fast track it. I mean so much real stuff to talk about

    enough benghazzzzziiiii Irs!

  6. Tina says:

Dewey neither of these cases has been “cleared.” Evidence is still pouring in from unexpected sources and the information is ever more da*ning. Whatever can be found that is criminal needs to be prosecuted and the investigation should continue until we do know what went on.

Why are you not screaming for cooperation from the accused and suspected parties?

You are such a phony, posing as an independent thinker!

You also need to stop misleading people and lying about what the GOP intends to do. You don’t have a clue, nor do you understand the reasoning behind what’s intended which is greater freedom and opportunity for every American. More power in the hands of the people.

You yammer on about all the people in both parties being crooked and then defend big government…that’s nuts! Do you imagine that another set of people would do any different than what’s been done over seventy plus years through the Democrat Party platform? Nuttier still.

More harm has come to ordinary people under the Obama/Reid/Pelosi/Hillary, Holder, Lerner administration than any administration since the Great Depression. And the wealthy have never had it so good.

    Progressives Today:

    .

“Obama constantly proclaims himself the champion of the middle class. But that is just more Saul Alinsky strategy, enact socialism while proclaiming you are doing it for the middle class (which is actually getting taken),” Ferrara wrote.

“During the last 5 years, real median household income has declined nearly 9%, from $54,489 at the end of 2007, to $50,020 at the beginning of 2012. That was the most precipitous plunge on record, with a greater fall after the recession ended than before, which is unprecedented in American history.”

Obamanomics also created record levels of poverty and government dependency in America.

“Over the last 5 years, the number in poverty has increased by nearly 31%, to 49.7 million, with the poverty rate climbing over 30% to 16.1%,” Ferarra wrote. “Obama has also been the food stamp President, with the number on food stamps increasing during his Administration to an all time record high of 47.7 million, up 80% over the past 5 years.”

Ferrara noted that economists are continuing to prepare for the worst, because “the supposedly progressive Obama is leading us back into a historical reenactment of the 1930s.”

Obama’s plan of action seems to be massive government spending, backed by rhetoric about income inequality that his policies have only made worse.

“Federal spending has increased by 41% over the last 5 years, with total government spending at all levels increasing by nearly 27%, to an all time high of $6.2 trillion,” Ferarra wrote.

Census Bureau data shows income inequality has increased every year under the current president, while it remained flat during the eight years President Bush was in office.

“Inequality is increasing under Obama because the incomes of the top 20% of income earners are increasing, while the incomes for everyone else have been declining,” Ferrara noted. “That is right, Progressives, what all your huffing and puffing has achieved is the rich getting richer, and the poor getting poorer.”

Obama proclaimed during his second inaugural address that “our country cannot succeed when a shrinking few do very well and a growing many barely make it,” but it’s clear by now that his economic policies run contrary to his comments.

“Real median household income, reflecting the incomes of the middle class, has declined throughout Obama’s Presidency, totaling a loss by now of one month’s income a year,” Ferarra pointed out.

“Congratulations, Progressives. You have proven the truth of Winston Churchill’s observations, ‘The great vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings. The great virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of misery’ …”

Altering government documents is a very big deal. Any comment on that?

Miss Tina, You yammer rinse and repeat the GOP Machine Propaganda daily.

The committee’s have found no wrong doing over and over, frankly The new committee is the first real one the rest were political witch hunts.

I say any Politician who has broken the law needs to go down. Do you? You have not a clue on any facts. Fox news and Breibart are not the source of all truth they are part of the GOP Machine.

So let’s take GW and Cheney Admin to court. WHy do you protect them?

Back in the Reagan Days we still prosecuted. In fact you remember the Reagan Admin was the most corrupt in American History. More in that admin were put on trail while in office than any other admin in history.

The GOP Platform is clear, written and they all just had to sign a pledge to conform.

Social Security is against the conservative doctrine and it is to go. Even JEB just slipped and said “It’s time we phase out social security”

Tina who is the fool? You have no clue what the platform is evidently. It is in writing.

But as I said instead of this jibber jabber let us debate it. Do you even remember GW Bush using his “Political Capital” trying to privatize Social Security? it would be gone and you would not be getting a check. 2008 crash would have ended it.

Like I said be proud of your platform, Stop Hiding the truth.

blah blah blah on Benghazi, again do you care about the 4500 dead on a war created on a LIE on purpose?

Until we prosecute every corrupt Politician we will never be free

Newly declassified documents published at the National Security Archive prove beyond all reasonable doubt that the Bush administration planned to topple Saddam Hussein and invade Iraq as early as January, 2001, and were making strategic plans and resource allocations as early as November, 2001.

    http://crooksandliars.com/karoli/new-documents-show-bush-administration-plan

Can we Please Prosecute GW Bush Admin and say we are sorry yet?

Yet GOP wants another Bush in Office with the same foreign policy advisers who did this? Conservatives left us 2 unpaid wars and a loss of 750,000 jobs a month and you are trying to say conservative policies are the end all?

Really Now? No more Bush’s and No More Clinton’s is what I say!

Maybe you should read the definition of Freedom again it’s not being ruled by corporations.

The original Tea Party was rebellion against the East Indian Tea Company. This Tea Party s the exact opposite. I’ll take rule by a gov of the people over ruled by the Oligarch’s and their corporations. Fascism is not freedom.

You repeat so much brainwash it is incredible. Obama? He drank the corporate Kool aid, Again why do you support Obamatrade? TPP?

Federal Spending? WAR, Corporate Subsidies? Ready to stop the spending yet? Military is the biggest wasted spending hole we have! Why do we subsidize Billionaires?

Stop your mean know it all banter and have a discussion for a change.

    • Post Scripts says:

Dewey, you dismiss the republican platform, but do you really know what it is?

Here is a small sample from part II. Job Creation: Getting Americans Back to Work

The best jobs program is economic growth. We do not offer yet another made-in-Washington package of subsidies and spending to create temporary or artificial jobs. We want much more than that. We want a roaring job market to match a roaring economy. Instead, what this Administration has given us is 42 consecutive months of unemployment above 8 percent, the longest period of high unemployment since the Great Depression. Republicans will pursue free market policies that are the surest way to boost employment and create job growth and economic prosperity for all.

In all the sections that follow, as well as elsewhere in this platform, we explain what must be done to achieve that goal. The tax system must be simplified. Government spending and regulation must be reined in. American companies must be more competitive in the world market, and we must be aggressive in promoting U.S. products abroad and securing open markets for them. A federal-State-private partnership must invest in the nation’s infrastructure: roads, bridges, airports, ports, and water systems, among others. Federal training programs have to be overhauled and made relevant for the workplace of the twenty-first century. Potential employers need certainty and predictability for their hiring decisions, and the team of a Republican President and Congress will create the confidence that will get Americans back to work.

      Small Business and Entrepreneurship (Top)

America’s small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy, employing tens of millions of workers. Small businesses create the vast majority of jobs, patents, and U.S. exporters. Under the current Administration, we have the lowest rate of business startups in thirty years. Small businesses are the leaders in the world’s advances in technology and innovation, and we pledge to strengthen that role and foster small business entrepreneurship.

While small businesses have significantly contributed to the nation’s economic growth, our government has failed to meet its small business goals year after year and failed to overcome burdensome regulatory, contracting, and capital barriers. This impedes their growth.

We will reform the tax code to allow businesses to generate enough capital to grow and create jobs for our families, friends and neighbors all across America. We will encourage investments in small businesses. We will create an environment where adequate financing and credit are available to spur manufacturing and expansion. We will serve as aggressive advocates for small businesses.” end

      What’s wrong with that?

      • Post Scripts says:

Dewey, the manager of OMB said, “Donovan, speaking on NPR Monday morning, pointed to the Department of Treasury analysis, which shows that between a quarter and one-third of families in the $50,000 to $75,000 income range would see a tax change. Their taxes would be lowered by between $450 and $570, on average.” Hmmm…no $3500 savings. Anyone in the middle income class that was a single filer saw any tax break. B.O. sneaky verbage was “tax cuts for families”, but even then it didn’t happen as advertised.

    • Post Scripts says:

Dewey…. do you believe this part of the democrats platform for the same period as the GOP’s shown below? Middle Class Tax Cuts. President Obama and Democrats in Congress cut taxes for every working family, putting more money in the pockets of Americans who need it most. A typical family has saved $3,600 during his first term. Now he’s fighting to stop middle class families and those aspiring to join the middle class from seeing their taxes go up and to extend key tax relief for working families and those paying for college, while asking the wealthiest and corporations to pay their fair share. That is why we will always vigorously oppose the type of tax reform supported by Mitt Romney, which independent experts have found would require raising taxes on typical families with children by at least $2,000 if it were paid for. At the same time, Mitt Romney’s plan would cut taxes for those making over $3 million by an average of $250,000 and would create incentives that will lead to hundreds of thousands of jobs going overseas at the expense of American workers.

  8. Tina says:

Dewey: “You yammer rinse and repeat the GOP Machine Propaganda daily.”

Actually I very rarely write about the GOP. I write about conservative values and herald those on either side of the aisle when they support those values.

“So let’s take GW and Cheney Admin to court.”

Eight years of attacks, accusations, and investigations yielded nothing; it wasn’t for want of trying. You might consider the so-called charges are/were bogus.

“…the Bush administration planned to topple Saddam Hussein and invade Iraq as early as January, 2001, and were making strategic plans and resource allocations as early as November, 2001.”

What’s wrong with your thinking? There is nothing illegal about “plans”.

In fact, I the CIA always has many plans that any president or Congress might consider. We’ve discussed this before, remember?

For instance in Oct 1998 Bill Clinton signed bill HR4655 into law:

HR4655 – “…Expresses the sense of the Congress that once the Saddam Hussein regime is removed from power in Iraq, the United States should support Iraq’s transition to democracy by providing humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people and democracy transition assistance to Iraqi parties and movements with democratic goals…”

That was before 911 of course! But that, and the Democrat position about WMD might explain why Democrats voted to authorize going to war in Iraq:

Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq (AUMF): Final vote

This resolution is the most significant vote on Iraq taken in the House, as it officially gave President Bush the right to, “use the armed forces of the United States as he determines necessary and appropriate in order to defend the national security of the United States against the continuing threat posed by Iraq.” He would need no further authority to deploy troops, order airstrikes and wage a ground war with Iraq. While the bill passed decisively, many Democrats and a handful of Republicans opposed it. Some argued that Saddam Hussein was not an imminent threat to the United States, some stressed that only Congress has the right to declare war, and others argued that only a mandate from the United Nations would justify military action in Iraq

The phony Democrat attack on Bush and Cheney with help from their allies in the media and Hollywood was bogus from the start.

You don’t seek truth, Dewey, and that’s a shame.

“Conservatives left us 2 unpaid wars…”

No Dewey, Democrats and Republicans CHOSE to go to war. Congress gave Bush a green light to do “whatever it takes” to pursue that war. Bush followed through on the Clinton plan to take out Saddam and establish a democratic government in his place as part of the overall plan to defeat the terrorists. He said we would take the fight to them.

911 was the game changer. The Clinton plan to take out Saddam served as a basis in the fight to destroy Al Qaeda and other terror organizations. Unfortunately the next President (obama) thought he was smarter than everyone else and chose not to follow through with that plan, calling the Iraq war “stupid.”

Whats stupid is throwing away the blood and treasure spent in Iraq. What’s stupid is the rise of ISIS and other related organizations. What’s stupid is the brutal murders done for the camera by ISIS. What’s stupid is the millions of churches and artifacts being destroyed by ISIS. What’s stupid is the millions of refugees that feel they must flee because it is so brutally dangerous now. Whats stupid is the millions Obama has spent to wage war without any gain!

And you, Dewey, are acting quite stupid when you come here and pretend to know so much…you obviously know very little.

    “…and a loss of 750,000 jobs a month…”

A robust recovery would have changed that…we didn’t get it under Obama’s high tax and regulation policies.

Recovery from the recession occurred in 2009. Since then Obama has overseen the worst recovery from a recession since WWII.

Job losses continued throughout the first eight months of the recovery. Payrolls have increased for the past thirty-four consecutive months, adding 6.1 million jobs to the economy. However, there are still 2 million fewer Americans on nonfarm payrolls than there were at the start of 2008.

Nearly 1/3 of working age Americans are not working under Obama. The jobs created under his watch don’t even keep up with the demand for jobs from new entries into the work force…no wonder, GDP (growth) has been dismal every single quarter since the recovery with one of the more recent in the negative!!!

“Blah blah blah…lefty crap…blah blah blah”

Mistakes are made in every administration. There’s a difference between a mistake and a breach of ethics and the law. I would stack the Reagan and Bush records against the likes of either one of the Clintons or Obama any day of the week.

And don’t preach to me about spending… Democrats wrote the book! You know the party you never criticize and constantly defend?

My position is limited government at the federal level…that would eliminate all kids of spending. People would actually have to rely on themselves and their local governments…wow what a concept!”

Do you remember anything? You make the same stupid charges over and over again, always without back it up.

I’m hitting the sack and none too soon.
