A Muslim convert who was training to teach math has been found guilty of not telling police her husband left to join ISIS after being accused of planning to take her three children to Syria.
Lorna Moore was convicted after it emerged her supply teacher husband Sajid Aslam, 34, left the country to try and join the terror group in August 2014.
The 33-year-old, who had a Protestant upbringing in Northern Ireland, had been one of a number of British Muslims from Walsall, West Midlands – including two pregnant women – accused of wanting to travel to the war zone.
She was found guilty of failing to tell authorities Aslam left to fight for ISIS today after a trial at the Old Bailey.
The court heard that at the time of Aslam’s departure Moore, who met her husband at Manchester Metropolitan University, had taken the rest of the family on a Butlins holiday in Skegness.
She then booked flights to Palma, Majorca, and was due to travel in November last year. She also started to make plans to rent out her home.
The prosecution alleged the tickets were a plan to get her children – including one who was just 11 months old at the time – to Syria.
Do you find this story almost too preposterous to be true? Here is an educated young woman, a person who could be your child’s teacher and she hooks up with radical muslim and then wants to take her children off to Syria to be with ISIS? What a complete and total fool. The woman should be locked away in a mental institution until her confusion over right and wrong is re-established.
PS Intelligence information indicates that ISIS is planning a major attack inside the USA soon. France believes this will be a chemical attack. Meanwhile most Americans are fixated on the elections and have all but forgotten about ISIS. But, ISIS hasn’t forgotten about us. Stay tuned and as soon as I can get more on this unfolding story I will present it.
She should have her children put in protective custody and then she should be shipped to an ISIS stronghold in Syria where she can be put to work as a sex slave.
I’m reminded of the 1991 movie with Sallie Field about a custody battle between an American woman and her Iranian husband…what a nightmare. The real woman, Betty Mahmoody ended up trapped in Iran and desperate to get herself and her daughter out.
I can’t imagine what possesses women. Are they so profoundly unaware of what goes on in other countries? Do they give any thought at all to how their choice will affect their future children? Or themselves?

The story is based on the woman’s own experience but it’s just her “version.”
It’s incredible how selective a “version” can be when it comes to the PC left.
Lorna Moore is probably someone well indoctrinated in PC and you’re right, Jack, she needs serious training/retraining about right and wrong.
Are these women idiots or simply dumb? Who will marry a person from the sinister cult? These women must be flogged and brain washed so that they come to their senses.
