Happy Father’s Day

To all you Dad’s, happy father’s day.  I’m hoping you all did a good job and your adult children have grown up to an asset to society.  If you have little one’s, I hope you will guide them well so that they might grow up to be good citizens.

If you have merely created kids with some woman, only to bail on them… then greeting withdrawn.  You are not a father.  Otherwise have a nice day!

    What a great story RHT447.

It reminds me of some of the projects my grandson came up with through the years, he too thought like an architect. One time I suggested the kids draw a house and after they’d been working for a bit his older sister and I were looking at each other trying to figure out what J was drawing when he said, “Hey grandma show me how to get the walls to come up.” We talked about the paper being two dimensional and then I showed him how to make train tracks seem disappear into the distance and how to make it seem like a building had shape on paper. He was about three and a half.

Kids are really something when we take the time to let them amaze us.
