UN Invites BLM to Debate on Human Rights, Cites US “Structural and Institutional Racism”

I don’t know about you but as a people loving white person, and as an American firmly in support of equal rights, I’m getting damn tired of being accused of racism. I’m fed up with racism being used as an excuse for every criminal and his disgusting and violent acts. I’m fed up with police officers arbitrarily being targeted as racist when the facts belie such specious charges. I’m fed up that after fifty years of accommodation, set asides, preferential treatment, and clear messaging to our children the radical militant left has chosen to insist that “structural and institutional racism” exists in America. I deeply resent the portrait of America that is being painted by racist thugs and the left leaders that support them. CNS News:

The United Nations has invited a Black Lives Matter activist to participate in a high-level debate in New York on human rights, with a particular focus on “combatting discrimination and inequalities.”

The two-day U.N. event Tuesday and Wednesday comes amid tensions over last week’s police shootings of two black men in Minnesota and Louisiana, and the killing by a gunman of five police officers during a Black Lives Matter protest march in Dallas.

The following are quotes from some who participate in UN civil rights inquiries:

Last February, three members of the “people of African descent” working group, including Sunga and Mendes-France, carried out a fact-finding visit to the U.S.

It ended with strong criticism, directed among other things at what they called “the alarming levels of police brutality and excessive use of lethal force by law enforcement officials committed with impunity.”

“Contemporary police killings and the trauma it creates are reminiscent of the racial terror lynching of the past,” the trio said a statement, which elsewhere called for reparations for slavery.

“The colonial history, the legacy of enslavement, racial subordination and segregation, racial terrorism, and racial inequality in the U.S. remains a serious challenge as there has been no real commitment to reparations and to truth and reconciliation for people of African descent,” they said.

“The dangerous ideology of white supremacy inhibits social cohesion amongst the U.S. population.”

The trio’s report on the fact-finding visit is due to be delivered to the U.N. Human Rights Council in September.

The “working group of experts on people of African descent” was established by the U.N. after the World Conference against Racism held in Durban, South Africa in 2001.

The Bush administration withdrew from the Durban conference partway through, amid controversy over demands for slavery reparations and a campaign to label Israel an apartheid state.

I assert these elitists busybodies have an agenda that goes beyond their tainted observations. The radical left’s war on whites and on America, has now moved beyond our borders. The UN has draped it’s message in a sugary pretense of human rights. Makes my skin crawl. You and I have power as individuals only as long as these elitist bodies are kept at bay. As soon as we accept their authority to determine we have a problem with “dangerous ideology of white supremacy” in America we have lost our freedom and power as individuals under our constitution…rights go out the window.

Keep in mind, many of those who participate in these little committees come from nations whose human rights abuses are atrocious…this is disgusting!

I wonder, will BLM members gather outside the UN meeting and chant for the death of police officers?

“What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want them? Now!”

“Pigs In A Blanket, Fry ‘Em Like Bacon.”

  2. J. Soden says:

An accusation of one being racist is the first cry of the Left when they can’t argue rationally. And therefore, the term has lost much of its meaning.
Doesn’t matter whether one is black, white, green or striped, it’s their ACTIONS that count. And blocking freeways, chanting, throwing rocks and bottles as the Black LIES Matter crowd is wont to do does not advance their message.
And being invited to the UN – a group that is ripe with corruption and can’t even stand an audit – is no achievement.
