Clinton Email Connection to Iranian Execution of Scientist?

Is Hillary Clinton responsible in the execution of an Iranian scientist, Shahram Amiri? You decide.

The Iranians confirmed today the execution for treason of “…an Iranian nuclear scientist who gave the U.S. intelligence about the country’s contested nuclear program.” That’s the “official story” out of Tehran. This news follows the release of Iranian held hostages occurring at the same time laundered US dollars were delivered to Iran in an unmarked plane in the dead of night.

[Shahram] Amiri, who worked for a university affiliated to Iran’s defense ministry, vanished in 2009 while on a religious pilgrimage to Muslim holy sites in Saudi Arabia, only to reappear a year later in a set of online videos filmed in the U.S. He then walked into the Iranian interests section at the Pakistani Embassy in Washington and demanded to be sent home, returning to a hero’s welcome in Tehran.

In interviews, Amiri described being kidnapped and held against his will by Saudi and American spies, while U.S. officials said he was to receive millions of dollars for his help in understanding Iran’s contested nuclear program. Now, a year after his country agreed to a landmark accord to limit uranium enrichment in exchange for the lifting of economic sanctions, he has reportedly been hanged without any official word on his case.

Today there is news that verifies for me a pattern of deceit, carelessness, inept foreign policy strategy, reckless administrative and executive leadership, and corruption. Hillary’s emails are said to contain conversations about Shahram Amiri:

Hillary Clinton recklessly discussed, in emails hosted on her private server, an Iranian nuclear scientist who was executed by Iran for treason, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., said Sunday.

“I’m not going to comment on what he may or may not have done for the United States government, but in the emails that were on Hillary Clinton’s private server, there were conversations among her senior advisors about this gentleman,” he said on “Face the Nation.” Cotton was speaking about Shahram Amiri, who gave information to the U.S. about Iran’s nuclear program.

The senator said this lapse proves she is not capable of keeping the country safe.

“That goes to show just how reckless and careless her decision was to put that kind of highly classified information on a private server. And I think her judgment is not suited to keep this country safe,” he said.

Is there no one left in the Democrat Party with the guts to say enough! (See the next story on Post Scripts before you decide)

What drove them to give it to her in the first place? The case for prosecution was plainly made.

Was the content of those emails so sensitive they couldn’t afford a trial where information might be exposed?

Our elected officials, even those who investigated Benghazi and other matters, always seem to come up against a wall. The truth does not come out. there is no resolution. The entire collective in DC has been strange from day 1 of Obama’s era. It was always squirrely but now its almost scared…and certainly hog tied. Something is going on. We ma never know…maybe our kids or grand kids will.
