Tillerson asked to Investgate Millions of Taxpayer Dollars Granted to Groups Funded by Billionaire George Soros – Suspected Interference in Elections of US Allies

Posted by Tina

Why is the US government spending tax dollars to fund left-wing groups involved in politics in other countries? That’s exactly what several of our Senators have asked of Secretary Tillerson. According to information obtained by Judicial Watch, “…between 2012 and 2015, left-wing groups directed by Soros were awarded $5 million for activities in Macedonia by USAID. A further $9.5 million has been earmarked for projects by Soros groups in Macedonia for the period 2016-2021.” Macedonia is a nation of only 2 million people…why so much cash and where exactly did the money go?

The Daily Signal reports:

The specific concern raised by Sens. Mike Lee, R-Utah; Jim Inhofe, R-Okla.; Thom Tillis, R-N.C.; Ted Cruz, R-Texas; David Perdue, R-Ga.; and Bill Cassidy, R-La.; is the influence exerted by Soros on the political process of Macedonia, a problem that has been flagged by Macedonia’s conservative government and investigative media alike. …

… The six senators’ letter calls on the secretary of state to ” … investigate all funds associated with promoting democracy and governance and review the programs, accounts, and multiplicity of U.S. entities involved in such activities.”

The letter continues, “We must … review how all our tax dollars are being utilized in order to halt activities that are fomenting political unrest, disrespecting national sovereignty and civil society, and ultimately undermine our attempts to build beneficial international relationships.”

Soros is a multi-billionaire who sees himself as a political heavyweight on the world stage. His non-profit “open borders foundations” appear to be “on a mission to destroy national sovereignty.” (Reported at Discover the Networks) The American Spectator reported just four days ago that Macedonians want Soros and USAID to “go away.”

Collusion between the Hungarian-American billionaire and the U.S. against Macedonia’s national interest is outlined on the website, StopSoros.mk, launched in late January by journalists in Skopje, the capital city and, incidentally, birthplace of Mother Teresa.

Over the last three weeks, inspired by the Trump Revolution, tens of thousands of Macedonians have held peaceful rallies for national unity, an end to chaos-creating Soros/USAID largess, and the removal of the U.S. Ambassador. One of the most common posters is a black and white, “No Soros Government.”

I suspect we will find a misuse of US taxpayer funds at the end of this tunnel. Clean out the swamp… and all of it’s extra curricular Swamp Creatures.

AH the battle of Koch VS Soros…. Kick them all out!

It is sad the Dems and Reps protect their Billionaires while they rob us blind.

  2. Tina says:

Dewey the Koch brothers run companies, create jobs, and contribute to our country. They use their own money to influence politics, which is their constitutional right as citizens of this country. They do not have an agenda to form a global government or create restraints on your life. They simply believe in limiting the federal government so that our citizens are free to pursue happiness within the boundaries of the law. They are transparent about their contributions to libertarian causes.

Hedge Fund manager George Soros is operating for a much different purpose. He has a global agenda and uses his money covertly, by donating to so-called non-profits to carry out his global designs…which include undermining the sovereignty of nations (In America that means our freedom and individual rights). He spreads his money to organizations that interfere in foreign elections. He is the ultimate in narcissists…believes he’s a god. A quote from a Los Angeles Times interview six years ago:

“I fancied myself as some kind of god …” he once wrote. “If truth be known, I carried some rather potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble.”

When asked by Britain’s Independent newspaper to elaborate on that passage, Soros said, “It is a sort of disease when you consider yourself some kind of god, the creator of everything, but I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out.”

The Kochs and Soros stand opposed to each other…one want absolute control in your life and the other wants as little control as possible. Your blanket condemnation just illustrates your profound ignorance. Your attitude about profits shouldn’t stop you from gaining basic understanding of how money is used or abused.

You don’t give a rip that you are robbed blind, in fact, you are the ultimate dupe. Your buddy Bernie is a socialist who thinks big government tax and control is the solution to everything (fascism)..and you think he’s a freedom fighter…how does that square?. You also revel in the violent activism that every fascist control freak requires and uses to push his agenda.

History debunks your theory about money in politics. George Soros has donated millions to Democrats and radical Democrat causes…and the result, ultimately, has been loss of the presidency, both houses of Congress, state governors and state legislatures. Money is no more powerful than any other form of speech. The people are best served when they are well educated and informed. Radical Democrats and Soros work against both.

Man you are one confused dude! What good is freedom if you constantly vote to murder it?

    • Dewster says:

Tina the Koch Brothers run superpacs and dump billions in elections. Who do you think you are fooling?

You call me stupid but if you believe the Koch Brothers are some kind of saints it is you who is stupid

      QUOTE Charlie Koch
“I want my fair share–and that’s ALL OF IT”

      • Tina says:

Lots of people run super pacs.

That is not what Soros does. Learn the difference or remain in the stooopid column.

What is wrong with wanting all of ones own “fair share?” (Keeping what you have earned?)

See…you don’t understand the language well enough to know what he was saying.

    • Dewster says:

LOL You crack me up. Bernie is not some scary nationalist. LOL You have not a clue.

The fact is Bernie is correct. We were once a country that balanced capitalism with a Bit of socialism like that check you cash every month. Your healthcare, Public schools and Libraries. All those things the people like.

You think America is a Business to be ran by a King. You have your king. He is a failed bankruptcy Pirate who thinks we are all employees in his new Company USA INC.

      Tina get Real.

This Us and Them is stupid.

it is WE THE PEOPLE and a Democratic Republic.

A Democratic Socialist is not a nationalist Socialist. It is really just Progressive as Teddy and Franklin were. Some of the best years in America who’s policies led to building the Middle class. A Republican and a Democrat.

Business and the Middle class are suppose to all do well together.

You prefer this White nationalist Movement and love Bannon the self Proclaimed Leninist. A Stark difference.

      • Tina says:

“We were once a country that balanced capitalism with a Bit of socialism…”

Before that we were a nation of free citizens! A republic!!

And if a “Bit” of socialism is what you are defending you need to go back to 1935 to find it. We have come a long long way since then and are far from the free people we once were.

“…like that check you cash every month.”

I was forced to contribute, why would I decline to accept the pitiful return on a forced “payment?” Why would anyone, unless they were offered a better choice?

I was also a business person for most of my working life. Therefore the fruits of my labors also “donated” the employers share for every employee including myself and my husband…not all citizens do this making the playing field anything but level.

During those years I also accounted for and reported to the government without being compensated for my time and effort.

We have known since the beginning the program would be unsustainable and force debt on future generations.

The first monthly payment was issued on January 31, 1940 to Ida May Fuller of Ludlow, Vermont.[29] In 1937, 1938, and 1939, she paid a total of $24.75 into the Social Security System. Her first check was for $22.54.[29] After her second check, Fuller already had received more than she contributed over the three-year period. She ultimately reached her 100th birthday, dying in 1975[29] and she collected a total of $22,888.92.

The SS tax rate in 1935 was 2%. The taxable maximum was $3,000. Income earned above this amount was not subject to Social Security taxes. This threshold was a fixed amount that was not indexed for inflation or wage levels.[24]

Between 1950 and 1971 it increased by 200%. It’s increased several times since then.

Between 1990 and 2012, the taxable maximum was increased by 122%

Adjusting for inflation, the taxable maximum has been increased by a factor of four times between 1950 and 2014

At the outset of the Social Security program, the federal government published an informational pamphlet that stated the following about Social Security taxes: “…beginning in 1949, 12 years from now, you and your employer will each pay 3 cents on each dollar you earn, up to $3,000 a year. That is the most you will ever pay.”

        You are an ignorant fool.

If I advocate for smaller government at the federal level and more freedom and responsibility for citizens, and I do, I am not inclined toward support of a “king.”

You, on the other hand, with your silly “little Bit socialism” advocacy unwittingly advocate for a king. As the above socialism creep indicates you have already set your foot on the path of tyranny!

#1 “A wise and frugal government… shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned. This is the sum of good government.” — Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address, March 4, 1801

#2 “A people… who are possessed of the spirit of commerce, who see and who will pursue their advantages may achieve almost anything.” – George Washington

#3 “Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This being the end of government, that alone is a just government which impartially secures to every man whatever is his own.” – James Madison, Essay on Property, 1792

#4 “Banks have done more injury to the religion, morality, tranquility, prosperity, and even wealth of the nation than they can have done or ever will do good.” – John Adams

#5 “To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it.” — Thomas Jefferson, letter to Joseph Milligan, April 6, 1816

#6 “The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence. If ‘Thou shalt not covet’ and ‘Thou shalt not steal’ were not commandments of Heaven, they must be made inviolable precepts in every society before it can be civilized or made free.” — John Adams, A Defense of the Constitutions of Government of the United States of America, 1787

#7 “I place economy among the first and most important virtues, and public debt as the greatest of dangers to be feared. To preserve our independence, we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. If we run into such debts, we must be taxed in our meat and drink, in our necessities and in our comforts, in our labor and in our amusements.” – Thomas Jefferson

#8 “Beware the greedy hand of government thrusting itself into every corner and crevice of industry.” – Thomas Paine

#9 “If we can but prevent the government from wasting the labours of the people, under the pretence of taking care of them, they must become happy.” – Thomas Jefferson to Thomas Cooper, November 29, 1802

#10 “All the perplexities, confusion and distress in America arise not from defects in the Constitution or Confederation, not from a want of honor or virtue so much as from downright ignorance of the nature of coin, credit and circulation.” – John Adams, at the Constitutional Convention (1787)

According to Snopes your characterization of Bannon is closer to your own description of yourself. Bannon’s Lenin bent is apparently based in the desire to blow up the established political machine in DC. It has to do with a desire to return us to freedom and has nothing to do with Lenin’s Marxist (socialist) roots.

A “Bit” of information is a dangerous thing, Dewey. Work harder!

  3. J. Soden says:

ANYTHING connected to Soros is NOT good for the country!

    • Dewster says:

And everything Koch is I see…

Bottom Line Parisian Dems and republicans are nothing but sheeple who will take away our freedoms from the stupidity of party Politics

The Donors care none about you just want power over all

      • Tina says:

He said NOTHING about Koch, Dewey. Quit putting thoughts and words in the mouths of others please.

Dewey please…define freedom as you see it. How will the system work as you imagine it? If you can;t tell us then please refrain from the endless superior rants.
