Yes, It’s True – Scaramucci Said It

by Jack

Trump’s Communication Director is a coarse person that obviously has no self control and says whatever falls off his sick mind.   He needs to go…immediately.  But, what is worse, the Trump presidency is now in disarray to the point of being dysfunctional.

The GOP’s behavior over healthcare is a disgrace, the Democrat Party and its members, they are a disgrace and on many levels, but for the latter its mostly lying, spending, socialism and witch hunting.

Enough is enough…The manner in which Trump is attempting to craft policy (tweets) and his bullying style of people within his own administration is un-presidential and it needs to stop!

Washington and specifically the Republican party seems to be in crisis, chaos and it’s got the GOP involved in in-fighting and lying to cover their own arces.   The healthcare debacle, the leaks, tweets and a filthy mouthed press secretary, not to mention lying, spending democrats…it’s just a disaster.

There’s never been a worse time for the credibility, honor and respect of our representatives in Washington.

Trump’s policies are all in jeopardy because of his own bizarre methods.  It’s shame, because some of those were great ideas, but he’s created resistance among almost everyone is in D.C. and nobody wants to work with him.  This is surreal.   So who’s going to be the next press boss, Joe Pesci?

Fair post. None of us would keep our jobs if we did what Scaramucci did.

You’re right that it needs to stop…but Trump has proven unteachable. I know a lot of Republicans hoped he would be humbled by the office and change his style, but that is clearly not going to happen.

The only way this stops is if Republicans make it stop. I have not been one of the people calling for impeachment–I think it’s still too early for that–but I do think Republicans need to start seriously considering that Trump is mentally unfit for the job.

With all the chaos in the White House right now that seems to be based just on the clashing personalities and jealousies of the people in it, can you imagine how they would act when faced with a real crisis? Trump did not spend any real time weighing the pros and cons of the Republican healthcare bill, preferring to tweet about his personal squabbles and go golfing. He did not consult his joint chiefs before firing off the “no more trans people in the military” tweet; there is no communication and no respect there. There is no evidence that he cares about the issues or spends any time thinking about them. We have been lucky so far to not have a real attack on our country during Trump’s presidency. If it happens, there is no reason to believe this White House would respond to it in a sensible way.

    This is interesting:

“Back in 2011, white evangelicals were the most likely group to say that personal morality was important in a president, according to the Public Religion Research Institute. Since Mr Trump became the Republican standard-bearer, they have become the least likely group to say that, changing what seems like a fundamental issue of morality to accommodate their support for the president.”

What have you allowed Trump to do to you?

  3. Libby says:

A breach is the wall of incomprehension! Whoopee.

You know, Tillerson was wanting to eliminate from the State Department all the “Ambassadors at Large” that the Congress votes through from time to time to pat itself on the ideological back. But all these “ambassadors” have staff and cost money and don’t do much of anything. It would have made the “Freedom” Caucus so happy.

So, what does the Trump due? He nominates Brownback to be “Ambassador at Large for Religious Freedom.” As you can imagine, Tillerson is not pleased.

What I’m seeing is a couple of NY City street fighters doing what they’ve done every day in their personal and business world in front of the rest of the country. I don’t like it and wish they’d resolve their problems behind closed doors. Trump was in part elected because he wasn’t one of the DC establishment.

Those who voted for him will stay with him no matter what he does, while a few others will be turned off. It’s going to depend on what else he does with jobs, the economy and the rising threats from North Korea, Iran, ISIS, etc.

Waiting to learn more on McCain’s vote last night before I form an opinion if he hurt or saved the repeal of ObamaCare. I’m hearing valid arguments from both sides, including Cruz and Meadows who say the fight isn’t over. If the bill had passed last night insurance rates would have shot up and we’d be bailing them out even more to make up for the revue loss from the individual mandate.

Trump does have an ace up his sleeve. He could and should reverse Obama’s illegal exemption to congress members and their staff from ObamaCare with a deadline of Oct. 1st to come up with a repeal and replace plan. Let’s see how motivated congress can work knowing they and their low paid staff will be when faced with being forced onto the same plan as the rest of the country.

While the republican party is a mess the dems have major problems that dwarf them by comparison. Am looking forward to a couple of special councils looking into the Hillary Russian connection. Miss Debbie WS paying the IT guys millions while being banned from congressional computers and before, the unmasking of Trump’s team members and that’s just a couple of ones off the top of my head.

One good appointment Trump made is the appointment of Sarah Huckabee Sanders as press secretary. She’s doing an awesome job as one of the few real adults in the WH who is actually working FOR the people.

The thing that strikes me, Peggy, is the lack of real information we’ve had since the start of this presidency. For some reason the last six months remind me of the revolution when the wily rebellious colonists outfoxed the very proper British Army by not playing by the rules. I don’t know if that’s what’s going on but I do know that just dismissing what’s going on as a Trump problem doesn’t quite cut it. DC is a swamp. It’s on corruption overload. My sense is there are some very good people attempting to do something about it. As they say in the movies, “It’s complicated.”

Another thing…Ted Cruz said the citizens of New York had a different set of values than folks in other regions of the country. Surprise!!! Turns out he was right, although it cost him when Trump jumped on it (like a Democrat would) to put him down.

Trump knows how Democrats play the game and he’s more than willing to use it against them.

Could be that any of the Republican candidates would have beaten Hillary since she ran such a “deplorable” campaign and her baggage would fill a stadium…but Trump won. He won because he connected with the people that have been harmed so badly by the last administration and are angry as hell with both parties, the media, the games, and the corruption in DC.

Republicans are winning for now as I see it for two reasons, 1) Some of them (most) are aligned with and working for the people that voted trump and, 2) the R’s are most closely aligned with constitutional principles. Reversing what’s been done is no easy task. Just getting a bill passed is like clawing through glass and mud. Most of the people still believe in America, a strong economy, and equality supported by the rule of law. They also think tolerance is a two way street and is not something to be weaponized politically. That is the direction they want and that is behind their votes.

What else do we know? Trump says horrid things. So does his new communications director. The Republicans don’t play like a team. Three should just join the disgraced Democrat Party and be done with it. The Democrats suddenly floated a pretense of having learned from the last election after months of Russiax3 but they have nothing new, original, or workable to offer and will continue to operate by the same Alinsky rules, gaming the people.

There are serious holdover crimes that went unresolved under Obama as well as new crimes to investigate and resolve. The justice department is either working only on criminal cases outside of the DC corruption corridor or they are keeping the lid pretty tight on everything. Meantime, law enforcement is cleaning out MS13 and arresting criminal illegals. There’s been a major improvement in border control. Illegal immigration is down 70%.

Neil Gorsuch is an excellent Supreme Court Justice.

We are out of the TPP and the crazy ineffective Climate Accord thanks to Trump. New trade deals are in the works.

NATO was put on notice to meet it’s obligations. NATO spending is up $10 billion as a result.

The President has reversed many of the regulations that hamper business, others will sunset and not be renewed. New regulation is down significantly.

The stock market continue upward and according to Treasury Direct US debt is down nearly a trillion dollars since Trump’s inauguration. Inflation has decreased as well, in part due to Trumps energy policy. Over a million jobs have been created and wages are going up.

President Trump met with ME leaders and spoke openly about the terror problem that plagues the world. He passed a mantle of leadership to them, asking them to take the lead in ridding their nations of the menace. He was very well received. Our war plans too are likely being held closely to the vest since our press cannot be trusted.

Trump exposed the biased and corrupt media. Their alignment with the left drives their obsession to bring his presidency down and he plays them like a fiddle with his very annoying and embarrassing tweets. He tried reason and decency…once. He’s no fool. Reason and decency won’t make them stop or cause them to suddenly get journalistic religion. We are all stuck with them.

Leaks are a problem. The problem is being addressed. I don’t trust any information to be totally accurate…how could I?

I can’t get behind the frenzy to get rid of Trump for his embarrassing tweets and what certainly appear to be gross tactical errors. I won’t condemn him on the basis of personality; we’ve endured others. The spectacle of a weaponized IRS, the divisive nature of the Justice Department and the hate, killings and riots that resulted were truly deplorable…who called for the head of Barack Obama or Eric Holder or Lois Lerner pr Hillary Clinton? Instead they were protected and excused. The letter behind their names protect them. We we were all constrained because of Obama’s color…don’t lie, everyone knows “race” acts like a shield as well as a sword in this PC environment. Justice and equal treatment has been shoved behind the door. Disgusting!

      • Peggy says:

Tina, you nailed it when you said, “Trump knows how Democrats play the game and he’s more than willing to use it against them.” He’s giving it right back at them Alinsky style. Part of our problem is we’re not used to a republican behaving this way, like a democrat. He’s fighting fire with fire and we’re all in shock because it’s not what we do. We don’t fight back. We’ve forgotten how to.

His base loves what he’s doing, much like cage fight fans cheer on their fighter. It’s a dirty bloody sport and so is politics. Nice guys don’t win. Just ask Romney and McCain.

I support 100% what he’s doing with the economy, jobs, unemployment and heard the GDP growth rate was 2.6% and inflation. People are already seeing they have more money in their pockets.

I do wish he’d stop Tweeting about policy decisions though. Tweet his heart out in getting his message out and keeping in contact with the people. Modern day version of the old fireside chat. But, keep them informative not policy making.

His appointing Gen. Kelly as his Chief of Staff according to Leon Panetta is his best appointment so far. He’s cleaned house of all the insiders and now has members who will have his back. It’s understandable having gone to a military school he’s comfortable having so many generals as advisors. Plus, they’ll bring discipline and structure to his operation. They’ll be an even bigger asset to him with all of the ME and foreign policy mess Obama left him.

Obama left Trump a bigger mess to clean up ten times over what he claimed Bush left him.

The next six months should be even more interesting than the last six. Heard No. Korea and/or Iran will have nuclear rockets capable of reaching us by next year. Thanks Obama. God help us.

Could this be the announcement Sessions said he would be making soon?

EXCLUSIVE: A top FBI lawyer is allegedly under an investigation for leaking classified information to the media:

“FBI General Counsel James A. Baker is purportedly under a Department of Justice criminal investigation for allegedly leaking classified national security information to the media, according to multiple government officials close to the probe who spoke with Circa on the condition of anonymity.

FBI spokeswoman Carol Cratty said the bureau would not comment on Baker and would not confirm or deny any investigation.

This comes as Department of Justice Attorney General Jeff Sessions said he would soon be making an announcement regarding the progress of leak investigations. A DOJ official declined to comment on Circa’s inquiry into Baker but did say, the planned announcement by Sessions is part of the overall “stepped up efforts on leak investigations.”

Three sources, with knowledge of the investigation, told Circa that Baker is the top suspect in an ongoing leak investigation, but Circa has not been able to confirm the details of what national security information or material was allegedly leaked.”

Why isn’t the lamestream media, except Fox, looking into this???

Debbie Loserman Schultz is a criminal Demonrat (but I repeat myself) who should be in a prison cell along with crooked Hillary and Anthony Weiner.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz “Absolute Wreck – Barely Able to Function” Since Imran Awan Arrest

Debbie Wasserman Schultz employed Pakistani IT staffers and brothers who were paid over $4 million dollars over the course of their employment even though they were accused of a cyber-security breach.

    • Peggy says:

None of the biased liberal media is covering the Miss Debbie and her IT guys. Heard the NY Times didn’t have one word about it. No surprise since it would be bad news about one of their own. The guy got arrested at the airport trying to leave the country. Now that’s a fact and not fake news.

Hummm, it’s interesting she paid them $4 million while the DNC is in the hole about that same amount. Makes one ask why? What did he know that was so bad she was willing to give them so much for. Awfully big salary for two brothers and a few others I’d say.

Democrats are a bunch of mushrooms who don’t know what they don’t know.

    • Joe says:

      Hilarious…

I’m also disturbed Cecile would marginalize all differently-abled bodies by use of the verb “Standing.” How could Madalena ignore that?!

  7. Tina says:

Jack it’s a sad day for America that we have come to this. I can only hope that out of the ashes some good will come.

  8. Post Scripts says:

First, Joe thanks for the smiles, I needed that. Next, Tina yes I agree. I am just disgusted. I cannot excuse Scaramucci for seeking out a Trump nemesis and unloading like that! Drunk or sober, he knew the press was going to print his screed and he shot his big mouth off anyway. That reflects is a total lack of self control and that is antithetical to his job description.

Trump had so many good ideas, but I just see it all going down the drain at this point… only a miracle can save his presidency now.

Washington has turned on Trump, the media was of course already there and the accumulation of stupid moves by his S-I-L, himself and several key staffers now hang like a giant anchor around his presidency which now finds itself in the gutter thanks to Scaramucci. It is sad…what next?

    • Tina says:

We should all be disgusted and we are. But lets not forget the disgust is much deeper than this incident and many others. And let’s not forget the beginning of the first Obama administration wasn’t all smooth sailing. He got a long log honeymoon period but he made a lot of boneheaded mistakes and he fired people.
