WH Lawyers: Mueller and Team Must Go!

Posted by Tina

Gregg Jarrett of Fox News says there is new evidence that suggests “Mueller and his staff of lawyers improperly, if not illegally, obtained tens of thousands of private documents belonging to President-elect Trump’s Presidential Transition Team (PTT).” Seized emails, laptops and cell phones used by the transition team contained a “significant volume of privileged material” that Mueller’s staff “used in it’s investigation” in “egregious violation” of the law.

Jarrett, a lawyer, says the only legal remedy is Mueller’s dismissal since the “Presidential Transition Act states that all records of transition operations are private and confidential.”

On November 16, 2016, roughly ten days after Trump was elected president, the Chief Records Officer of the U.S. Government sent a letter to all federal agencies reminding them that “the materials that PTT members create or receive are not Federal or Presidential records, but are considered private materials.”

Yet Mueller seems to have ignored the law. Without a warrant or subpoena, his team of lawyers brazenly demanded these private records from the General Services Administration (GSA) which held custody of the materials. The GSA does this as a service to all incoming presidents out of courtesy, but it neither owns the documents nor is authorized to release them to anyone under any circumstances because they are deemed entirely private.

Counsel for the Trump Transition Team has sent a letter to Congress alleging the Fourth Amendment was violated in “failing to obtain a warrant for the search or seizure of private property in which the owner has a reasonable expectation of privacy (Coolidge v. New Hampshire, 403 U.S. 443, 489).”

Mueller might contest the claim of an unlawful seizure because the GSA willingly handed over the documents, but this disregards the fact that the GSA broke the law and Mueller surely knew it when he pressured the agency to do so … if any illegally obtained documents have been used in the Trump-Russia case, then the results are tainted and invalid. This is a well-established principle of law.

IF any have been used? What was the basis for all of those FISA warrants? (I know, I know…the legal system moves very slowly, step by step).

It will be very interesting to watch this play out.

The President recently hinted at pardoning Michael Flynn, which would be appropriate. The investigation that resulted in his “crime” (was he protecting “privileged” information?) was as innocuous as Scooter Libby’s lie to the FBI that resulted in his incarceration, when you consider the greater crimes that have been passed over and shoved under a rug. How long has this bunch been operating politically as insiders in “egregious violation” of the law?

(statutes that apply at the link)

Looks more and more like the elites on the left were shocked that Trump won and were going to take him down by any means necessary. Disgusting!

Not only Mueller, but Weissman, Ohr, McCabe, Strzok and even Rosenstein! All were involved in the supposed “investigation” of the Uranium One deal but somehow that investigation was tabled with no results. Another cover-up, perhaps?
And not just “reassigned” either – they all need the boot!

The REAL Russian collusion was with Fusion GPS and was paid for by the DNC & $hrilLIARy and covered up the above cabal. Betcha here will be more coming out in the days ahead . . . .

In the larger scheme, here’s the latest in the Russia collusion narrative and Trump Jr., Adam Schiff appears to be the major leaker for all of the false stories:

The email that CNN reported was part of the investigative evidence shared with the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, chaired by Republican Devin Nunes, with ranking Democratic member Adam Schiff. So a member of the committee or staffer is the likely source of the CNN leak—and it probably was not a Republican.

Mueller is part of the problem — deep state political corruption of powerful government agencies. I hope he hangs himself and at least half of the top officers and former officers at the FBI. (Wishful thinking.) Congress and the Justice Department need to set an example and make some cases and convictions and firings, but who will step up and be the heroes that will actually hold people accountable? For that matter, why is it that dirt bag Strzok and his equally vile girlfriend Page ARE STILL ON THE PAYROLL? These people are totally compromised as legitimate agents. Get rid of them. I can’t help but wonder how many FBI agents are thoroughly disgusted with this blatant, continuing political corruption of the bureau.

I fear that as long as Hillary is never charged for her numerous felonies it is hard to hold out any hope. Nevertheless, the excrement is being exposed and maybe some progress will be made to drain this sewer. It is not a swamp, it is a an open sewer, and therein lies a glimmer of hope — OPEN sewer. If Hillary had been elected, none of this sewage would have ever been exposed.

Looks like rumors that Mueller will be fired may be bogus.

    American Thinker:

And there is the real possibility that Mueller may not be going after Trump or process crimes (hat tip to Larry Schweiker).

So what is he going after? We still don’t know. But Manafort was indicted for his work with the Podesta Brothers back in 2012, not with Trump. Interesting that we haven’t heard from Tony Podesta in a long, long time. The Flynn plea deal also has nothing to do with Trump-Russia, as was so poorly reported. We have little to go on, because the mainstream media want it so badly to be about Trump-Russia that they’ve reported that as fact. But it isn’t. Say what you will, but Flynn is not stupid. He knows more about this mess of counter-intelligence than anyone. We know he despises the Obama-Clinton cabal, and we know he is a Trump-supporter, so something isn’t clear about his part.

    Facts known:

Trump met with Mueller the day before Mueller was appointed as special counsel.

Trump learned about the “wiretapping” from someone who knew.

Trump not only saw the leaks, but vowed to stop them.

Trump understood quickly how much he has threatened “the swamp.”

Trump has always been proactive, thinking outside the box.

Trump understands stealth and surprise, while he appears to let it all hang out.

    We can surmise:

Trump made a plan, because he understood his enemy.

Trump knew the entire scheme and who the bad actors were.

Trump knows his enemy’s weakness: they’re the smartest people ever. Ever.

His enemies believed they will always get away with it, because they’re so smart.

Trump planned this counterstrike. Quietly. Take it to the bank.

    What’s the evidence?

The recent outing of all the FBI “political” operatives.

The recent dribs and drabs about the I.G. investigation.

The sudden knowledge that some of Mueller’s staff were fired.

The new information about the Deep State’s unmasking plans and how they did it.

    The revelations of Charles McCullough.

The knowledge that the Russia dossier was paid for by Hillary’s campaign.

The knowledge that the FBI interfaced with the inventor of the dossier.

The implication that the dossier was used to fool the FISA courts by the FBI.

The recent recusal of a FISA judge.

Rumors of reopening the case against Hillary; also the Uranium One scandal.

The scenario is of a horribly politicized, lawless operation within the FBI and DOJ, tied to the Obama-Clinton cabal. It’s bad actors doing unthinkable, unprecedented, and horrid things. This is far beyond Watergate. It’s the worst political scandal we’ve ever seen, and it’s about to blow.

and here’s the latest from Conservative Treehouse.

I’ll bring this to the front page againas soon as we have something definitive but, for now, have at it!

  5. Peggy Harrington says:

I find it fascinating that Trump appears to be turning the tables back on those who accuse or attack him. I don’t know how he does it or if he actually is, but look at the number of things he’s been accused of that have turned into bigger news stories about other people.

Women accused him of sexual harassment and it’s men from Hollywood to New York and DC forced to resign or be fired. Those who tried to take Trump out are the ones on the street instead.

Russia Trump collusion accusations and it’s Hillary’s email and and Uranium One back on the front page.

He said he’d hit back against those who took the first swing. I’m beginning to think the man has a sharp military mind and knows how to lay out a tactical plan to sacrifice small battles to win the war on multiple fronts.

People thought Reagan was a buffoon and he let them. In the mean time he ended the cold war.
