Former Secret Service Agent Sues Clintons on RICO Charges

Posted by Tina

A former Secret service agent who worked for the Clintons is suing the pair, as well as a big basket of fellow deplorables, on RICO charges. Gary J. Byrne claims he’s tried to “set the record straight” through the media but has been barred from the networks. He figures a lawsuit will bring the truth out. The list of deplorables is quite long:

In addition to the Clintons, Byrne names a number of Clinton associates and supporters as defendants, including:

Clinton Foundation
Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership
Media Matters For America
Correct the Record
American Bridge 21st Century
Shareblue
David Brock
George Soros
John Podesta

Byrne also names fellow veteran Secret Service Agent and CNN Law Enforcement Analyst Jonathan Wackrow as a defendant in the suit.

As of Wednesday, electronic summons had been issued to all named defendants and Byrne had filed a certificate of disclosure titled “Corporate Affiliations and Financial Interests.”

Lawsuits can be expensive. He must be fairly certain he can win this suit. According to I Love My Freedom he has a “GoFundMe” account with a $200K goal. He’ll need more than that.

A short biography of Byrne describes him as the first agent in history compelled to testify in a criminal case against a sitting president. His law enforcement background includes: “…federal law enforcement for nearly thirty years, in the U.S. Air Force Security Police, the Uniformed Division of the Secret Service, and most recently as a Federal Air Marshal.”

Byrne is the author of two books, #1 New York Times bestseller CRISIS OF CHARACTER and Secrets of the Secret Service published by Hatchette Book Group.

An amusing point of interest: Crisis of Character reached #1 on the NYT Bestseller List but was placed under fiction. It’s the radical socialist activist way!

Your ignorance is appalling. Your malleablity is a danger to the republic.

The RICO statutes are part of our federal criminal code. Criminal charges are filed by our government. Citizens file civil suits, not criminal charges. And in this great nation of ours, a citizen can file a suit based on any deluded notion that comes into his head.

This Byrne person is a classic Right-Wing-Nut.

From the cited article: “The nature of the suit, according to the filed documents, is “racketeer-influenced and corrupt organizations.”

Read the filing here; ” Nature of Suit: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations”

I never claimed to be an expert on the law. In my experience you aren’t either so you can climb down off that high horse. The lawyers that represent him must think they have enough evidence to make a case that demonstrates harm to Byrne through “Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations” associated with the Clintons…the line of people harmed by the Clintons is actually quite extensive.

Glad to see you call America a “great nation,” although you and your party are doing all they can to ruin it by transforming it fundamentally into something different entirely!

Yep, it’s the kind of low down dirty, ugly brand of activism you lefties engage in. In fact, it’s a twofer. First of all, it’s pretty crummy to try to embarrass Mr. Miller by using his relatives failure to gain citizenship due to a lack of education, especially since you people are always crying over the poor people at the border who “just want to work and feed their family.” (It also looks like great Gramps was applying for citizenship through a LEGAL process!)

Second, it is a LIE that Trump has a “family separation policy.”

What President Trump has is the laws put in place by Congress, a vow to uphold our laws, and a promise to work with Congress to fix immigration law so we don’t have to keep repeating the insanity!!!!!

Too bad your party would rather play games than solve problems.

Have maintained for years that the best way to get rid of the Clintons is to hit them under RICO. Glad to see that Byrne is taking action.
Will be interesting to see the outcome!
