Jack … why should we believe any of this? Who the hell is Jerry Rye? You can get clearer picture from Wikipedia !

“In 1912, President Roque Sáenz Peña enacted universal and secret male suffrage, which allowed Hipólito Yrigoyen, leader of the Radical Civic Union (or UCR), to win the 1916 election. He enacted social and economic reforms and extended assistance to small farms and businesses. Argentina stayed neutral during World War I. The second administration of Yrigoyen faced an economic crisis, precipitated by the Great Depression.”

And who is it, these days, yowling about who should and should not be voting?
And who is it, these days, still precipitating economic crises? … and then yowling about the “socialist” policies that pull us out of said crisis?

    Round and round we go.

Here’s another good video worth watching.

Mark Levin interviews Walk Away founder Brandon Straka.

Also, if you missed Trump’s speech at CPAC it’s worth watching, even though it’s two hours long. One of my favorite parts was his recounting his meeting with General Raisin Cain in Iraq, during Christmas, who when asked laid out how he would take out ISIS in weeks instead of years. (At 1:02)

It’s disingenuous to say we’re on the road to Argentina or Venezuela or some other Latin American country, while avoiding all the pitstops in European countries. Those countries actually have the types of socialist policies and programs that the leftier American Democrats are proposing, and while one can quibble over how effective they are over there, they’re a far cry from the kind of chaos that characterizes the Latin American socialist countries. In other words, as soon as you invoke those countries while ignoring Europe, people who don’t already agree with you are going to stop listening, because it’s clear you’re being unfair.

We are turning into a debt addicted banana republic just like Argentina.

For instance, why isn’t the mainstream media telling you about this?

The C in AOC stands for CROOK!

    • Libby says:

Joe, a complaint has been filed. Nothing has been proved. It would seem that you cannot comprehend the distinction … and this is very dangerous for our democracy.

I’ll grant you it doesn’t sound good. In fact, it sounds very much like when Trump companies and facilities were “hired” by the Trump Campaign. Not REALLY in a position to throw stones, are we?

    • Chris says:

“For instance, why isn’t the mainstream media telling you about this?”

Anyone can file a complaint, Joe. In this case, the complainants are what Media Bias Fact Check rates a far right group with a mixed record on the facts:

      https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/ethics-public-policy-center-eppc/

It seems they only go after liberal politicians. The Washington Examiner piece that Zero Hedge article (ugh) is based on doesn’t mention that, calling them only a “government watchdog group.” But then, that’s the Examiner’s bias showing.

Unless the complaint is supported by more evidence, I don’t think the mainstream news media should give it much attention.
