I asked recently for readers to send in their garden photos.
Thanks guys. It's fun to visit your gardens.

Hi Heather
I have a gardening question.
Ya know those weeds? The flat ones that creep along the dirt, and fan out in a circular shape... they are dark green, with kind of fern like little leaves all along lots of little tendrils that reach out in all directions...and all the little branches come out of a central one...and they are all over the garden? Know those?
Well I have a big ol empty area under some fruit trees that I consider what to do with, and I thought maybe it I just let those weeds grow, they could be a really pretty and easy ground cover. Maybe put some pavers in there for a sitting area too.
So, my question is: Should I risk these weeds overtaking my whole garden, and let them breed in that one large area, or, should I NOT.
Thanks, and I love your style.
Jessica
REPLY: When further grilling Kristina about this weed, we e-mailed back and forth and I sent her to a link with a photo of them. We decided it was spotted spurge.

Kristina wrote that she thought any plant called spurge should be yanked out.
