Have chicken, will travel

We bought our first digital camera with Christmas cash and I was able to do a photo shoot with the new travel chicken.

Note how versatile the travel chicken can be. He almost fits in the palm of our lovely hand model.

Note that when squeezed, travel chicken pumps out a gross glob of murky water with the yolk-colored egg. It doesn't really get much better than this folks.

How did your yard come through the storm? I had a couple of big plants (either big bushes or busy trees) come down.

REPLY: We were feeling sorry for ourselves without power, and only had minimal damage to the plants.

Then we took some walksin our neighborhood and were REALLY thankful. If you check out our Web site at chicoer.com you'll see photos that readers contributed. There are a LOT of people hit really hair including more munched cars than you would see at a demolition derby.

It definitely makes us thankful just to have a few bumps here and there in our lives.
