I am for protecting marriage. So I am going to the crux of the entire issue. I oppose Proposition 8. However, I call for an initiative to ban divorce.

i am so with you on that one - lets start a grass roots movement and get funding from other states to stop divorce in california! or better yet, lets just ban marriage all together... then it won't be an issue...
Walter's reply...I like either of them. I wonder how many signatures we would get, were we to stand at a shopping area with such initiatives. :)
