Reuters wire story: “Gunfire rang out as commandos and armed police laid siege to gunmen holding foreigners hostage in two of the plushest hotels in India’s commercial capital on Thursday, after attacks that killed at least 101 people.”

The were looking for Americans!

Open Letter to the Nation of Islam:

I read stories like the one above, about fanatics in your faith killing unarmed people, and the anger and frustration builds. I’m repulsed by such inhumanity and barbaric slaughter of innocent people. I think there comes a time when you’re either part of the problem or part of the solution, there is no middle ground and you have to pick a side. I’m talking about Muslims in general and radicals in specific. If you’re a peace loving Muslim caught up in something evilI I would expect YOUR CONSCIENCE to be telling you….you must purge these terrorists from your ranks! You must remove that holy. . .

There is a story in the ER today about a motorcyclist that was involved with a vehicle making a left turn on Hwy 32 onto Yosemite Dr., in Chico. A portion of Highway 32 was closed for almost five hours for investigation. This is really strange, normally an accident investigation for something like this would involve a few pictures, speed skid measurements, statements and it’s done, an hour at most. If it was a major fatal, the local agency of jurisdiction might call out the Special CHP Accident Investigation Team. But, why was the road closed for 5 hours for a two car injury accident? This is weird.

That makes these two companies bargain basement buys of unprecedented value amid a plethora of financial disaster stories. Recalling the story of the Pilgrims is a Thanksgiving tradition, but do you know the real story behind their triumph over hunger and poverty at Plymouth Colony nearly four centuries ago? Their salvation stemmed not so much from the charitable gestures of local Indians, but from their courageous decision to embrace the free-market principle of private property ownership a century and a half before Adam Smith wrote The Wealth of Nations.

Writing in his diary of the dire economic straits and self-destructive behavior that consumed his fellow Puritans shortly after their arrival, Governor William Bradford painted a picture of destitute settlers selling their clothes and bed coverings for food while others became servants to the Indians, cutting wood and fetching water in exchange for a capful of corn. The most desperate among them starved, with Bradford recounting how one settler, in gathering shellfish along the shore, was so weak he stuck fast in the mud and was found dead in the place.

One of the worlds most prominent gay entertainers offered some rare common sense on the explosive issue of same sex marriage. In New York City for a gala AIDS benefit, rock legend Sir Elton John appeared with his long-time partner, David Furnish. Were not married, he told the press, Lets get that straight. We have a civil partnershipI dont want to be married! Im very happy with a civil partnership. The word marriage, I think, puts a lot of people off. You get the same equal rights that we do when we have a civil partnership. Heterosexual people get married. We can have civil partnerships. If more people on all sides of this issue embraced the simple, irrefutable logic of this clear-thinking superstar, a vastly divisive, unnecessary controversy could reach a successful and amicable solution.

In what promises to be a historic background investigation, President-Elect Barack Hussein Obama, is still being checked for citizenship. This issue has by no means been properly resolved and a number of compelling questions remain to be answered before it will go away.

More information has recently surfaced which has returned this issue to the blogs. It’s ironic, but understandable that the Mainstream Media has shyed away from this story and in some cases, the media came to Obama’s defense labeling anyone with doubts about his citizship as smear merchants or rumor-mongers! But, try and they may this is still has legs.

It has been reported to the news wires a video on the internet shows the Kenyan ambassador stating that Barack Obamas birthplace in Kenya is now a tourist attraction since he became president.

World Net Daily asks:

“1. If you were a natural born American citizen and had it within your means to quiet all the lawsuits and questions with proof, would you do it?

2. If you were a natural born American citizen, would you spend thousands of dollars to fight the legal cases against you, or would you simply answer the legitimate question of whether you meet the constitutional requirements for office?

3. If you were a natural born American citizen, would you forge a document called a Certification of Live Birth and tell the public it was a real birth certificate?

WND: If someone were to violate the law by manufacturing a forgery in order trick the public, would that be enough evidence for members of Congress to conduct hearings and for a court to issue an order for the critical records, including the original long-form birth certificate (signed by the doctor) to ensure that the U.S. constitutional requirements for office were not violated? After all, Congress is sworn to uphold and defend that Constitution, and the justices on the U.S. Supreme Court are guardians of the Constitution. Thats their job, isnt it?”

In response to the clamor, the director of Hawaiis Department of Health, Chiyome Fukino, confirmed that Obamas original birth certificate was on file and that she had personally seen it.
