A newborn baby that was abandoned outdoors by her 14-year-old mother during the Argentina winter was found safe Thursday after being kept alive and warm by a mother dog and her brood of puppies, Reuters reported. Farmer Fabio Anze found the naked baby near the city of La Plata, Argentina, lying amongst his dog Chinas puppies. The baby was taken to the hospital after Anze called the authorities. – FOX News

The AP reports that the US Government has given a big thumbs up to radiated food:
Washington – U.S consumers worried about salad safety may soon be able to buy fresh spinach and iceberg lettuce treated with just enough radiation to kill E. coli and a few other germs. He thinks the buildings & bridges should all have windmills on them…what is wrong with these people?
Could it be they have invested heavily in this grand experiment and want to ensure big returns before it all comes apart? Yes I think it could be…The Queen Bee is one investor and Al Gore has been speaking at investment seminars for green industry all over the world. I don’t have a problem with anyone making a buck but government policy should be based on what works for the good of the country or state, not the personal investment practices of legislators. Smarter folks than I say this does not represent a conflict of interest but I have to ask, how can we be so sure?
I still can’t believe these are the same people who claim to love the pristine quality of nature and want their surroundings to remain…pristine!

He is the half brother to Barack Hussein Obama and he lives on barely anything in the slums outside Nairobi. Vanity Fair magazine tracked him down and did a brief interview. George Hussein Onyango Obama is 26 years old and he lives on about $1.87 per month in a hut decorated with a couple of soccer posters and a front-page newspaper article about his famous brother. The two men share the same father, also named Barack Hussein Obama. George Obama says, “No-one knows who I am. I live like a recluse, no-one knows I exist.”

American are a compassionate people. When the handicapped began driving themselves in greater numbers we decided it would be a great idea to reserve places close to the doorways of public buildings and business so they could more easily reach their destinations. The latest parking space trend has no similar purpose:
Wheelchair users and others with limited mobility have long had access to prime parking spaces. Then expectant mothers got their own special spots. Now some stores are setting aside coveted parking close to the door for fuel-efficient hybrids. Ikea has designated hybrid-only spaces across the U.S. *** The New York City Council has discussed a similar idea: letting hybrid drivers park free at city meters. Houston Chronicle
As more people become proud owners of the newly designated special vehicles, how ridiculous will this parking privilege trend become? Think about itsoon the designation will apply to all parking places now isnt that special.
