This snippet from the Boston Globe says it all…for heavens sake…there is a transition process that has always worked (except during the ridiculous hanging chad debacle) and will also work this time. In fact it will probably work exceptionally well since GWB will make sure the transition is both smooth and thorough. Which is much more than the Clinton administration and (the chad counting) Al Gore did for him.
