White House Connections to the Mainstream Media Go Deep

by Peggy…

Did you know two MSM and CNN have top CEOs with relatives working in the White House? Both CBS president David Rhodes and ABC president Ben Sherwood have siblings who work at the White House for the NSC that works on foreign policy. Also, CNN’s Virginia Mosley is married to Clinton’s deputy Tom Nides.

CNN forgot to mention bureau chief is married to Obama bigwig … Oops:

Incest at the highest level. And any protestations that these relationships don’t matter when it comes to reporting the news is laughable.

Based on the “reporting” during the last 4+ years, perhaps it’s time to change the definition of some of our “reporters/correspondents.”
It’s no longer one who reports – it’s one who slants stories to fit an agenda.
It’s no longer one who interviews – it’s one who picks up their copy of talking points.
It’s no longer one who asks questions – it’s one who blindly accepts what they are told to say
It’s no longer one who looks for facts – it’s one who spins and twists info 180 degrees from normal
And no longer an honorable profession – it’s more akin to prostitution with the loonie leftie media becoming “presstitutes”

The press may be starting to wake up & smell Benghazigate, but they’ve go a LONG way to go to make up for their vacation during the last 4+ years.

Here is the icing on the cake WH to media connection.

“He and his wife, Claire Shipman (a senior correspondent for ABC News”

    Jay Carney:
    Personal life and education [edit]

“Carney was raised in Northern Virginia, attended high school at The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey,[3] and earned a B.A. in Russian and Eastern European Studies from Yale University, graduating cum laude, in 1987.[4] He and his wife, Claire Shipman (a senior correspondent for ABC News),[4] live in Washington, D.C., with their son and daughter.”

Obama has created perfect conditions for the media to finally be exposed as the charlatans they are. It’s been going on for decades much to the detriment of our society and our political process. The press should be the guardians of truth, they should be dedicated only to factual reporting.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if this represented a turning point in our country. A well informed public is necessary and for decades our media has failed the republic badly!

  4. Peggy says:

Now an AP wire tap scandal. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot.

Will the MSM finally wake up and realize just how corrupt this administration is and actually report the truth? God I hope so.

I was looking for some info on the media and the Obama cabinet, which is why I clicked on you guys, but come on. Credibility, like trust, is built out of big things, but little things, too. The article “White House connections…go deep” starts with a sentence that doesn’t make sense and ends with an incomplete phrase: “Files in Uncategorized”. Now I know it probably means to add “order” but in your business sloppy makes us masses ask “what else have they been sloppy about?” If you don’t care, that’s your prerogative, but I encourage you to care.

After clicking submit it said I’ve made this comment before. What are the chances of that?

    Oops. Apparently pretty good :-)
