If You Want To Check Your Backyard For Murder Convicts Released by DHS, We’ve Got a Map for That: (The map also has a list of the towns.)

Is the worst behind for Californians or still to come?

    There Is No California Comeback:

  4. Tina says:

Wow Peggy, wonder if the man on the street has any awareness of just how bad these liberal policies have made it:

One reason for the high poverty is that almost everything is more expensive in California. Transportation, electricity, water, fees and housing are often 50% higher and sometimes double the rest of the nation, according to a California Policy Institute analysis.

These costs, the CPI finds, are a result of extraordinary regulatory burdens, high taxes, green policies, and generous pay and pensions for state and municipal public employees. Such costs act as regressive taxes on California’s working poor.

Naturally, income inequality in California is widening, as the rich in Silicon Valley and Hollywood have seen big wealth gains, while more at the bottom of the income ladder fall into poverty and the middle class is crushed.

For example, despite the hiring boom in the tech industry, the unemployment rate in California is still tied for seventh highest in the nation. In some areas of the state, the jobless rate is 20%.

The party that constantly screams about the unfairness of “income inequality” does everything that creates more of it…astounding!

A vote for a Democrat is a vote for trickle up poverty…shared misery. Unemployment and higher prices for the average man on the street.

  5. Peggy says:

No Tina, I don’t think they have any idea of the major economic mess that is definitely going to hit very soon.

The retroactive tax last year hit me hard and I know it hit my girlfriend and her husband even harder because of the successful business they own. All it did was take more money out of our pockets for them to spend on programs already running in the red.

Robbing Peter to pay Paul when Paul needs it makes no sense at all.

I expect the legislators in Sacramento to do another retroactive tax. The tax increase worked last year allowing them to reach deeper into our pockets to take even more, and the people voted to put those same big spending legislators with sticky fingers right back in office.

  6. Peggy says:

Here’s another similar budget shortfall situation created by big spending one-time windfalls. I’m sure the same problem exist at other states, counties and school districts all across our nation.

Sorry, another off topic article, but too good to not share.

I just love it when the right freaks out the left by using the left’s own tactics.

Mitch Daniels Set To Teach History Course At Purdue. Naturally, People Are Freaking:

“According to this, our beloved former governor Mitch Daniels is set to teach a history class at Purdue this fall called “The Great War and its Continuing Aftermath” which is described as follows:

R Perry try reading some old Texas newspapers… so much corruption and planning to run for president with 2 felony charges pending…LOL

    Christie indicted! Running for prez…

Who’s next? Oh Yea! Scott walker he wants to run how long before the charges appear? Hum ……

Funny corruption is always OK when they are GOP

Sorry but even as an Independent if the GOP continues this I will fight them tooth and nail.

Got my tapes of ted Cruz ready for his next flip flop
Perry? … LOL Koch’s will use him like Cain as their personal Clown to keep media busy.

  9. Dewey says:

PS I suspect Christie has bought his way out of being indicted but ya never know I hope he is indicted!

  10. Harold says:

Ref#9: ya think that huh!, Well at least he does not hide under the bridge while the car sink, then runs home like a scared school girl. How much do you think that cost Kennedy?

  11. Tina says:

Dewey hopes he’s indicted even though prosecutors haven’t found evidence of involvement and he fired those who were involved?

Must be a consequence of Dewey’s natural kindness and sense of justice…also his nonpartisan stance.

    Why all the hate Dewey?

  12. Tina says:

Peggy it’s an illusion that the tax increase worked last year. California realized a huge, one time, revenue windfall from the cash realized when Facebook and other companies went public. The increases have actually has been a drag on the overall economy.

Neel Kashkari has what it takes to turn the state around…will the jobless masses of California have the good sense to vote for him?
