Election Fraud Proof – Democrats Shocked

It’s important to preface this story with a humble

((((((   WE TOLD YOU SO!   )))))

Eric Holder“Funny thing: I found myself nodding along this morning to this post by Jim Geraghty in which Jim argued that right-wing accusations of voter fraud committed by Democrats are overblown, a fantasy into which conservatives sometimes retreat to avoid having to grapple with electoral failures. His larger point is still true — massive fraud is very unlikely. But what about just a little bit of fraud in very close races? And what if the fraud occurs not on the back end, with crooked electoral officials stuffing ballots with phony Democratic votes, but on the front end, with non-citizens casting votes for Democrats without even realizing that what they’re doing is illegal?

(Based on the results from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study)

How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections. Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.”

“One interesting detail: Less educated non-citizens were more likely to vote than well educated ones were. That suggests (but doesn’t prove, natch) that some of this illegal voting is being done out of ignorance. Better educated people know that they’re not allowed to vote and don’t attempt it; less educated ones don’t know, and therefore do. Another detail, an important one, is that voter ID laws seem not to work. Almost three-quarters of non-citizens who voted said they presented photo ID to get their ballot. If you want to stop them from voting, you’ll either have to insist on some sort of citizens-only ID (plenty of blue states issue driver’s licenses to illegals, remember) or come up with a new way to verify voters’ eligibility.”

So there it is folks.  This is all we’ve been saying and it’s now confirmed.   Liberals will not want to believe it and that’s to be expected.  They’re too heavily invested in spouting the party line: “You just want to deprive poor people from voting” and “Voter fraud is so infinitesimal its irrelevant.”  No and no.  However, if you still think that way then you’re in denial.   Cheating may be good for your low form partisan politics, it’s not setting a good example for honesty.   Without protecting the integrity of our elections, nobody really wins.  If you don’t believe me, ask your Mother. She told you: “Cheaters never prosper.”

Anyone who denies that voter fraud is going on must be one of those with their head stuck in the sand, as pictured in that cartoon.

This is not a party issue since both parties have been exposed for doing it. Every state should take corrective steps to stop it and the federal government should support them, not file lawsuits against them.

With so many senate races being polled as very close, this election will be critical to our nation’s future and we deserve an accurate count.

Here is a VERY LONG list of articles about voter fraud arrest and convictions throughout the country.

This is a bit off topic and would probably be a great topic for another post.

There is another form of election fraud that is perfectly legal yet highly unethical; deceptive mailers. It doesn’t surprise me at all that all the progressive candidates in the Chico City Council race are making use of this disgusting tactic.

Two mailers have been sent out in Chico addressing the Chico City Council race; one from an organization call COPS and one that appears to be from the Republican Party. The COPS mailer has the heading “COPS Voter Guide” with what appears to be a police badge to the left of the title. A copy of the mailer can be found here; http://mikemaloneymusings.blogspot.com/. The implication is that the candidates and the issues presented on the mailer are endorsed by a law enforcement organization or organizations. The mailer in question lists the COPS Chico City Council candidates as Gruendl, Molina, and Arim-Law.

It turns out that the mailer has nothing to do with any police organization. It is run by a political consulting firm located in Folsom, CA. with no ties to any law enforcement organization. Their website (at http://copsvoterguide.com/about/ ) describes COPS as a “non-partisan, public advocacy organization”. They describe the candidates they endorse as having “pledged to make public safety a top priority and work with law enforcement to protect our safety”. What makes it worse is the small print on the mailer which says “Appearance is paid for and authorized by each candidate and ballot measure which is designated by an *”. There is an “*” next to all three candidates names. Instead of being a mailer to show that law enforcement supports these candidates it is a lie; a piece of electoral deception knowingly paid for by the progressive candidates; none of which received an endorsement from the CPOA; the real Chico Police Officers Organization. The CPOA endorsed Sorensen, Fillmer, and Coolidge (see http://www1.actionnewsnow.com/news/chico-police-officers-association-announced-candidate-endorsements/ ). It amazes me that they use such a tactic and in doing so they demonstrate to everyone that they are totally lacking in honesty. What amazes me further is there was an up-roar when Tami Ritter appeared on the same mailer in 2012. Apparently the progressives didn’t learn a thing. Are they that desperate that they would risk exposing their moral bankruptcy just to win an election? Disgusting!

The mailer that appears to come from the Republican party has the header “Attention: Republican Election Day Voting Guide” yet it also lists Gruendl, Molina, and Arim-Law as their selected candidates. The Butte county Republican endorsements for City Council are Sorensen, Fillmer, and Coolidge (see http://buttegop.com/endorsements/ ). Again, the mailer is a lie paid for by the candidates it endorses. And, again there was an up-roar in 2012 when Ann Schwab appeared on a mailer from the same organization.

I guess deception and lying is just business-as-usual for the Progressives/Democrats.

    Chris, BS!

    From Jack’s article:

“Another detail, an important one, is that voter ID laws seem not to work. Almost three-quarters of non-citizens who voted said they presented photo ID to get their ballot.”

This is all I have been saying. I have not argued that voter fraud in general is not an important issue. I have said that voter ID laws will not solve it, and will only deter legal voters from voting.

Thank you for proving my point.

  5. Post Scripts says:

Chris, I honestly had not considered the fact about photo ID’s being obtained fraudulently or even honestly by illegal voters, because I was focused on just trying to get something done to limit the fraud.
Voter ID would work, but apparently not to the extent it should. As the writer suggests we could come up with a good ID card and then I would be happy, as I’m sure all people who would like to see voter fraud minimized.

  6. Peggy says:

Watch how the media promotes one candidate over another. Remember a lie by omission is still a lie.

“The cowardly liberal media are not just refusing to report the truth in the news–they’re refusing to report the news altogether now that their liberal allies are behind in the polls.”
