Defend and Protect?

Our President has an odd way of approaching problems. Unreasonably high energy costs are, by his estimation, necessary for a problem that, even if it did exist, wouldn’t be changed significantly by his destructive policies. His approach in the Iran deal has the same blemish of idiocy:

(CNSNews.com) – “The detonation of an improvised nuclear device would produce intense heat, resulting in many patients with severe burns,” says a September 30 news release from the Department of Health and Human Services.

The announcement says HHS has contracted for the development of “four novel products to treat severe thermal burns.”

The products will boost the number of treatment options in case of disaster, and they’ll also be used in “routine” burn care situations.

Now it’s a very good thing that we prepare for the worst, no complaint there. But a President whose approach ensures that it can or will happen? Unacceptable!

Do we need to be reminded that Putin is making it possible for the Iranians to launch nuclear strikes capable of reaching our shores? The “deal” and Obama’s feckless leadership made this possible “sooner” rather than never.

But where is the good with this man?
