Hillary Vows to “Go Further Left” than Obama

Posted by Tina

It’s said that Bernie is pushing Hillary left in the campaign but let’s face it, the radical far left is where she belongs. She vowed during an MSNBC town hall that she would expand on the fundamental transformation of America after praising President Obama. How would she do it? With an expansion of federal control and “free” stuff, of course:

Among the items she named as wanting to “make a big, big push on,” included equal pay for women (despite the fact that the Clinton Foundation pays female executives less than their male counterparts), early childhood education, affordable college and debt-free tuition, the Affordable Care Act, mental health, criminal justice reform, and—you guessed it—gun control.

On the last point, Clinton said she “really support[s] everything President Obama said he would do through regulation on guns, but we’re going to start the very first day and tackle the gun lobby to try to reduce the outrageous number of people who are dying from gun violence in our country and I will take that on.”

It will come as no suprise to know that in the American Conservative Union’s rating of Congress, “Clinton had a more liberal voting record than President Obama when the two were senators.”

Hillary didn’t mention Supreme Court pics but we all know that’s right up at the top of her list and hard core feminist women will be too.

Please do not let yourself be bought or fooled by this woman.

Hillary is desperately sucking up to her lunatic, low information base. Will it work?

  2. Harold says:

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told NBC Connecticut her recent rhetoric (lies) about gun control and why she is USING the Sandy Hook tragedy as a focal point in her campaign.

Clinton, over the weekend, said she hasn’t politicized ???, the tragedy despite the fact she is running a campaign ad featuring the daughter of Sandy Hook Elementary School Principal Dawn Hochsprung who was killed that day.
But what difference does it make at this point, now where have I heard that before?

“I think we have a real problem with guns in America (especially if it will lead the misinformed to vote for me) is Clinton current mantra chant. Thirty-three thousand people per year are killed by guns and politics, our government, our democracy, is supposed to be about solving problems,” Clinton said backstage. “We need universal background checks, (no new Anti-gun thinking here) Clinton said ‘we need to end the universal immunity that has been given to the gun makers themselves , next maybe she plans on going after car manufactures or hammer suppliers as well. Lots more killed using those items as well.

We have to do more on mental health, (finally a point well made) We have to do more on education about the dangers of guns, or maybe better stated the danger of fools that misuse weapons and other tools to commit crime, Why cant liberals focus on this problem called criminal intent and leave the responsible gun owner alone to enjoy their Constitutional freedom) Then Clinton continued with’ I think it’s an appropriate and necessary topic to be discussing in this campaign’ (but no one here is politicizing it, right!)
Clintons “universal immunity” comment was a clear nod to the lawsuit that families of Sandy Hook victims filed against the manufacturer and seller of the weapons used in the December 2012 massacre. A judge recently ruled the suit could move forward.

Clinton would be a dangerous tool as President, much like the misuse of anything!

The claim that Clinton payed women less than men is based on flawed methodology. The Washington Free Beacon counted only employees that worked a full year, and left off other employees simply because they took a brief leave of absence. When factoring in all employees, Fact Check found that the average salaries were equal.

  4. Peggy says:

The “flawed methodology” appears to apply to women not on Hillary’s payroll too.

The gender pay gap is way overblown by the media — here are the real stats:

Peggy if we look into the future it may be pay for men that should concern us. Women are graduating from college in greater numbers than men. Higher paying jobs for American men are under assault from a failing manufacturing sector, attacks on oil and coal, and replacement in high tech and trucking by foreign workers. Men, in particular white men, have taken it in the shorts for decades now. It’s time to stop the insanity.

The pay gap for women, if it exists at all, is the result of factors other than discrimination. But the left just can’t (won’t) let go of sacred causes from which they derive their power.

      • Peggy says:

Tina, I agree. Women have been moving into careers previously done only by men, both blue and while collar. I’ve even noticed recently in movies and TV shows men are now working as administrative assistants, once predominantly done by women only. Don’t know if this is an accurate reflection of what’s going on in the real world I just thought it interesting if it is.

You’re right the pay gap on the surface does not take into account years in service, experience and even time off to raise children, which is done more by women than men. The comparison needs to be apple to apple with all things being equal. A man with 10 years in a position and woman with 5 years in the same position will be paid a different salary, at least they should be in my opinion.

  5. Tina says:

Chris that’s not accurate. Factcheck found the methodology to be different, that isn’t the same thing as “flawed.”

Factcheck: “We take no position on which may be the superior methodology — as Patten told us, both have benefits and tradeoffs. But we think it’s instructive to consider those benefits and tradeoffs”

Factcheck: (We spot checked dozens of the salaries provided by the Clinton campaign against the expense reports filed with the secretary of the Senate. Direct comparisons were not possible because the Clinton salary data was based on calendar years, while the public disbursement records are based on fiscal years. The annual salary numbers also do not take into consideration any bonuses an employee might have earned. But pro-rated for the amount of the year worked by the employee, the figures we checked generally matched up.)

Factcheck also acknowledged: “The Free Beacon notes that its methodology more closely mirrors the methodology used by the Census Bureau to arrive at the oft-cited statistic that women earn 77 cents for every dollar earned by men in the U.S. Like the Free Beacon, the Census Bureau only considered full time, year-round employees. And so, the Free Beacon argues, Clinton leaves herself vulnerable to this kind of attack because she has, in the past, repeatedly cited that same 77-cent figure”

  6. Pie Guevara says:

Hillary’s credentials are thus — She has attacked and still attacks women who were victims of her rapist and philandering husband with whom she collaborated and enabled.

  7. Pie Guevara says:

    Fact check that, Chris.

  8. Dewster says:

The pay gap exists for many. I just love how people who do not experience it try to tell those who do it does not exist.

Those who want to do nothing about a problem should not stand in the way of those who do.

Wow you guys let the Media dupe you time and time again. While Hillary has been pushed a bit left by Senator Sanders there is no guarantee on anything. Wall Street believes she will flip flop in the end. I do not trust her one bit. The GOP offerings are even worse!

Hillary is just as corrupt as the GOP because she is one of them.
