Hillary Clinton is well known for fabricating stories to improve or enhance her resume but this one takes the cake. Here’s her story:
“My mother, Dorothy, was abandoned by her parents as a young girl. She ended up on her own at 14, working as a housemaid. She was saved by the kindness of others.
Her first-grade teacher saw she had nothing to eat at lunch and brought extra food to share the entire year. The lesson she passed on to me, years later, stuck with me: No one gets through life alone. We have to look out for each other and lift each other up.
And she made sure I learned the words from our Methodist faith: “Do all the good you can, for all the people you can, in all the ways you can, as long as ever you can.”
“So, I went to work for the Children’s Defense Fund, going door-to-door in New Bedford, Mass., on behalf of children with disabilities who were denied the chance to go to school.
I remember meeting a young girl in a wheelchair on the small back porch of her house. She told me how badly she wanted to go to school — it just didn’t seem possible in those days. And I couldn’t stop thinking of my mother and what she’d gone through as a child.
It became clear to me that simply caring is not enough. To drive real progress, you have to change both hearts and laws. You need both understanding and action.
So we gathered facts. We built a coalition. And our work helped convince Congress to ensure access to education for all students with disabilities.”

Here’s what I learned; The Mayor of New Bedford in 1973 was a guy I happen to know, Mayor John Markey (81 years old and a lifelong Democrat now living in Dartmouth, MA. Mayor Markey is also a retired judge and a man whose credibility and character are beyond reproach. “Jack” as he is known, is eligible for both court and municipal pension but only accepts one. He is not one to “double dip”. I called Jack and asked him a few questions about handicap services in 1973 at the New Bedford Public Schools, including wheelchair accessibility.
“I took over as Mayor in January of 1973. We had a budget for vans with drivers and provided services to students with disabilities. It was Tremblay Bus. They would pick them up and drop them off at their homes. Now, they may not have been able to go to the local school, depending on whether or not the schools were accessible for wheelchairs but there were many schools then which could and did accommodate our handicapped students in wheelchairs”.
“In fact, we had a local guy who was a paraplegic, injured in a diving accident who came to my office many times to advocate for the disabled and I actually spent an entire day in 1973 in a wheelchair to better understand the challenges they face everyday. Soon after that we were cutting out sidewalks for wheelchairs and doing things in New Bedford before the laws ever compelled us to.”
So despite the progressive and good works of the New Bedford leadership in 1973 to make the city schools and streets more handicap accessible, Hillary (no pun intended) rolled New Bedford local government under the bus last night in front of the world. And needed to lie to do it. It just didn’t seem possible in those days Hillary, because it wasn’t true in 1973 New Bedford.

Of course I am voting for Donald Trump. You should be too if you are a conservative. Let me break this down into three arguments, the first of which is Trump’s trump card on the #NeverTrumpers.
If Hillary Clinton wins, the Left gavels in a solid, lasting, almost certainly permanent majority on the Supreme Court. Every political issue has a theoretical path to SCOTUS, and only self-imposed judicial restraint has checked the Court’s appetite and reach for two centuries.
That restraint will be gone when HRC’s first appointee is sworn in. Finished.
This is not hyperbole. I have the advantage of having taught Con Law for 20 years, of having argued before very liberal appellate judges like Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the very liberal Ninth Circuit, of practicing with the best litigators in the land, and I know what a very liberal SCOTUS means: conservatism is done.

This is a really poor attempt at a fact check. The writer admits that not all schools in the city were wheelchair accessible at the time–is it not possible that the van service didn’t make stops in this girl’s particular area? Is it not possible that the girl wanted to go to a specific school that wasn’t accessible and Clinton is simply misremembering the extent of her problem?
We know for a fact Trump lied twice the other day, claiming to have been contacted by both the NFL and the Koch brothers, when both say they never reached out to Trump. We know he is lying about never having contact with Putin, whom he bragged about meeting in 2014. We know he’s still lying about his early position on the Iraq War. This seems like an attempt to distract from Trump’s obvious lies this week, his attacks on the parents of a fallen soldier, and the reveal that he is completely uninformed about what’s been going on with Russia for the past few years.
There is no one in politics more unqualified, dishonest and uninformed than Donald Trump.
I can attest to the fact that transportation and accessible schools were available for students back in the 70s because I had a son who rode one every school day. All of his educational needs were met from K-12 (1974-1986) either under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or the Americans with Disability Act of 1990.
Special Ed. funds are in “categorically” funded accounts and are kept separate from general fund accounts to safeguard against them being redirected and to guarantee they are reserved to aide disabled students only.
So, what Hillary said is a flat out lie and anyone with a disabled child during that time knows it. Four more Pinocchios!

NO! The city would not install a van service for handicapped children that wasn’t available to every handicapped child. What would be the point?

Hillary is famous for “misremembering”… she’s done it so often there is no other conclusion to draw…she is a serial liar. She cannot be trusted with little things like this. But the the thing that is much more important is that she cannot be trusted to protect operatives in the field, she cannot be trusted to protect our nations top secret information, she cannot be trusted when it comes to selling our nations technology to enemies, she just cannot be trusted with the important matters that presidents do.

Arrogantly making charges of poor fact checking while offering no demonstrable
facts of his own.
(Thank goodness readers of the Post Scripts section do not have to put up with this constant barrage of Chris garbage anymore.)
Why Can’t Hillary Clinton Stop Lying?
On Sunday, the former secretary of state told FOX News’ Chris Wallace that FBI Director James Comey cleared her of misleading the public about her rogue email server at the state department: “Director Comey said my answers were truthful, and what I’ve said is consistent with what I have told the American people, that there were decisions discussed and made to classify retroactively certain of the emails.”
That’s wrong and she knows it, which makes it a lie.
Of course I could ask, “Why can’t Trump stop lying?” but I won’t bother with that. The liberal author — who obviously fears Trump and prefers Hillary — goes into that in the above article.
Does Trump have a chance? The author writes —

And yet, in my mind, the case against Clinton is not as disturbing as Trump’s mendacity, megalomania, intolerance, and intellectual slovenliness. With Clinton and Trump, the two most unpopular presidential candidates in the modern era, there is no equivalence.
I’m angry at Clinton because I expect better. The country needs better. I say again: If Trump becomes president, the world will have Clinton to blame.
Her dishonesty could push an unknown number of independent and undecided voters into Trump’s camp or toward a non-major-party candidate. If too many swing voters walk away from Clinton because she destroyed her credibility or because they don’t want to condone her behavior, the nuclear codes go to Trump.
Lastly, FBI director Comey insists, ““We have no basis to conclude she [Hillary Clinton] lied to the FBI.” I don’t believe that. The fix was in, he dropped the ball, and has no interest in pursuing anything that would bring Hillary up on federal felony charges. The Justice Department has failed in its sworn duty too. For me this mess is just another demonstration of how corrupt the federal government has become under Obama.
