Wiki ~ Podesta’s Putin Connected Oil Company Shares

Posted by Tina

The document’s pile up faster than we can read them. One email
reveals that John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign chairman, was on the board of Joule Unlimited and owned 75,000 shares. Joule Unlimited is an energy company that received millions from a Putin-connected Russian government fund:

Podesta’s membership on the board of directors of Joule Unlimited was first revealed in research from Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large and Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President Peter Schweizer.

In the report, tilted, “From Russia with Money: Hillary Clinton, the Russian Reset, and Cronyism,” it’s reveled that Podesta joined the Joule Unlimited board in June 2011.

“The disclosure that Clinton Chair John Podesta transferred his shares in Putin-backed Joule Unlimited to an anonymous holding company when he joined the Obama Administration is extremely concerning,” said Donald Trump Senior Communications Advisor Jason Miller in a statement.

Podesta failed to fully disclose his position on Joule Unlimited’s board of directors and include it in his federal financial disclosures, as required by law, before he became President Obama’s senior adviser.

“Because the holding company is completely anonymous, we do not know whether or not he still has deep financial ties to Vladimir Putin and his regime,” Trump advisor Jason Miller wrote. “As such, Mr. Podesta needs to either reveal who is behind the holding company or he must resign from the Clinton campaign immediately.”

I’ve noticed the accusations thrown at Trump from the Hillary campaign mirror the types of things the Clintons and their cronies know they have done and are on record.

You are witless pawns of Big Oil, lending yourselves to a smear campaign.

Joule Unlimited, formerly known as Joule Biotechnologies,[1] is a producer of alternative energy technologies based in Bedford, Massachusetts. The company developed a process to generate hydrocarbon-based fuel by combining non-fresh water, nutrients, cyanobacteria, carbon dioxide, and sunlight. The company planned to break ground in October 2011 on a facility to produce more than 20,000 gallons of fuel per acre per year (19,000 m3/km2·a).[2]

Helioculture uses photosynthetic organisms, but is otherwise distinct from the process that makes fuel from algae. Oils made from algae usually have to be refined into fuel following a batch process, but helioculture produces fuel directly – either ethanol or hydrocarbons – that do not need refining. The Helioculture process also does not produce biomass. This process is enabled by the discovery of unique genes coding for enzymatic mechanisms that enable the direct synthesis of both alkane, olefin, ethanol, and other key molecules.[3] Helioculture allows for brackish water or graywater, nonindustrial waste water from sources such as baths and washing machines,[4] to be used, while traditional biofuels such as cellulosic ethanol require fresh water.

Joule Unlimited claims that its product will be cost competitive with crude oil at $50 a barrel ($310/m3). The company also states that its product could supply all of the transportation fuel for the United States from an area the size of the Texas panhandle.[5]

Joule Unlimited has not revealed the name of the organism that it uses, although it has acknowledged that the company has modified the organism.[6] In September, 2010, Joule received a patent for genetically altered bacterium.[7]

Joule Unlimited was founded within Flagship VentureLabs by Noubar Afeyan and David Berry.

In addition to its founders, Joule’s Board of Directors includes Graham Allison, Anatoly Chubais, Stelios Papadopoulos, Caroline Dorsa, and Ruben Vardanian.[8] Joule’s Scientific Advisory Board includes synthetic biologists George M. Church and Jim Collins.

    Audi partnership
After building a demonstration plant in New Mexico, Joule Unlimited entered into a strategic partnership with Audi in 2012 to accelerate the commercialization of their fuels, ethanol named Sunflow-E and diesel named Sunflow-D.[9] Audi brands them as e-ethernal and e-diesel respectively.[10]

Mind you, their proprietary bio-organism is probably going to kill us all.

    • Tina says:

It isn’t the energy type…it is the association to Putin.

Hillarys campaign has been accusing Trump of having an association with Putin, remember? This, and who knows what else, is the reason.

You really are a dim bulb when it comes to the way Hillary’s cadre of crooks enrich themselves while using you as a pawn to gain power.

As I have pointed out many times BIG OIL has been at the forefront of alternative energy and innovation to make petroleum cleaner. They aren’t so stupid and naive to imagine oil can be replaced any time soon, at the same time, they wisely look to future possibilities.

Meanwhile the dim bulbs waste our tax dollars on Solyndra and solar panels made in China.

      • Deplorable J Soden says:

Good point, Tina! Libby’s light bulb is turned off.

      • Libby says:

The association with Putin is the smear.

Let me explain it to you:

This bio-tech is hugely promising. And you must remember always that there is no free market in this country. The developers of promising technologies (little fish) are invariably set upon by the bigger fish. Microsoft, for instance, has a rock solid reputation for using it’s humongous wealth to buy competing tech companies and suppress the the new tech. In this case, Big Oil would more likely buy up and co-opt the tech, as they are NOT adverse to green. It should just be THEIR green. And they want to buy it cheap. So? Set about ruining a company’s rep, it loses capital, and will sell cheap.

So, why do you want to lend yourself to this little project?

  2. Dewster says:

Dim Bulbs are the ones who shut down solar innovations here in the USA. We were #1. Now China is.

It takes a few failures before a product is perfected. That is just how it is. Only a fool who knows nothing about manufacturing and product development says crap like that.

Computers took up 3 rooms. If taxpayers had not supported universities and scientists we would never have had our cell phones, laptops ect ect.

A fairy does not pop up and make a new technology a profitable product.

Renewable energy is the future and we are behind. Another way we will loose our edge. China is building solar and wind at a very fast pace. Us? Oh no we need none of that cause….. Koch Exxon ect ect

Conservatives are hurting the US economy with all that propaganda. You hate Hillary when she is the Fracking Queen! You Hate Obama when he has opened up more drilling here than those before him.

All you see is Red and Blue. Not the facts.

And I do not like those people because of those facts.

Russian company has 20% of Uranium interests in USa thanks to Clinton/Obama.

    Trump owes Russians 650 million!

    They are both CROOKS
