FBI Memos: Hillary Instructed Maid to Print Classified Emails

Posted by Tina

JUST IN: James Comey informed Congress he will not change the July decision regarding Hillary’s emails.

I guess we should not be shocked. It’s obvious the entire government under Obama is compromised. Meanwhile…back to my original post…

The piles of evidence to prove Hillary Clinton’s criminality continues to grow. She was extremely negligent and careless in handling classified documents. Today we learn Hillary’s maid in DC had ongoing access to sensitive material:

Hillary Clinton regularly instructed her housekeeper to print government emails and documents when she was secretary of state – including classified materials, according to FBI memos.

FBI memos show Marina Santos often handled sensitive information, but didn’t have the security clearance to do so, the New York Post reports.

The housekeeper was paid to look after Clinton’s home in Washington, known as Whitehaven.

But the Democratic nominee also trusted the Filipina immigrant with state secrets, asking her aides to forward messages and attached documents they sent her on to Santos to print at home. …

…The housekeeper also had access to the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) – an extremely secure room agents set up at Whitehaven.

Santos did not have clearance for the SCIF, yet ‘collected documents from the secure facsimile machine for Clinton,’ according to FBI notes.

The bureau noted that Clinton periodically received the Presidential Daily Brief, a top secret document prepared by the CIA and other intelligence agencies.

A former American CIA official reported today on Fox Business that Santos would be a hot target for any operative looking to compromise Hillary’s State Department. Hillary’s lackadaisical approach to security was not only unprofessional but extremely reckless.

One of the laws that cover the handling of classified material, sourced from Cornell Law:

Title 18, Section 2071 – “(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.” (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.” (emphasis mine)

Hillary has compromised herself and made herself ineligible to run for president. We can’t count on the justice system. The rule of law does not exist. Comey, for unknown reasons, has declared Hillary above the law and the rest of usher peons.

How many American’s will still cast a vote for this corrupt woman who’s protected by a corrupted system? We’ll know soon enough.

Should $hrilLIARy win on Tuesday, I expect the white house janitors to be in charge of our classified documents . . . .

  2. Libby says:

Do I smell panic? What will we see from world markets on Monday? … I suspect … panic.

Do you know … there are rumors afoot … that this entire catastrophe started as an attempt by Trump to screw more money out of NBC for further seasons of “The Apprentice”.

Whoa, Mommy … the republic is finished … I would have said.

But my sister told me about the Scholastic Books mock election results … and … maybe … we are just having a little (little?) bump in the road.

“The rule of law does not exist.” Agreed. Sends a cold chill down my spine. I have family in law enforcement on the street as I type this. I have trouble sleeping most nights. I suspect there are others here who do as well.

    Soap box.
    Ballot box.
    Cartridge box.

    We’ll know soon.

  4. Dewster says:

Look they will never get her cause they all do it to avoid FOIA and getting caught. Remember GW lost 22 Million emails pertaining to the war in Iraq and halliburton ect ect.

We need to demand all of these crooks answer to these crimes as crimes. I do not care if we start with Clinton, but there is a code among them. This house of cards will bring down many. It is not the emails as I have said it is the foundation. They all have these or shell companies. Clinton just figured out how to put the money laundering on steroids! How Many of them have a Presidential husband while being SOS?

We need to clean out all of them. We need to get rid of these Parties that are 100% corrupt controlling Media and elections for the oligarchs.

WHich donors are you sheeple for? Dem of Rep corporation?

I will never vote lessor evil game again. Nothing Changes

    • Tina says:

“Remember GW lost 22 Million emails …”

There’s a pretty significant difference and it’s important to share that difference.

On April 12, 2007, White House spokesman Scott Stanzel stated that White House staffers were told to use RNC accounts to “err on the side of avoiding violations of the Hatch Act, but they should also retain that information so it can be reviewed for the Presidential Records Act” and that “some employees … have communicated about official business on those political email accounts.”[13] Stanzel also said that even though RNC policy since 2004 has been to retain all emails of White House staff with RNC accounts, the staffers had the ability to delete the email, themselves. (Deleting is not destroying as is the use of Bleachbit or hammers)

On December 14, 2009, CNN reported[14] that all 22 million missing emails had been found on backup tapes, and that the Obama Administration reached a settlement with two watchdog groups who had sued to obtain the emails.

Hillary Clinton and her staff destroyed evidence under subpoena, and lied to Congress and the American people repeatedly:

Byron York had a very interesting report about the destruction of thousands of Clinton e-mails after Congress had issued a subpoena for them. (Obstruction of a congressional investigation is a felony under federal law.) The report is based on the FBI’s heavily redacted summary report of its Clinton e-mails investigation. … The Clinton team was using the BleachBit program to ensure that the purged e-mails could never be retrieved or reassembled. This was a conscious scorched-earth operation, headed up by Mills, the Clinton Family’s Tom Hagen — longtime consigliere and Clinton’s chief-of-staff at the State Department. … the indications that the Clinton team was engaged in a fraud and crime — perhaps several crimes arising out of the overarching scheme to 1) hoard Clinton’s e-mails; 2) shield thousands of them from lawfully required disclosure to Congress, the courts, and the public; and 3) destroy thousands of them notwithstanding (a) a congressional subpoena; (b) their known relevance to several investigations and court proceedings; and (c) their patent status as government records. The known evidence powerfully suggests that the PRN tech and other PRN personnel were complicit in the destruction of thousands of e-mails, which Congress had lawfully demanded and the Clinton team knew were potentially responsive — not just to the Benghazi committee’s inquiry but to other legal proceedings as well.

The rule of law requires specifics. Unfortunately, Dewey, you and others like you seem to enjoy blurring the lines of distinction in order to say, “They all do it.”

While I agree people from both parties have been involved in illegal activity I do not agree that every politician is guilty of this level of corruption. If we care about the rue of law and the truth it’s important to make distinctions. On several occasions I’ve asked you to provide evidence to back up your assertions about republicans. For instance, I asked for specific evidence that Republicans control the media. We have hard evidence that producers and news anchors have conspired and colluded with Democrats to control the narrative and effect election outcomes. I have not seen similar evidence of ties with republicans.

The statement, “They all do it,” demonstrates a lazy approach to this problem as is the idea that getting rid of the 2 parties would solve it. It’s the people that matter. The people would turn right around and reform under new names…and then what?

People form alliances because they disagree in very fundamental ways. Those who want government to control will continue to want that. Those who believe in limited government will continue to want that. Voila!

We’ve explained to you many, many times that people who prefer limited government are people, by definition, who are against corporatism. That’s who we are at Post Scripts…limited government people. That’s why we’re here; that’s what we support.

  5. Peggy says:

The Republic our Founders created for us died yesterday after Comey’s and Obama’s statements confirming we are no longer a nation of laws but of men. The corruption was brought out front of the curtain for us all to see, no longer needing to be hidden. Hearing our president tell illegals they can vote because they won’t get caught was my last straw. We can not sink any lower. With those words we hit bottom.

No matter who wins tomorrow our country has imploded. Half of the country will feel like they personally lost. There will be no working together with respect to find solutions. The attitude of I win you loose has become the norm.

On Wednesday we will either hammer the final nails into the coffin or reach for the defibulator.

    • Pie Guevara says:

If this means you are not voting Dopey, that works for me. The less looney tunes turning out to vote, the better.

    • Pie Guevara says:

Ooops, the above is in the wrong place to reply to Dopey.

      Peggy —

It ain’t over until the rat lady screams.

      • Peggy says:

Hahaha That is one scream I’d even pay to hear.

Nope, not giving up yet. Plan to watch tomorrow until results come in for Florida and No. Carolina. If the rat lady wins I don’t want to see our republic come to it’s agonizing death.

Been reading we are in a post-republic state, more of a democracy on our way to anarchy just around the corner.

We need a miracle like the storm that saved DC during the war of 1812.

“On the night of August 24, 1814, British troops led by Rear Admiral Sir George Cockburn marched on Washington, D.C. and set fire to most of the city. Dolley Madison famously saved the Gilbert Stuart portrait of George Washington and a copy of the Declaration of Independence before she fled to nearby Georgetown. The British didn’t stay long, though; their occupation lasted just 26 hours. What happened?

Current Washingtonians will recognize this scenario, as we’ve had a wild summer of heavy heat and damaging storms. But August 25, 1814 was even worse. The day of the invasion had been hot, 100 degrees. With much of the city aflame the next day, British soldiers kept moving through, lighting more fires. They didn’t notice the darkening skies, the thunder and lightning. City residents knew a bad storm was on its way and quickly took shelter. The British, though, had no idea how bad a D.C. storm could get.

The clouds began to swirl and the winds kicked up. A tornado formed in the center of the city and headed straight for the British on Capitol Hill. The twister ripped buildings from their foundations and trees up by the roots. British cannons were tossed around by the winds. Several British troops were killed by falling structures and flying debris.

The rain continued for two hours, dousing the flames. The British decided it was time to leave. Local meteorologists later wrote in their book Washington Weather:”

“Hearing our president tell illegals they can vote because they won’t get caught was my last straw.”

He did not say that. In fact, he explicitly said illegal immigrants cannot vote.

      http://www.snopes.com/obama-encouraged-illegal-aliens-to-vote/

      • Peggy says:

Come on Chris, everyone knows Snopes is run by a left-wing radical couple. You really need to find a better source for your argument.

Obama did NOT say illegals cannot vote. Read the transcript. I did.

    • Libby says:

Oh, Peggy. You need to read some history. We’ve made extraordinary improvement from the raucous contests of years gone by. Though I have to say Trump has gone wildly off the rails. While opposition of the past has been accused of everything up to and including devil worship … I don’t believe we’ve ever yet had a candidate promise to jail his opponent.

That is so … banana republic.

      • Tina says:

Perhaps you should read your history, Libby:

“Men in public life called each other, not just the traditional ‘liar,’ ‘poltroon,’ ‘coward,’ and ‘puppy,’ but also ‘fornicator,’ ‘madman,’ and ‘bastard;’ they accused each other of incest, treason, and consorting with the devil.” –Gentlemen’s Blood: A History of Dueling …

… The most famous duel in American history is unquestionably that which occurred between Vice President Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton, who greatly influenced the founding of America’s economy and was possibly on track to become President himself. Burr and Hamilton had long been political enemies by the time they met on the field of honor. Hamilton had been instrumental in preventing Burr from winning the Presidency when Burr tied Thomas Jefferson’s vote count, leading to Burr’s eventual appointment as VP. The two men continued to square off politically until rumors that Hamilton had been saying “despicable” things about Burr led the slandered veep to issue a formal challenge to duel.

The two men met on the field of honor in Weehawken, New Jersey on the morning of July 11, 1804. Interestingly enough, Hamilton’s son had fallen to a mortal blow in a duel at the very same place just two years before. The same guns used in his duel were also used in his father’s.

The accounts of precisely what happened are conflicting, but it is generally thought that Hamilton fired first, aiming high and missing Burr completely. Burr then aimed squarely at Hamilton’s torso and returned fire. Hamilton fell, the bullet lodged in his spine, and he died the following morning.

At least Trump would go through the judicial process before he jailed her! Rudy Giuliani would have no trouble bringing an indictment given the evidence presented thus far:

“[There are] 13 violations of federal law that she arguably committed,” Giuliani told Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” program. “This is about as clear as it gets. It is a crime to negligently handle top secret material.”
Giuliani said in his days in the government, there were times he’d be at work until 2 a.m. because he never took top secret materials out of his office.

“Now, how can she put all this out there and not get proceeded against by the government,” said Giuliani, noting that there is currently a push to demote former Gen. David Petraeus’ rank over his sharing of secret information with his biographer and mistress.

“They treated it — in the case of Petraeus — as a major crime, and his actions are a hundredth of hers,” said Giuliani. “She misrepresented about it. She’s lied about it. She said she had no top secret material. It’s absurd.”

And as Clinton “destroyed 34,000 emails,” Giuliani said that he would have argued, as a prosecutor, “that’s evidence of a guilty knowledge . . . the destruction is evidence of guilty knowledge, evidentiary principle that you can use against someone when they’re in a situation where who knows what’s on those 34,000 e-mails.”

  6. Jim says:

There was an interesting report on NPR about this. It turns out that Hillary doesn’t know how to use a desk top computer. She only used a Blackberry for email.

    It’s worth listening to:

  7. Peggy says:

    Exactly!

240 years ago our Founders wrote in our Declaration of Independence, “We mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

Were are the men and women today who will do the same?

The Fall of an FBI Director:
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

Every agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation takes an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic” and to “bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” And he swears to “faithfully discharge the duties of the office.”

It is much the same oath taken by members of Congress, by military officers and government employees. It is an oath that goes back to Washington and Lincoln. Its origins lie in the Constitution.

And FBI Director James Comey violated it.

    • Libby says:

I don’t think Comey will fall. Unless he really, really, really wants, at this point, to retire … and who could blame him … I think Hillary will be magnanimous. It was, after all, her idiot husband who put Comey in the hot seat.

  8. Tina says:

    Magnanimous?

    Geez, you slay me!

He let her off! What would there to be magnanimous about?

(A more likely scenario: she threatened his children or grandmother and now he’s in her pocket for all time)
