Berlin Terrorist Attack

by Jack

Regarding the stolen truck used to mow down shoppers:  ”The terrorist attack on Berlin’s Christmas market ended my lefty fantasy about Germany.

I felt a sickening panic in the aftermath of the attack, not so much because of my proximity to such a violent and upsetting loss of life, but because it meant accepting I’d been wrong.”  Confessed a German liberal.

Germany has long been a safe haven for refugees, and most recently for Muslim refugees coming from unstable, violent countries all over the Middle East where terrorism is an everyday occurrence.  It should have been expected that some of the violence would follow them into Germany.  After all, the Middle-East has been at war with itself for well over 3,ooo years.

Angela Merkel, Germany’s PM,  had hoped the mostly Arab Muslims would be assimilating into the local culture, but this has not been the case so far.  Given the latest act of terrorism, her stance on refugees made be her ruin.

Here’s a list of incidents that have Germans rethinking their immigration policy:

Doctor killing: Tuesday July 26

A Muslim patient shot and fatally injured his doctor before turning the gun on himself at a hospital in Berlin on Tuesday July 26.

The killing came after a week of terror in Germany but Berlin police said there is no evidence that the patient had a terrorist background.

Suicide bombing: Sunday July 24

A Muslim blew himself up outside a wine bar near a music festival in the German town of Ansbach at about 10.30pm.

The explosion, which injured 12 people, was the fourth bloody attack in what was an extremely traumatic week for Germany.

Machete attack: Sunday July 24 2016

A machete-wielding Syrian refugee hacked a pregnant woman to death in the German city of Reutlingen on Sunday July 24.

The 21-year-old killer also wounded two other people before a BMW ran him over in the street at about 3.30pm.

Munich shooting: Friday July 22 2016

Gunman Ali David Sonboly, 18, killed seven teenagers and two adults during a rampage at a Munich shooting centre on Friday July 22.

Sonboly, of German-Iranian descent, hero-worshipped neo-Nazi Breivik and launched his attack on the fifth anniversary of the Norway bloodbath.

Axe attack: Monday July 18 2016

An Afghan refugee hacked passengers with an axe as he shouted ‘Allahu Akbar‘ - ‘God is Great’ – during a rampage on a train in Germany on July 18.

Police shot dead the 17-year-old attacker and later found a handprinted ISIS flag in his room. The attacker came to Germany as an unaccompanied minor two years ago.

Knife attack: May 10 2016

knifeman killed a passenger and injured several others during a rampage at a train station in the Bavarian town of Grafing near Munich.

The knife-wielding man shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ during the violent attack at 5 am local time on May 10, according to witnesses.

Terror raids: February 4 2016

Hundreds of police officers carried out mass raids across Germany in the hunt to find four men connected to Islamic State (ISIS).

A couple was arrested in North Rhine-Westphalia and another man was arrested in Berlin as part of the police operation.

Germany has stepped up security due to the high threat from terrorism

Terror warning: December 31 2015

Bavarian police evacuated two railway stations in Munich on New Year’s Eve due to serious terrorism fears.

A foreign intelligence service had warned Germany of an imminent attack at midnight by ISIS militants, according to the Interior Ministry.

Terror fears at football: November 18 2015

Police cancelled a Germany v Holland football match at short notice due to a “concrete” threat of a terror attack at Hanover stadium.

Hanover’s police chief Volker Kluge later revealed the plan was to “detonate explosives” at the stadium. German Chancellor Angela Merkel had been due to attend the game.

Trail of horror: Tragedy of Islamic terrorism

Thu, January 8, 2015

ISLAMIC terrorism has been an ever-present threat over the last 14 years but after so many horrific events we we look at the trail of tragedy…

Stabbing: September 18 2015

An Islamic terrorist was shot dead after stabbing a German policewoman in the neck during a savage attack in west Berlin.

Police killed Iraqi Rafik Mohamad Yousef – a member of a terror group linked to al-Qaeda – after he injured the policewoman.

Shooting: March 2 2011

Two US airmen were killed and two others wounded when a man armed with a handgun opened fire on them at close range at Frankfurt airport.

Gunman Arid Uka, a Muslim ethnic Albanian born in Kosovo, admitted shooting dead a US Airman.

Then there are the investigations that stopped planned terrorist attacks, but they are not nearly as widely reported.   if Germany does not take more effective action to combat terrorism, they are headed broadening acts of terror that will be felt far deeper than the above.

Oh come on Jack, they were all out celebrating Pioneer Week the old Chico way. So what if a few human beings got in their way. The Progressives want to invite them all into their “Safe Zone” over at Chico State’s Diversity office until all those evil nations give up and leave them alone!!!

The European and American people are facing a moral dilemma, how do we help oppressed human beings, without becoming victims because of our own humanity. Clearly it is not working as hoped.

Time after time of late, we read of about deaths caused at the hands of zealot jihadist Muslims, who rule by intimidation and death. These deaths are caused on soil of the very benefactors trying to provide safe haven within, and clearly caused by a subversive murderous mindset hidden within the very refuges humanity is trying to save.

Vetting is not going to eliminate, nor is the opportunity to migrate and be assimilated into another culture, even if that new belief affords them safety from the very onus demons they are fleeing.

It is obvious the refuges bring their own cultural beliefs with them, and in doing so they protect those hidden within that will cause harm as they continue to nurture their beliefs, good and bad. So along with those of peace come the sleepers that rise and destroy with terror and death to the very infidels (as we are so labeled by them). the very people trying to protect them, and we die at the hands of those hidden within their migration.

All in attempt would seem to replace our culture with theirs. It is painfully clear that these jihadist will not accept any cultures different from theirs.

We will face more deaths happening throughout any country offering sanctuary, (and occur they will do the sleeper terrorist already in place).

Possibly a answer is creating and protecting safe areas on their own homeland soil will be the solution, land they honor and cherish and can be reclaimed once peace is restored, because it is clear to me that how we are going about this refugee issue currently is wrong, I liken it to crawling into a sleeping bag that you know a rattlesnake is in and hoping that your warmth will sooth the beast, not going to happen, it will strike!

I find it highly suspicious that the driver of the truck at the Christmas market attack left his wallet with his ID in the truck. Looks more like a plant to distract the police to look for someone who had nothing to do with it, allowing the real driver more time to escape.

Heard Merkel has a very giving heart who strongly believed helping the refugees was truly the right thing to do. What she failed to realize was the safety and rights of the German people she was also responsible for.
