Senate Judiciary Document: 121 Murders Committed in Four Years by Convicted Immigrants Not Deported by Our Government

Posted by Tina

A Senate Judiciary Committee report the documents the 121 murders according to Miami Herald:

“This disturbing fact follows ICE’s admission that, of the 36,007 criminal aliens it released from ICE custody in Fiscal Year 2013, 1,000 have been re-convicted of additional crimes in the short time since their release,” according to the letter, dated June 12, 2015.

The Senate Judiciary Committee letter revealed that 121 immigrant convicts were charged with homicide following their release from ICE custody between 2010 and 2014. It also noted that in 2014, ICE released 2,457 immigrant convicts because of the Supreme Court ruling prohibiting detention of deportable foreign nationals beyond six months.

Most of these immigrant convicts are nationals of 23 countries described by ICE as “recalcitrant” because they routinely refuse to take back deportables. The bulk of these immigrant convicts in 2014 — 1,183 — were from Cuba, according to the letter. The other “recalcitrant” countries include Afghanistan, Algeria, China, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia and Zimbabwe, according to ICE.

Generally, foreign nationals who are convicted of crimes are put into deportation proceedings after they complete their sentences.

What kind of nation has policy that burdens and endangers it’s citizens like this? Easy answer… a radical open borders nation, a fundamentally transformed nation, brought to us by the leadership of the Democrat Party in DC and in liberal run cities and states across the nation. The very people the American people have rejected resoundingly in elections over the last six years.

Good riddance! Law and order shall be restored.

There are approximately 16,000 murders committed every year in this country … that’s 64,000 in four years … and I’d be getting my knickers into a twist over 121 ONLY if I were a flaming xenophobe, aka, racist.

    • Bryan H. says:

Yeah, for a second I was like…121 what? 121 thousand? 121 million? That would be a lot.

We should get better at deporting people who are serious threats and who need to be deported. Of course, if we spend time and resources trying to deport all illegal immigrants instead of prioritizing the criminals, that will not happen.

      • Tina says:

Trump plans to address the criminal element first…he has said so repeatedly. A few quotes:

“What we are going to do is get the people that are criminal and have criminal records, gang members, drug dealers, where a lot of these people, probably 2 million, it could be even 3 million, we are getting them out of our country or we are going to incarcerate…

…After the border is secure and after everything gets normalized, we’re going to make a determination on the (other) people…who are terrific people. They’re terrific people…But before we make that determination…it’s very important, we are going to secure our border.”

“…if we are going to make our immigration system work, then we have to be prepared to talk honestly and without fear about these important and sensitive issues.

For instance, we have to listen to the concerns that working people have over the record pace of immigration and its impact on their jobs, wages, housing, schools, tax bills, and living conditions. These are valid concerns, expressed by decent and patriotic citizens from all backgrounds.

We also have to be honest about the fact that not everyone who seeks to join our country will be able to successfully assimilate. It is our right as a sovereign nation to choose immigrants that we think are the likeliest to thrive and flourish here.

Then there is the issue of security. Countless innocent American lives have been stolen because our politicians have failed in their duty to secure our borders and enforce our laws.

A 2011 report from the Government Accountability Office found that illegal immigrants and other non-citizens in our prisons and jails together had around 25,000 homicide arrests to their names.

On top of that, illegal immigration costs our country more than $113 billion dollars a year. For the money we are going to spend on illegal immigration over the next ten years, we could provide one million at-risk students with a school voucher.”

And here’s the quote that has sanctuary city leaders going nuts:

“Another reform I am proposing is the passage of legislation named for Detective Michael Davis and Deputy Sheriff Danny Oliver, two law enforcement officers recently killed by a previously-deported illegal immigrant. The Davis-Oliver bill will enhance cooperation with state and local authorities to ensure that criminal immigrants and terrorists are swiftly identified and removed.”

Donald Trump wants to restore this nation to it’s dignified, law abiding origins. Yes, we are a compassionate, welcoming nation. But we are also a nation of laws. Chaos and derision follow when citizens and officials indulge lawless behaviors, tolerate, encourage and protect criminals, and undermine and disrespect current law.

Radical liberals, and more than a few politicians – republicans and democrats, don’t care about solving the problems associated with illegal entry, enforcing our nations laws, or keeping American’s safe.

It’s become more important for radical liberals, citizens or leaders, to forge a racist political hammer for fund raising purposes and to garner votes. Disgusting…and won of the reasons they have lost so many seats over eight to ten years.

Selective enforcement of the law and protection of convicted criminals. How thoughtful Libby. I’m sure your opinion offers the victims of these crimes a lot of comfort. Some of them are people of color, like Felicia Ruiz who was murdered (stabbed over 25 times) or Jamiel Shaw, 17, killed in an unprovoked attack. Another was Emily Cortez a 7-week-old baby – severe head injuries from blunt force trauma by a caregiver operating an in-home daycare.

The issue is responsible enforcement of the law. It has nothing to do with race.

“There are approximately 16,000 murders committed every year…”

Yeah, and a great number of those occur in cities where education stinks, jobs are few, and crime, including murder, is tolerated by the liberals who run them and the liberal citizens who elect them over and over. The conditions follow failed liberal policies that the people have tolerated for far too long. Screaming racism, like you just did, is part of the reason nothing changes. Shame on YOU! If we counted these murders (most often people of color) to the released criminal illegal alien list the number would be more significant and you lefties would have even more blood on your hands.

See one list of victims of illegal aliens here.

Take your canned fake outrage and shove it!

  3. Libby says:

Tina, you’re the one being “selective” … angsting over 121 out of 64,000.

    Why?
