Trumps new Secretary of State will host representatives from a 68 nation coalition founded by President Obama in 2014 to discuss methods and means to defeat the Islamic State. President Trump indicated when he ran for president that he would not be signaling his plans through the media. We shall see how well he is able to manage leaks, or eradicate those who do leak. Meanwhile, as expected, the war on the West continues as does the need to confront and defeat this enemy.

I like your choice of words. Whether they are government employees or contractors, those inside the government leaking government secrets should be eradicated. Those found responsible be punished to the full extent of the law up to and including execution if the case merits it. This situation is intolerable.
