Named Witnesses Don’t Remember Incident

Posted by Tina

The Judiciary Committee has given Christine Blasey-Ford every accommodation to tell her story. They offered an open or closed door session, they offered to go to her so she wouldn’t have to travel, they’ve pushed the date back for her convenience…she’s been treated with respect. She’s had plenty of time to recall the incident and prepare to testify. So what’s the deal with this woman? She felt compelled by something to write the letter that made it’s way into Dianne Feinstein’s hands. Feinstein then sat on it over several months and all through the interview and hearing process. The late hour for the big reveal makes the charges appear extremely political. The political activism of her lawyer makes her charges appear extremely political. Ford has had plenty of time to prepare and to decide the actual “seriousness of the charge. Delaying tactics make her accusations appear political. She appears to be a pawn, a reluctant accuser, and she has plenty of reason to be undecided…reluctant.

This incident, if it happened, happened thirty years ago at a school where students bragged about their partying in the school paper and yearbooks with blessings from parents and school authorities. She insists her attacker was drunk…it’s quite possible she was too and sent out all the wrong signals to her supposed attacker. Could that be why she has such a foggy memory? Could the memory simply be a fantasy memory, invented teen aged angst? Gossip fog?

None of the three witnesses she’s named agree with her that the incident actually happened. She said…they said?

Ms. Keyer, whom CNN confirms is “a lifelong friend of Ford’s,” is the third named witness to deny any knowledge of the allegations. The other two, Mark Judge and Patrick Smyth, issued written statements to that effect earlier in the week. Thus far, nobody has backed up the account advanced by Kavanaugh’s accuser, while Kavanaugh and three other named witnesses have rejected it outright.

Kavanaugh has over 100 persons women who have spoken to his high moral character. Not exactly a strong case for the accuser.

If the weakness of her case doesn’t give the members of the committee pause it should, however, Democrats on the committee have declared Kavanaugh guilty on the basis of the accusation alone. They should all be removed form the committee for their irresponsible, blatantly political positions.

If she isn’t a pawn but a politically motivated player in the Soros funded #metoo cabal can we trust that her testimony is true rather than a personal sacrifice for the radical feminist/radical progressive cause. Either way the American people are being had.

The November election is 50 days away. The American people have an opportunity to put a wrench in the works of this type of activist government. We have an opportunity to send another strong message to those who wish to control and fundamentally change our republic. VOTE…as if your lives depended on it!

The timing of Feinswine’s release was a twofer. An insurance policy wrench to throw into the hearing at the last minute, and as close to the election as she could get it. Considering the revelations about her personal driver, I think she should be hung for treason, from the center span of the Golden Gate bridge. But that’s just me. In the real world, the look on her face when judge Kavanaugh is confirmed will do.

    • J. Soden says:

Like the Fineswine term. Appropriate, especially given her performance contributing to the Kavanaugh Circus. MUCH better description than just plain ‘ol “DiFi” . . . . . . .
      Always good to expand your vocabulary . . . . . . .

  2. Tina says:

If she actually does testify, and I’m not convinced she will, it could be quite a show.

Democrats on the committee will makes speeches rather than ask questions, as per ususal.

I understand Kavanaugh, being a meticulous person, kept calendars all through high school to track his activities. This according to the NYT…if we can believe it.

His calendars wouldn’t prove he didn’t attend a party (of an unspecified date and place) where Ford claims the incident took place, it would show where he was scheduled to be on various dates.

The article states he will (has) turn them over to the committee. His credibility goes up if this is the case.

Grassley has again extended her time until Thursday but her lawyers continue to be contentious, trying to set the terms and conditions. Senator Graham holds the same opinion I do that this woman is being used by Democrats on the committee. He blasted them Sunday on FOX: “Republicans ‘are not going to turn the hearing over to her lawyers’ by allowing them to dictate which witnesses to call, or in what order to call the witnesses. If Ford’s lawyer’s persist, Graham said, ‘there won’t be a hearing.'” … Graham also rejected an impassioned plea last week by Hawaii Democratic Sen. Mazie Hirono, who told men to ‘shut up and step up’ in the wake of the accusations against Kavanaugh. ‘I am not going to shut up, with all due respect,’ Graham said. ‘When I voted for Sotomayor and Kagan, no one on the other side told me to shut up.’ He added: ‘What am I supposed to do? Go ahead and ruin this guy’s life, based on an accusation — I don’t know when it happened, I don’t know where it happened, and everybody named in regard to being there said it didn’t happen. I’m just being honest. Unless there’s something more, no, I’m not going to ruin Judge Kavanuagh’s life over this.'”

  3. Tina says:

Hypocrisy looms, adding to the laugh track:

Daily Mail, “Senator Cory Booker’s column titled ‘stealing second’ that he wrote in the Stanford student newspaper in 1992 about fumbling a girl’s breast at a party resurfaces”

FOX News, “Anti-Kavanaugh voices Hirono, Feinstein took campaign cash from Dem colleague who admitted hitting his wife”

Biz Pac Review, “Keith Ellison pounded about abuse at debate. Watch him blame accusers, say women can make things up!”

Howie Carr at The Boston Herald, “Joe Kennedy’s tweet on sexual assault insensitivity is a bit much”

Maybe I missed it, but has JoJoJo tweeted out any denunciations of his House colleague, Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota, who is also vice chairman of the DNC? Ellison, a Muslim who used to hang out with rabid anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan, has been accused by two of his ex-girlfriends of physical abuse, and there are 911 calls from the terrified, bruised women on the record.

Has JoJoJo ever commented on Sen. Tom Carper of Delaware, who has admitted using his ex-wife as a punching bag, giving her a black eye — “it caused some discoloration of her left eye and some puffiness.”

Better put some ice on it, Mrs. Carper. Oh sorry, wrong Democrat pol — that was President Clinton’s medical tip to Juanita Broaddrick after he allegedly raped her. JoJoJo has never tweeted about that Democrat sex crime either.

How about Sen. Sherrod Brown, extinguished Democrat of Ohio. His ex-wife once filed court documents saying that “he struck and bullied me on several occasions.” Lucky for Brown the cops didn’t also charge him with impersonating a Kennedy!

How about New Jersey, where Sen. Cory “Spartacus” Booker has admitted to groping a woman at age 15? And how old were those working girls Sen. Bob Menendez was accused of partying with down in the Dominican Republic? How about the Democrat sheriff of Bergen County who was recently recorded on tape speculating about the sexual preferences of the state’s new unmarried female lieutenant governor?

More crickets from JoJoJo about all the above stalwarts of the Garden State Democrat party.

But it’s even more disingenuous for JoJoJo to be pitting the blast on anyone else, given his own family’s sordid record of abusing women.

Starting with his own father, a hot-tempered moron named Joseph P. Kennedy II. He put Pam Kelley in a wheelchair for life in 1973 on Nantucket in a Jeep accident. Then he hooked up with JoJoJo’s mother, Sheila Rauch. JoJoJo’s mom later detailed in a book how his father had “bullied” her and how frightened she had been by his misogynistic thuggery and volcanic temper.

Then there’s your cousin William Kennedy Smith. I once saw cousin Willie strolling into St. Edward’s in Palm Beach one Sunday morning with your dad. Willie needed divine intervention, because at the time he was on trial in West Palm for raping a young mother in Palm Beach.

Willie beat that rap after the judge refused to allow the jury to see sworn depositions from four other young women who claimed Cousin Willie had attacked them.

JoJoJo, did I miss your tweets on Cousin Willie?

How about cousin Michael Skakel, convicted in Connecticut of beating a 15-year-old female neighbor to death with a golf club? (His murder conviction was overturned on a technicality, and the state is trying to figure out how to make sure Cousin Mike’s victim doesn’t end up as number 995 on JoJoJo’s list of unsolved sex crimes.)

JoJoJo is the namesake of his great-grandfather, an old-time gangster named Joe Kennedy. He used to be the U.S. ambassador to Great Britain, and forever after insisted on being called “the Ambassador.”

When his children’s female friends visited Hyannis Port, they were always warned to lock their bedroom doors at night because, as the future president JFK used to say, “The ambassador has a tendency to wander at night.”

One night in the 1940s, a woman who was later known as Pamela Harriman was sleeping over at the compound. She was a friend of Kick Kennedy’s, and she was also the daughter-in-law of Winston Churchill. Joe broke into her bedroom and raped Winston Churchill’s daughter-in-law — Truman Capote wrote about it in “Answered Prayers.” Joe’s come-on line as he climbed into bed with his female victims — “this is going to be something you’ll always remember.”

When a party has had a broken compass for decades it’s difficult to take their finger pointing seriously…and easy to think they would use people to further such devious political games…SHAME!!

Whew, it’s hard to keep up with all of it!

Ford said she was to afraid to fly because of her alleged attack in 1983 and needed time to travel by car from Calif. to DC for the hearing. I want to know how she got to Hawaii to go to college and how she was planning on moving to New Zealand?

I can’t wait for her to be sworn in!

Christine Ford’s ‘Too Afraid to Fly to DC’ But She Plotted Move to New Zealand After 2016 Election & Attended U. Of Hawaii:

“[L]awyers for Ford are asking the Senate Judiciary Committee to schedule a hearing for her to be heard on Thursday, allowing time for Ford to make the drive from California to Washington D.C. Ford’s friend, Kate Devarney, told CNN this week that Ford’s fear of flying is directly related to her allegation of assault, and that an airplane is “the ultimate closed space where you cannot get away.”

On Saturday, The Washington Post said Ford’s husband told them she was so distraught over the prospect Trump could nominate Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court after his election victory in 2016 that, “She went online to research other democracies where her family might settle, including New Zealand.”

Newest Branco cartoon that says it all: https://legalinsurrection.com/tag/a-f-branco/

And now we have a second “accuser” that took 6 days to “search her memories” whose accusation is even Less credible than Ford’s.

Time for Grassley to realize that his committee should quit dancing to the Despicable Demwit tune and hold a vote ASAP.

    • Tina says:

      Another great Branco ‘toon.

The Dems have created a very ripe atmosphere for political cartoonists.

I read the newest accuser’s account and found what I think is a major flaw in her story. It’s a bit x-rated so be forewarned.

She claims that she and a group of students, drunk out of their minds, were playing a typical college drinking game and that at some point Kavanaugh waved his weenie in her face and she had to push him away and inadvertently touched him “against her will”…revulsion and shock, yah, dah, yah, dah.

She later describes something he did, which I doubt.

It’s my contention that a man doing what she describes would unzip and free the weenie…simple, easy, and effective. But later in this woman’s story she claims Kavanuagh “pulled up his pants” and left. In my opinion a man would not lower his pants to accomplish a quick weenie wag…unless he intended to moon her as a parting shot.

I know…this is really sick. But this is where the Democrats have taken us and we had better be willing to challenge their course lurid accusations.

You may not want to answer but I am curious, guys, am I nuts or is this woman’s account way off base?

FBI background checks are extensive. They look into a persons background and ask questions of former neighbors, friends, teachers…anyone they can find. They sometimes follow the candidate (and his wife) for weeks to observe habits. Kavanaugh has been investigated six times and none of these stories surfaced.

It sickens me that Democrats/radical feminists have repeatedly used vulgar political theater to smear and destroy people and undermine the process.

Something that might knock the Kavanaugh circus off the front page: ttps://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/09/24/report-rod-rosenstein-offers-resignation-to-john-kelly/

    • Tina says:

I haven’t written about this because there’s some doubt about the voracity of the story that broke first in the NYT. Is it just another activist “leaked” story meant to get the President to do something they can use to impeach him once their “blue wave” hit the DC shores in November?

This morning the big story was that Rosenstein was “on his way” to the White House to “resign” because he thought he would be fired. Who does that, especially on a day when the President is in NY?

Now I understand that Ford says she won’t testify on Thursday. The seriousness of her charge is loosing air by the minute.

I couldn’t be more offended. These women and their activist feminist lawyers disgust me. The behavior of these women is truly deplorable. The highly emotional, shrinking violet feminine wiles they’re using exemplify everything feminists insisted were demeaning descriptions of adult women. My message to them is stand up, be direct, or shut the flip up.

  8. Libby says:

Lordy … at this point, I just want it over. The weenie-waiver can be confirmed and go keep the porn addict company in a corner. And then, someday, they’ll both die.

I suppose I shouldn’t expostulate like that without making plain the source of my disgust:

      https://www.politico.com/story/2018/09/21/ed-whelan-kavanaugh-tweets-pr-firm-836405

Grand Old Party? Groady, more like.

      • Tina says:

The politico article is filled with assumptions, accusations and opinions that may or may not be accurate accounts of twitter comments or the intention behind them.

Your party has used strategizing throughout our lifetimes. George Soros has funded hundreds of propaganda and issues activists organizations (under 501c4 cover) who regularly engage in such. One example comes to mind immediately. Recall the bulls eye accusations against Sarah Palin following the shooting in Arizona that severely wounded Gabrielle Giffords. It took exactly five minutes for the media to go on the warpath to create the false impression that republicans = “gun violence.”

Your party has reached bottom. Democrats are not just in the gutter, they’re in the sewer. Your leadership and the radical base are depraved. It is the radical left mind that thinks up such things as a pubic hair on a coke can or weenie wagging at a drunken party…perhaps your minds have been destroyed by all the drugs and the loose morals you advocate. The majority of men that the #me too movement exposed are Democrats.

America is fed up with this circus and the political drama but also with the many ways the Democrat Party has corrupted government, the court, the media, education, and the social fabric!

    • Tina says:

      Porn addict company?

      Lovely sentiment, Libby.

I’m with you, though, I would like this circus to come to it’s inevitable conclusion.

Kav’gh is qualified to be on the court and should have been afforded the same dignity in the approval process that sane women expect for themselves.

      • Libby says:

“… and should have been afforded the same dignity …”

Only you would accord “dignity” to a weenie waiver. Sigh.

        • Tina says:

Only a man hater would assume with such conviction in the face of a case that offers zero evidence.

You have said you were a literature major and yet you cannot get the meaning of a simple sentence. I said he deserved the “dignity in the approval process.”

Radical female Democrat wiles have stained the process and in so doing made a mockery of women with actual fact based evidence and witnesses in their claims. They’ve undermined the legal standard, Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat (the burden of proof is on the one who declares, not on one who denies)…SHAME

Or are you just acting out as a disingenuous feminist pig?

          • Pie Guevara says:

Re Tina to Lippy: “Or are you just acting out as a disingenuous feminist pig?”

No argument there but inherent in her statement is her vile political bias– If this were a Democrat nominee, Lippy would apply the feminist pig Kennedy Rule: One free drowning.

Lippy is not merely trolling for a response to her outrageous epithet, she is so stupid and biased that she actually believes Kavanaugh is a “weenie waver.”

Methinks that Lippy has penis envy, given the continuous “weenie waving” she does in this pages.

Let me return the favor to her personally. Imagine the hand signal I am giving you Lippy while my eyes roll.

          • Libby says:

“Radical female Democrat wiles have stained the process and in so doing made a mockery of women with actual fact based evidence and witnesses in their claims.”

The hysteria aside, this seems to suggest that Ms. Ford’s claims are being investigated by law enforcement. But the Senate refuses to permit that. You can’t complain something is not being done … that you, in fact, refuse to do. So there.

“dignity in the approval process” … ? Tina, if the “approval process” turn up scurrilous doings, whose fault is that?

And you are ignoring certain social realities here. Seriously. Who is more credible? Ford or Kavanaugh? I’m sorry, but K further damages his credibility on each, successive, day. That interview was a catastrophe.

Whereas, Ford didn’t even want to come forward. You can fault political machinating on the left for the fact that she was “outted”, but she, herself, has been behaving with considerable “dignity”. No petulant nothings from her.

  9. Tina says:

Sanity scenario at American Greatness, “Christine Blasey Ford Calls 911,” by Lloyd Billingsley.

  10. Tina says:

Add this information to the mix:

    Natural News:

Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, who claims — without any evidence — that Kavanaugh inappropriately touched her at a drunken party while in high school, turns out to have ties to an abortion pill pharmaceutical company called Corcept Therapeutics. This discovery brings to light an obvious conflict of interest in Blasey’s story, revealing that she works for a pharmaceutical company that manufacturers an abortion pill drug, whose profits could be strongly impacted by future Supreme Court decisions on abortion rights.

Corcept Therapeutics (Corcept.com) manufacturers and markets an abortion pill drug called mifepristone, and Christine Blasey Ford is a co-author of at least eight published scientific papers produced by the pharmaceutical giant to promote its pills. You can see Blasey’s name listed on several publications at this Corcept.com web page detailing their research papers.

Corcept Therapeutics, Inc., a $166 billion market cap company (stock symbol CORT) reportedly has current annual sales of $216 million. The company offers just one drug, mifepristone, which is widely known as an “abortion pill” or RU-486. Many drugs have multiple uses, and mifepristone — brand name “Korlym” at Corcept — is currently marketed by the company for the treatment of Cushing’s syndrome. (h/t to The Gateway Pundit for initial work on this breaking story.)

Like all FDA-approved drugs, mifepristone is frequently prescribed off-label, meaning doctors prescribe it for conditions that it has never been approved to treat. It is well known throughout the medical industry that doctors routinely prescribe this drug to terminate unwanted pregnancies. It is a covert “abortion drug,” in other words.

Wow! Her story gets more sispect by the minute…all politics, all the time!

  11. Peggy says:

    The Party Of Evil:

“Why are Democrats disgracing themselves with such reckless abandon? Well, it’s no coincidence that Supreme Court nominations became this sort of feeding frenzy after Roe v Wade. This is about many things, but it is mostly about protecting their right to kill babies. Whatever Brett Kavanaugh did or didn’t do in high school or college, the real crime he committed — the only crime Democrats care about — is his failure to bow before the blood-soaked altar of the abortion industry.

It is important to keep this in mind as we watch the spectacle. Democrats are primarily upset that Kavanaugh might help prevent the continued systematic slaughter of children. If Kavanaugh was in favor of killing babies, they wouldn’t care if he was an admitted serial rapist. If Kavanaugh had the “right” view on abortion, he could have brutally raped a woman in a hotel room and left her bruised and bleeding. He could have driven off a bridge with a woman in the car and left her there to die a slow and agonizing death. He could be guilty of anything at all, and they would not only look the other way but descend upon his accusers and destroy them.

The Democrat Party is untethered from any traditional notions of morality or human decency. Its primary mission is to protect and preserve an industry that makes billions of dollars murdering millions of babies. Just as its primary mission 150 years ago was to protect and preserve an industry that dehumanized people in a similar way. It is the Devil’s own party, and has been for a very long time. So, we should not be shocked at the things it does or the depths to which it sinks.”

Have they? Your team had months to reveal the first accusers story and chose not to do that. Why?

They withheld the information. No one had the opportunity to ask a single question in the initial interviews or hearings. Why?

It’s a political stunt and you know it!

  14. Tina says:

    Bologna!

Good Lord lady, she needs to put on her big boy pants and address her accuser…the sooner the better. Instead she plays the delaying game.
