FEC Docs: H Clinton Campaign Laundered $84 Million

Posted by Tina

Hillary Clinton was determined to be our next president in 2016. She, and all who supported her, believed she could not lose. One reason for the confidence may have been that her campaign gobbled up alot of cash: “$897.7 million was spent on her campaign with another $171.6 million on-hand to spend in the days leading up to the general election.” The money came from a number of wealthy donors and other supporters…some of it illegally, according to Federal Election Commission documents:

FEC records…show several large contributions reported as received by the HVF (Hillary Victory Fund) and the same amount on the same day (or occasionally the following day) recorded as received by the DNC from a state Democratic committee, but without the state Democratic committee ever reporting the contribution.

For instance, the HVF reported transferring $19,500 to the Mississippi Democratic Party on November 2, 2015, and the Democratic National Committee reported receiving $19,500 from the Mississippi Democratic Party on November 2, 2015. But the Mississippi Democratic Party never recorded the receipt or the disbursement of the $19,500, and without the Mississippi Democratic Party controlling the funds, the HVF’s contribution to the DNC violated campaign finance law.

Over a 13-month period, FEC records show some 30 separate occasions when the HVF transferred contributions totaling more than $10 million to the DNC without any corresponding record of the receipt or disbursement from the state parties, thus illegally leap-frogging the state Democratic parties. …

… Politico, “[w]hile state party officials were made aware that Clinton’s campaign would control the movement of the funds between participating committees, one operative who has relationships with multiple state parties said that some of their officials have complained that they weren’t notified of the transfers into and out of their accounts until after the fact.”

The law requires that state officials have control over transfers to the DNC.

You may recall former DNC chair Donna Brazile was very upset by Hillary’s campaign, “…[a]s Hillary’s campaign gained momentum, she resolved the party’s debt and put it on a starvation diet. It had become dependent on her campaign for survival, for which she expected to wield control of its operations.” (This illegal and unethical tactic was another manipulation to marginalize Bernie Sanders – lesser candidates that might have benefitted from state funds were also marginalized!)

And Hillary wanted your sympathy when she lost.

Lest you believe this is just some fools opinion, the article goes on to cite the Supreme Court’s ruling on case “McCutcheon v. FEC” in 2014:

The Supreme Court then declared: “Lest there be any confusion, a joint fundraising committee is simply a mechanism for individual committees to raise funds collectively, not to circumvent base limits or earmarking rules. Under no circumstances may a contribution to a joint fundraising committee result in an allocation that exceeds the contribution limits applicable to its constituent parts; the committee is in fact required to return any excess funds to the contributor.” And “the earmarking provision prohibits an individual from directing funds ‘through an intermediary or conduit to a particular candidate.”

This “scenario could not succeed,” the Supreme Court explained, “without assuming that nearly 50 separate party committees would engage in a transparent violation of the earmarking rules (and that they would not be caught if they did).”

As with many things Clinton and “Deep State” a complaint was made by campaign-finance lawyer Dan Backer, but the FEC ignored the complaint in violation of it’s own rules! The reason is equaly outrageous:

…the FEC can investigate a complaint only upon a finding of “reason to believe” by four commissioners. But the six-member FEC currently only has four commissioners. By statute, the commissioners must come from different political parties, and by practice, the Senate confirms newly nominated commissioners in pairs, one Democrat and one Republican. Democrats, however, have yet to name a replacement, holding up the confirmation process and leaving in place for the foreseeable future a likely deadlock. (My way or the highway)

The FEC rules also contain a failsafe measure. When the FEC fails to do it’s job the case can move to the courts. Thus Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and “every big-time donor in on the scheme and acting with the requisite intent faces criminal prosecution.”

Our big time dysfunctional/criminal government beat goes on….

Thanks to Joe, who brought this to our attention in comments!

Sure would like to see the Bubba Foundation and $hrilLIARy prosecuted on RICO charges. Taking away all that $$ that they worship would be a fitting punishment!

  2. Libby says:

Giggle. If you are trying to distract us from this:

    https://www.cnn.com/2018/12/18/politics/trump-foundation-dissolve/index.html

    It is not working.

See, what you posted is some fantastical fantasizing fed to you by bogus sources. The New York State Supreme Court actually exists … and does actual things … from which you cannot hide.

But not to worry … if we lived in a just state, Donald and all the children would go to prison for running a bogus charity. In this state … fat freakin’ chance.

    • Tina says:

The NY state court has shown itself to be a corrupt court when politics are involved!

Yes the Trump foundation is dissolved…for far less than the Clinton Foundation is accused of doing. Both should at least be investigated with equal intent to get to the bottom of the misdeeds whatever they are…GET IT?

      Why do you not care?

  3. Libby says:

“The NY state court has shown itself to be a corrupt court when politics are involved!”

    The civilized response: Prove it.

But why waste time on your feeble fixation on the idea that any government institution that acts against your bigotry and prejudices is corrupt: Liar! Dirty rotten liar … and underminer of our democracy … and shame on you!

    As to the Clinton Foundation:
