It’s like a run on the banks in 1929. Silly people, fearing shortages are suddenly buying up all kinds stuff and causing empty shelves. It’s all over an irrational fear that this corona virus is coming like the Black Plague. Well, it’s not even close to the plague and what people are doing is just plain foolish. We’ve been through far worse than anything this flu virus can throw at us.
There should be no reason for toilet paper to be out of stock, except that the panicked hoarders bought up 2 years worth of supply in the last 3 days. This would be comical if it were not so pathetic.
By all means be prepared, but lets be reasonable!
