Congressional Hearing Opens on Benghazi Murders – Shocking Revelations

Hearings on the assassination of our US Ambassador on 9/11 in Benghazi began yesterday, and in case you missed it here are some of the major points that came out. I think you’ll find them very interesting:

1. There was no demonstration that led to the violence. The embassy was attacked in two waves, by well orchestrated and heavily armed combatants. This completely undermines the Obama administration’s attempt to sell this as a protest rally that merely spun out of control.

Obama Administration Exposed – Benghazi Timeline

Posted by Tina

The attack on our consulate in Libya that resulted in the murders of Ambassador Stevens and several others was initially blamed by the administration on an obscure internet film. Both Hillary Clinton and President Obama made public statements denouncing the film. The President included his position against the film in his address to the UN. The films creator was arrested on an unrelated charge of parole violation. Spokespeople for the administration, including Jay Carney and UN Ambassador Susan Rice, insisted the film was the cause of the attack. But the story soon began to crumble as reports that the attack had been planned to coincide with the September 11 anniversary were released to the press. Questions have begun to arise about what the administrations knew and their intentions in insistence that the film was the root cause of the attack.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is holding hearings today to look into the matter. Halle Dale of the Heritage Foundation has compiled a timeline of events for those interested.

Actress Stacy Dash deserves credit for standing up for her liberty and rights as an American citizen. Her recent endorsement of the Romney/Ryan ticket garnered her some fairly negative tweets. She says she chose Romney not “by the color of his skin but the content of his character”.

Bravo Stacy! I kinda like your character too!

Would Second Term President Obama Assign UN Global Tax?

6888-George Washington.jpg

by Tina Grazier

“Against the insidious wiles of foreign influence, (I conjure you to believe me fellow citizens) the jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake; since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful foes of Republican Government.” – George Washington, Farewell Address, September 19, 1796.

Progressive Democrats have spent decades pushing America toward a Marxist model built upon the notion that private property is a construct of the greedy and that those with means should be compelled by government to share what they have with those of lesser means to make things fair. This backward and destructive thinking is a direct affront to the principles of our country’s founding. George Washington, John Adams,

Romney Leads Obama!

The Pew poll had Obama in the lead by 51% to 43%; now, Romney has a 49% to Obama’s 45%. That’s a simply unprecedented reversal for a candidate in October.

Before Obama had leads on every policy issue and personal characteristic; now Romney leads in almost all of them. Obama’s performance gave Romney a 12 point swing! That is amazing.

Romney’s favorables are above Obama’s now. Can you believe it? Romney’s favorables are higher than Obama’s right now going into the final stretch. The gender gap was Obama’s firewall and it was over in one night. But, that does not necessarily change the electoral votes. That situation remain bleak for Romney.

President Obama continues to hold a lead over Mitt Romney in most of the key states listed below, which gives Obama a 332-206 lead in the Electoral College vote. The last update gave Obama 347 votes, compared to 191 votes for Mitt Romney. California has a whopping 55 electoral votes and it’s a winner-take-all state and all our electoral votes will go to Obama.

Mitt Romney Delivers Foreign Policy Speech Today

Posted by Tina

“The first purpose of our military is to prevent war”

Mitt /Romney is in Virginia today speaking before the Virginia Military Academy regarding his foreign policy and national security ideas. Excerpts from the speech were released by the campaign to journalists and news outlets. Jennifer Rubin of The Washington Post shares some of the highlights:

“The attacks on America last month should not be seen as random acts. They are expressions of a larger struggle that is playing out across the broader Middle East — a region that is now in the midst of the most profound upheaval in a century. And the fault lines of this struggle can be seen clearly in Benghazi itself.”

“The attack on our Consulate in Benghazi on September 11th, 2012 was likely the work of the same forces that attacked our homeland on September 11th, 2001. This latest assault cannot be blamed on a reprehensible video insulting Islam, despite the Administration’s attempts to convince us of that for so long. No, as the Administration has finally conceded, these attacks were the deliberate work of terrorists who use violence to impose their dark ideology on others, especially women and girls; who are fighting to control much of the Middle East today; and who seek to wage perpetual war on the West.”

“It is time to change course in the Middle East.”

EPA – Did Protection Agency Conduct “Lethal” Experiments?

6877-Poison.jpg

Posted by Tina

Is it possible that our nations Environmental Protection Agency engaged in a dangerous experiment placing volunteers at risk of harm, even death?

That’s what a lawsuit recently filed in Virginia by Steven Milloy suggests. If the findings that prompted this lawsuit prove to be accurate this lawsuit will deliver a major blow to the reputation of the federal agency. Front Page Magazine carries this shocking story:

The suit accuses the EPA of paying as many as 41 participants $12 an hour to breathe in concentrated diesel exhaust, for as long a two hours at a time. The exhaust was directly piped in from a truck parked outside the Chapel Hill facility. According to the lawsuit, the fine particulate matter, called “PM2.5,” was piped in at levels 21 times greater than what the EPA calls its “permissible limit.”

Yet even that phrase is misleading. In testimony delivered to Congress in September of 2011, EPA chief Lisa Jackson claimed that exposure to fine particulate matter of 2.5 microns-or less-was lethal. “Particulate matter causes premature death. It’s directly causal to dying sooner than you should,” she testified at the time.

Milloy learned about the experiments last year, after reading about them in a government-supported scientific journal. In June, he filed a complaint with the North Carolina Medical Board, accusing Drs. Andrew Ghio and Wayne Cascio, both of whom were employed by the EPA, along with Dr. Eugene Chung, who worked for the University of North Carolina, of violating EPA standards of conduct in human research and the Hippocratic Oath. “During these experiments, the study subjects were intentionally exposed to airborne fine particulate matter (‘PM2.5) at levels ranging from 41.54 micrograms per cubic meter to 750.83 micrograms per cubic meter for periods of up to two hours,” Milloy wrote to Dr. Ralph C. Loomis, president of the NC Medical Board. “The EPA also believes that PM2.5 is carcinogenic to humans,” he added.

My question…what were they thinking?

Seriously! What was the end game here? What did they want to prove? The EPA has been used by President Obama and green advocates to blunt growth, destroy the coal and oil industries, and stop individuals from building homes on their own property! Excuse me if I suspect something truly sinister was going on with this experiment from Hell!

POST SCRIPTS – The E-R’s #1 Blog

We’re in our 7th year and we’re still #1 in the field of what we call a generalized (ER) blog. This is where we take on just about any subject. But, more often than not, the inspiration for what we bring you comes from you. You have our eternal gratitude for that!

We’re still getting tens of thousands of hits each month, but people rarely comment? I’m not sure what the answer it to that one. Yes, I know our dumb comments form doesn’t work right 20% of the time, but we’re stuck with this software and there’s nothing we can do from our side to fix it.

Next, when talking about being #1 We have to mention another blog: Anthony Watts has the #1 Weather blog… in the world! Kudo’s to Anthony who started his blog right here on the ERonline. His is now done off site and in so doing he has a few more bells and whistles than we do. But, it was his often times single-handed fight against the global warming frauds that put him on top. You have to respect his search for the truth, despite his critics. We hope our search for the truth lives up to the standards Anthony has set.

Thanks for reading PS and keeping us #1. Send us your comments and if for any reason you can’t, send them direct to us at PostScriptsOnline@gmail.com and you don’t have to use caps.
