An absurd quote from Obama’s Science Czar:

This incredible photo features the ear of a baby in the 3rd month in the womb. It is a human being that cannot survive without the nurturing environment provided by its mother. It will continue to be a human being after it is born even though it cannot survive without the nurturing care of its parents. At some point in it’s long life it may once again survive only with the loving care of others as an elderly human being.
One more thing…at no time will the human being be a hampster, lizzard or parrot…with or without the nurturing care of others.
Please respect human life and at your next opportunity…send these bozo’s packing.
