Analyst: Clinton Foundation a “Charity Fraud”

Posted by Tina

The highly respected Charles Ortel, a Wall Street analyst, has been looking into the books of the Clinton Foundation and its many offshoots such as the “Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative—as well as its foreign subsidiaries.” (Ortel is known for uncovering financial discrepancies in GE’s books just before it’s stock crashed in 2008). The scope of what he’s found makes the email/private server scandal looks like preschool:

State, federal, and foreign laws bar public charities from being run for private gain in interstate commerce—which means, by using the mail, telephones or the internet. The Clinton Foundation’s complex operations (it is not just one entity but a web of them) do not comply with this requirement. Nor does the Clinton Foundation ever seem to have submitted its financial records to an independent, properly certified audit by a qualified accounting firm. http://thebookinsider.com/

Overall I consider the Clinton Foundation to be a charity fraud network. I base this conclusion on my review of extensive data about its operations including the activities of the Clinton family and their friends in Haiti, a nation that has suffered many disasters, both natural and manmade.

What possesses powerful, wealthy, and educated persons to prey on the most desperately poor humans on earth as they posture as “philanthropists”? And why has there been no government oversight?

Expect an increased flow of detailed disclosures centering upon Exhibits 1 through 40 through this website, and continued reaction to breaking developments via my twitter account (@CharlesOrtel).

Our readers will want to bookmark this webpage and check in often. Ortel estimates the level of fraud worldwide could exceed $100 billion, measured since 1997. He has a message for us:

…state, federal, and foreign government authorities, that should be keenly aware of this massive set of criminal frauds, so far, move at a snail’s pace, perhaps waiting for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to reveal the scope of its work and the nature of any findings.

In the short term, you can help by educating yourselves concerning strict laws that do apply to publicly supported charities, including all Clinton Foundation entities, and their fundraising agents.

And there is one concrete, cost-free, step you can take–you can join me in prodding the Federal Trade Commission to reverse its incorrect decision not to undertake review of the Clinton Foundation record, even though it has recently and vigorously pursued far smaller offenders that committed illegal activities whose consequences were less damaging.

Please send out the following tweet to all three FTC Commissioners and to Congresswoman Blackburn, that links to my detailed reports and prods two ends of the political spectrum:

I await the criminal charges, but will they ever come? The FBI leadership has become as corrupt as it became under Hoover’s long reign.

It sure looks that way. I hold out hope (low) that Comey knew a recommendation for prosecution would have gone nowhere under the corrupt Obama justice system. I am still impressed by the case he clearly placed on the record both in his announcement and in the hearings before Congress and I think the investigation into the foundation represents a much more egregious level of corruption and criminal activity. I would think that all of the email evidence will make whatever case is forthcoming, if it is, just that much more compelling.

I do think it looks really bad but you know, that is an exact reflection of the truth about DC . This government IS just that bad. Corruption is everywhere. Powerful forces work behind the scenes. HUGE piles of money are involved. If ever we needed a few good honest people to route out the corrupt entities it is now.

The Bubba foundation gives under 10% to actual charities. Whopee! The rest goes toward “administrative costs” including all living, entertainment and travel expenses for Bubba and $hrilLIARy. Don’tcha wish YOU had a foundation that would pay YOUR way?

And if you can stomach even more on the Clinton crime family . . . . .

If elected, we will all be paying BJ and H Clinton’s way.

    • Tina says:

“Clinton is still the favorite to win in November, but the mounting scandals will follow her to the White House — unless President Barack Obama pardons her, which looks both necessary and likely.”

Hmmm…can Obama pardon someone that has not been indicted?

      • Pie Guevara says:

In 1866, the Supreme Court ruled in Ex parte Garland that the pardon power “extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment.”

      • Pie Guevara says:

Addenda: Richard Nixon hadn’t been indicted for any crime when President Gerald Ford gave him a pardon.

        • Peggy says:

Not having her in the WH would be justice enough for me. Her not winning will be a crushing blow to her ego after her lifetime goal comes crashing down.

Her foundation will die when donors won’t have the advantage of pay to play kickback benefits.

        • Tina says:

          That’s right!

Now it all makes sense. The power behind this is pure evil. Looks like the party danced with the devil long ago and now they hold hostage anyone that dares to challenge. What sick position to be in as a nation! This is a flight 93 election!

          • Peggy says:

I know I shouldn’t, but the picture of those two crooks living in a trailer park brings a smile to my face.

I believe I saw Ortel this morning on Fox. He really does have a strong argument for the Clinton foundation being a fraud charity. He said the fraud started small in Arkansas for their library and has grown to the mega Ponzi cash cow of today.

How those people sleep at night is beyond imagining. They all are pure evil without any conscience.
