Your Tax Dollars at Work #19,867,375

Democratic leaders of the California Legislature have hired the former U.S. Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. to represent them in any legal fights against the White House.
The state is preparing for battles on issues including the environment, immigration and criminal justice.

They can’t even wait for Trump to actually become president and see what his plans are!   This is historic and it would be funny, except they are spending our tax dollars.  Well I hope Trump cuts off aide for every sanctuary city this state and counter-sues the legislators.

Cut off aide??!! You dingbat. We contribute far more than we get back. How about we withhold?

There’s where Mr. Holder is going to earn his money … and those Kentuckians, South Carolinians, Michigonians, can just fend for themselves.

Which, of course, means the cutting off federal funds to sanctuary cities only that much more delicious, Lippy. In other words, support, follow and cooperate with federal immigration law enforcement or get screwed but good.

      Works for me!

The Fast and Furious operator that was never called to account and was a worse AG than Janet Reno is now gonna paid by Taxifornia? What will the Lunkhead Legislators think of next???????
Holder might be too busy defending himself once the “executive privilege” Obumble gave him expires on January 20th!
    Go, Sessions!!!

It is all so clear that the current Calif governing body of liberals bet the house on Clinton becoming POTUS……. OOPS!

Now what? you can see the financial sweat on the foreheads of our elected lame idealist who now have to figure out where all the ballooning “entitlement funds” they planned on from Clinton will come from. Can they count on their constituents (the Lippy’s of Calif) to step up and generously support those pending programs with their own wallets, not likely. Most I’ll wager are on the receiving end of this dilemma anyway… OOPS again

So now the need to prepare for the demeaning act of begging for those revenue busting dollars from the Federal, AKA Trump administration, …Another OOPS

That problem can be likened to the aimless on street corners, begging working people to support their lifestyle, while at the same time they disrespect/ignore laws like protecting illegals in sanctuary cities that expose the rest of us to unforeseen dangers within their mindset elitist coastal utopias. But why even visit there, people are realizing there are safer family friendly places to spend time and money in. so its their loss of vacationing revenue. I think Kathryn Steinle’s family would concur.

My My, because of their own ideological short sighted nature now they will have to begin begging from this new administration for funds to support unfunded shortages they are constantly creating, and they will attempt to do it without complying with any Federal laws. Enter Holder, a task he clearly has a lot of experience in getting around, or at least he did under Obama, so let’s see how he deals with Trump, should be entertaining!

Just a suggestion for all the SJW snowflakes out there. Get a red-blue map of our last election that is done by counties. Now apply an overlay of where food is grown. Then apply another overlay of gun ownership.

You say you want a Revolution? Just what did you have in mind?

  5. Dewster says:

Wait to see? Hello the congress has the agenda all written. Trump is a fascist who has hired every corrupt billionaire who want to destroy the very agencies they were hired for. now he is asking Congress for money to build the wall tweeting Mexico will pay us back later…. Wake Up

Here in Florida Scott is allowing Koch to dump about 66 million gals a day of waste water full of chemicals into the waterways.

Florida is very toxic and the cancer rates are sky high here. Why do you not move to this conservative wonderland.

Sorry but food and water is One thing I will protect to death. While you sit there in a normal state out here it is corruption central.Dems and Reps here.

Bottom line I am in for #CalExit, on my way home this year to protect the state from the corporate takeover and No Koch is not getting Yosemite.

    • Pie Guevara says:

Hmmm, according to Dopey, “Trump is a fascist.” This from a person who hasn’t the slightest idea of what it means to be a fascist or live under a fascist regime.

It seems to me Dopey is like most of the radical “whatever” anti-business league of nitwits — an Asscist.

Mike Rowe posted on FaceBook about a program he’s working with the Koch bros on called JumpStart, amongst others, to fill the “skills gap” for trade type jobs. The FB article took place in Baltimore where they took convicts and trained them for good paying construction jobs, which resulted in the 90% success range.

Koch Industries Teams Up with Mike Rowe to Improve the Skills Gap:

“Another Koch charitable partnership with mikeroweWORKS is close to Rowe’s heart and directly helps those living and working in his hometown of Baltimore.

Project Jumpstart helps men and women of all ages who have a high school diploma or GED gain needed skills to enter the construction field. Low-income city residents can apply for the pre-apprenticeship program and gain the knowledge and skills to advance beyond entry-level positions. Project Jumpstart also works as a liaison between construction companies looking for experienced workers. Applicants go through the same screening that employees must pass and upon completion of the 87-hour program are placed in a job where there is opportunity for growth and advancement.

In places like Baltimore where inner city strife has meant not only racial tension but also destruction of property, Project Jumpstart offers a welcome solution for those who want to find a way to improve their lives and neighborhoods through work and leadership. To date, Project Jumpstart has helped hundreds of people on their way to being successful in the workplace and because of the Koch brothers and mikeroweWORKS partnership, will continue to grow its influence with Baltimoreans.

While the Koch name continues to be trotted out as synonymous with Dr. Evil-level intentions by the Left, the reality is that Charles and David Koch and their business help people in real terms and where it matters. ”

We’re paying Holder $25 thousand a month to protect the state from Trump.

    That’s:
    $300k a year
    $1.2 million for four years
    $2.4 million for eight years.

Hopefully, Trump will be as successful against Calif. as Obama was against Arizona.

Guaranteed California is overpaying Holder since he’s the only sitting cabinet member in US history to be charged with Contempt of Congress.

The Moral Failures of Eric Holder:
“Eric Holder’s left many baleful legacies: being censured by the House of Representatives; withholding subpoenaed documents, proving untruthful about a failed gun-walking caper in Mexico; failing to enforce laws on the books, from immigration to the elements of the Affordable Care Act; illegally billing the government for his own private use of a government Gulfstream jet; snooping on Associated Press reporters; giving de facto exemptions to renegade IRS politicos; and trying to create civilian trials for terrorist killers like KSM, one of the architects of the 9/11 attacks. But he will be known mostly for re-teaching Americans to think of race as essential, not incidental, to our characters.

Holder, remember, prior to his ascension as attorney general, was largely known for two things, both bad: one, he navigated Bill Clinton’s disgraceful 11th hour pardon of the late felon Mark Rich (Rich was in theory facing a possible 300 years in prison for dozens of felonies [including trading with arch-enemy Iran, then holding U.S. hostages] when he bolted, escaped arrest and fled to Switzerland). Then-Deputy Attorney General Holder sidestepped a number of normal Justice Department procedures and failed to disclose that Rich’s wife (later divorced) had already given or would be likely to give $1 million to the Democratic Party, $100,000 to Hillary Clinton’s Senate campaign, and nearly a half-million dollars to the Clinton presidential library. So much for social justice and the deplorable privilege of the elite.”

Eric Holder – Charged with Contempt of Congress
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Holder#Contempt_of_Congress

“For nearly five years, we have witnessed Mr. Holder repeatedly deceive Congress and degrade the credibility of the Justice Department in the eyes of the American people,” lawmakers wrote in a memo cited in media reports. “Last year, the House of Representatives took the unprecedented step of holding Mr. Holder in contempt of Congress, making him the first sitting cabinet official ever to hold this distinction.” For now, the attorney general has escaped prosecution because the Justice Department he leads refuses to prosecute its own boss.”
