Anti-Trump Tax March: Groups Coordinated to Harass and Bully

Posted by Tina

A website, TaxMarch.org, served as a coordinating source for radical left rabble rousers to organize “protests” across the nation, and the world over the weekend. The protesters, disgruntled and angry that their candidate lost the presidential election, supposedly showed up to hold Trump and his administration accountable. The site claims that the protests were a natural grassroots happening, to borrow the sixties vernacular, which is a total lie. This was not a spontaneous event. It was an organized event of the radical progressive left to implement revolutionary disruption according to Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals and coordinated by more than seventy left-wing organizations:

(I wonder how many fly under the non-profit, “we don’t do politics,” flag?)

A coalition of more than 70 liberal groups coordinated to plan nationwide protests demanding President Donald Trump release his tax returns.

The April 15 protests drew thousands of people in Washington, D.C. ‘Local protests’ took place in 44 states, with international protests in Germany, Japan, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. …

… The Tax March’s executive committee includes individuals who have already been involved with a number of Trump protests around the country.

Anna Chu, who sits on the Tax March’s executive committee, is the vice president for income security and education at the National Women’s Law Center, a D.C.-based advocacy group. Chu previously worked for the Center for American Progress Action Fund, the advocacy arm of a liberal think tank founded by Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager John Podesta. Before that, Chu was a policy director for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and a policy adviser for the House Democratic Caucus.

Ezra Levin, a cofounder and executive director of Indivisible, a D.C-based group that works with activists to resist the Trump agenda at the state level, also sits on the group’s executive committee.

Indivisible is closely connected to powerhouse liberal groups that have mapped out protests against Trump and Republican politicians.

The group published a guide for activists that is promoted by other liberal groups, including the Town Hall Project, the “organizing hub” of town hall protests against Republican politicians. The Town Hall Project recently announced a partnership for anti-Trump events with the Center for American Progress Action Fund. The Town Hall Project uses an online organizing platform from the Action Network, a group located at the same address as other groups involved in the anti-Trump Tax Day protests such as Color of Change, a union organizing group.

More than 70 progressive groups were involved in the Tax Day protests, including Media Matters for America, an organization run by longtime Clinton ally David Brock, and Demos, a George Soros-funded group chaired by the daughter of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.).

The article provides a partial list of the organizations involved (view at the link).

Those involved in these protests do not have anything positive to contribute and offer no solutions to the problems that exist in part because of the last administration’s policies. They exist for the sole purpose of blocking all efforts of the duly elected President and Congress.

Our own representative, Doug LaMalfa, was protested (bullied) over the weekend at his town hall meeting. A portion of a single sentence from the article sums up the event: “…most of his words (LaMalfa’s) were drowned out by the boos from the crowd and comments that were shouted.”

I suppose they believe this posturing is important. I suppose they believe they don’t have to behave as responsible adult citizens…they are exempt. But as of the last election I think it’s fairly safe to say this tactic is something most Americans do not appreciate and will no longer abide. The parties and factions they represent are losers.

As Rush indicated this morning…this is the rabble from which the Democrat Party will draw to find it’s future leaders. Pretty sad. If America is to survive and work it’s citizens must respect each other and the process. This bunch of ignorant, adolescent bullies respects neither, has no use for liberties and the rule of law, and is only interested in special interest demands.

  1. Chris says:

Why was it OK for Trump to demand Obama’s birth certificate–which no past president had done–but it’s “harassment and bullying” to demand Trump release his tax returns–which all presidents since Nixon have done?

Trump promised he would release his tax returns after the election. Do you believe he should not keep that promise?

A majority of Americans, including a majority of Republicans, believe Trump should release his tax returns. Why should he not be as transparent with the American people as past administrations?

Did you hear he is also refusing to release the White House visitor’s log to the public? Are you OK with that?

    • Tina says:

Obama’s birth certificate became an issue during Hillary’s run against Obama for the Democratic nomination. It became an issue because when people actually began to look into Obama’s past, rather than blindly accepting him as some sort of god, other strange factors and behaviors came into play. There are still unanswered questions about Obama’s past. I don’t think it was unusual for anyone to demand an authentic birth certificate. Even now what was offered up is in question. The whole truth may come out fifty or so years from now.

The public has a right to demand Trumps tax returns. No president or candidate for president has the legal obligation to disclose them. The public demanded Bill Clinton’s and Obama’s health records which were not fully delivered.

Any demand that moves beyond what is legally required should at least be backed by some compelling reason. A fishing expedition doesn’t qualify. If Trump’s tax returns contained evidence of illegality, the audits he’s been subjected to wud have revealed them.

The losers in the last election have openly declared the intention to both block the agenda voted on by the people and remove Trump from office. I think he should do everything legally within his power to thwart those rebellious, unfounded efforts. It is one thing to object and quite another to violently oppose, which your side has done again and again, and bully and shout down the speech of anyone who doesn’t cow tow to your party’s agenda.

For all the criticism you have launched toward conservatives here on PS, including personal attacks and mindless PC labeling on the premise of decency, you are profoundly silent in the face of your party’s behaviors.

      • Chris says:

Tina, the birth certificate is absolutely not still “in question” to anyone who knows what they’re talking about, and I’m disappointed to see you give credence to a conspiracy theory that has been debunked over and over again. Even Trump now admits the BC is legit. Your anti-Obama bias is blinding you to facts in this case. There has never been any compelling evidence that Obama was born anywhere but Hawaii, and I know that because you and I have been through every single detail of it and nauseum. The “Hillary started it” is an attempt to shift blame from Trump who made it a years-long quest.

There is at much more reason to demand Trump’s tax returns as there was to demand Obama’s BC. He has been accused of financial wrongdoing and settled many times. He participated in the “empty box” scam in the 80s and had mafia ties. He has admitted to inflating his own wealth. And we know he is in debt to foreign banks. We deserve to know the full extent of this, just as we saw the tax returns of past presidents.

You are letting Trump off the hook because he is a Republican (and not even a very good one). Ask yourself, wouldn’t you call for a Democrat president to release their tax returns? I have always tried to be fair and I do call out leftists when they behave badly. The antifa movement is a blight. Leftists have absolutely acted badly at numerous protests but that’s not what you’re critiquing here, you’re saying there shouldn’t be a protest over this issue at all. Trump promised to release his taxes and he should keep that promise.

Again, the majority of the country, including a majority of Republicans, agrees with me that Trump should release his returns. His refusal to do so casts yet another cloud on his leadership of this country.

        • Tina says:

Chris I know that to you anyone who holds an opinion that differs from yours must be crazy, stupid, a racist, etc. So we do not need to rehash the birth certificate. Since there is no reason now to question it or the machinations it took to produce it, most have “moved on.” There continues to exist, however, forensic evidence about the certificate. You choose to dismiss those who think this evidence places his birthplace in doubt and agree with those who say they “debunked” it. I choose to leave it an open matter. Had I been of that opinion and running for president I would accept the popular verdict in order to move on. I think it’s a bit of a hoot that you refuse to treat the Clinton campaign with the same level of disdain, but that’s typical.

“He has been accused of financial wrongdoing…”

Accusations are without merit if that’s all you got.

          “…and settled many times.”

Which does not mean guilt or intentional wrongdoing. Often it means both parties do not want a lengthy trial and are able to reach an agreement that satisfies both.

“He participated in the “empty box” scam in the 80s…”

Participated? Apparently, yes. The article says Trump testified in court against the jeweler…and the jeweler is portrayed as a victim of the bad wealthy Trump. I’ve been a retailer. It is the responsibility of the retailer to charge, collect, report and deposit sales tax. No one but Trump, the girlfriend, and the jeweler know exactly what was said during these transactions. The article says Trump “asked” for the item to be shipped elsewhere to avoid tax. For all I know this was something the jeweler did regularly to keep customers happy (and avoid paying tax).

I’ll bet this type of business dealalmost never happens in NY…phfttt!

          Well, maybe not:

Henry Kissinger, Frank Sinatra and Mary Tyler Moore are among celebrities who bought jewelry but did not pay sales taxes in a tax evasion scam run by an exclusive 5th Avenue store, law enforcement sources said Wednesday.

The sources said none of the celebrities, who included billionaire Saudi Arabian arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi, would be charged in the tax evasion scam. A spokesman for the state attorney general’s office said legal responsibility lies with the store. …

… Two store officials, Nicola Bulgari and Richard Storm, were named in an Oct. 10, 1985, indictment in the so-called empty-box scam. They were to appear Friday in state Supreme Court in Manhattan.

They have been charged with 202 counts of falsifying business records and 11 counts of offering a false instrument for filing for allegedly not paying sales tax on $1.5 million in purchases between December, 1980, and March, 1983.

          “…and had mafia ties.”

It’s probably impossible to do anything in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, or New York and surrounding area without rubbing shoulder with the mob. I have a cousin who’s husband owns a restaurant in NY. H cannot get liquor for his bar without dealing with the mob. It’s a fact of life.

Maybe this information never went anywhere because investigations into Trump ties would spark interest in ties other people have…people in both parties…media celebs…movie stars…New York politicians…the Kennedy family

“He has admitted to inflating his own wealth.”

And? A man with as much money as Trump has probably doesn’t know on any given day his true net worth. The money is invested- profits and losses are in play, there are outstanding loans and projects in process. Or maybe he was just bragging a bit…perhaps to impress a woman…who cares? At best this is a quirk.

“And we know he is in debt to foreign banks”

Wow…imagine a man of his wealth, in the building business, borrowing from banks around the world…has to be a huge scandal!

          Please.

The fact that Obama, who had almost nothing when he ran for president, released his tax returns is a big so what! He refused to release school and health records and no one in your party or in the media cared. In fact they helped promote him and spent eight years covering his butt.

I am not “letting Trump off the hook.” He is not, at present, “on the hook. You and your little pals are simply continuing the smear campaign.

“I have always tried to be fair and I do call out leftists when they behave badly.”

You do…as a token. I have never detected real anger, frustration, negativity or lasting disappointment. And given the level of illegal and unethical goings without consequence your professed fairness rings incredibly hollow…there’s always a “but:….or you simply go away for awhile.

“…you’re saying there shouldn’t be a protest over this issue at all.”

At no point in this post did I say or imply that “there shouldn’t be a protest over this issue at all.”

I abhor the behavior. I believe it is purposely destructive and has the potential to undermine the rule of law, especially since those who know better or should (professors, elected leaders) do nothing to seriously condemn or stop the behavior. In fact they encourage it and participate in it. I believe that many of them are in collusion with the screaming violent destructive elements.

I’ve seen this sideshow before (in the sixties/seventies)…it’s not new.

Trumps tax returns are of little consequence to me. The IRS has already stamped approval for many years after audits. The demand is born of a proposed fishing expedition.

More compelling is the fact that Hillary escaped serious investigation and consequences over Benghazi and the email scandal. More compelling is the fact that Eric Holder was not held to account. More compelling is that Obama escaped serous scrutiny and condemnation over eight years while the nation suffered.

I’ve said it before. I’ll say it again. You and your party are completely discredited and have lost any shred of ground you may have once had on which to morally stand. Pot calls kettle black is grossly insufficient. It is an understatement of epic proportions. You and your party have completely abandoned the nation and the citizens in favor of a quest for absolute power. Nothing is so low that you would not do it.

No candidate or leader is perfect. Every new president deserves some time and honest evaluation. Republicans have had none of this since your party took out Nixon. As far as I’m concerned you will have to earn the respect of the nation before I again cut any of you some slack.

          • Chris says:

Tina, I agree that accusations are not proof, and you’re right that all the allegations against Trump may lack merit. But that’s why we need to see the tax returns. Hiding them makes it look like Trump has something to hide. If you are correct then there is no downside to him releasing these returns.

  2. Dewster says:

    Wait Tina

I don’t do Politics Flag? What are you talking about? Following the non profit laws now?
So all those Tea Party non profits?

Do you ever see your own hypocrisy?

So What is the problem with asking for Trumps taxes?
maybe all those Russian Ties will show up?

    Waiting for the Golf stories…….

  3. Tina says:

Do you have the sligtest idea what you’re talking about…ever?

As far as I know the Tea Party nonprofits are working within the letter of the law regarding 501c4 non profit status. Many were also denied that status in a case of IRS abuse of power that is unprecedented.

On the other hand, I have watched for years as Democrats used such organizations to politically promote candidates and agenda, including within non-profit churches. I have watched them collect and bundle money for political candidates and the Dem Party and organize political rallies. These are activities outside the guidelines for 501c4.

There is NO equivalency…yet you continue to draw such based on nothing but hate and false accusation.

Before you accuse me or the Tea Party of anything untoward you will need actual examples, not empty blanket accusations.

The rallies this weekend did more than “ask” for Trumps taxes. They disrupted Town hall meetings where they shouted down other voices and refused to let the representatives speak.

Sorry but lying flaming hypocrites don’t get to call hypocrisy.

Golf is fine when a president is doing something productive for the nation. Obama golfed while the nation suffered for eight long years…not once did he admit his failures or attempt to change course. He deserved the criticism he got.

I’ll let you know when it’s time to criticize Trump for his golf games.

    • Chris says:

But Trump hasn’t done anything productive yet, and he’s golfing literally every weekend. Obama did not do that once within his first hundred days. The time to criticize is now, Tina. But you can’t see it.

      • Tina says:

I guess you must be following only left wing trump bashing news, Chris. He has accomplished quite a lot…in no particular order:

        1. Pulled out of TPP
        2. Increased border protection
        3. Border wall – plans submitted
        4. Approving Dakota Access Pipeline and Keystone Pipeline
        5. Signed EO to withhold funds from Sanctuary cities
        6. Ordered federal agencies to cut two regulations for every new one proposed
        7. Barred U.S. government funding to international non-governmental agencies that promote or perform abortions
        8. Withdrew motion filed by former President Barack Obama allowing transgender students in public schools to use the restroom with which they identify, leaving it to the states.
        9. Froze federal hiring (exempting the military)
        10. Extended and expanded Obama order that enables Vets to see a doctor of their choice.
        11. Has met with various heads of state including Netanyahu, XI Jinping, Abe, Merkel… and also Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg of NATO.
        12. Trump has had meetings with various industry groups to hear their concerns, including small business, manufacturing, banks, unions.
        13. Trump met with people from the black community to hear concerns and discuss ways to improve the inner cities.
        14. Created a task force for reducing violence and crime in America
        15. Ordered Departments of Homeland Security and Justice to coordinate with each other to destroy drug cartels
        16. Has taken steps to destroy terrorists and postures as a strong leader.
17 Asked the NATO partners to meet their financial and military agreements and gotten commitments
        18. Made terrific appointments including Nikki Haley at the UN
        16. Neil Gorsuch confirmed and on the court.

He works long hours everyday. I don’t know how you could possibly have missed all he’s done.

        • Chris says:

I was originally going to say that many of those aren’t accomplishments, but you said what he was doing was “productive,” and technically you’re right; all of those are “productive” even if I don’t agree with them. (Cutting funding to international agencies that promote abortion, for example, increases the abortion rate in those countries because those agencies are often the only ones offering contraception.)

I don’t see how that list is any more productive than what Obama did during his first hundred days, though.

          “He works long hours everyday.”

Well, not every day; he has vacationed more than any other president in his first hundred days. If there’s evidence that he’s been *more* productive in that time then other presidents, then that’s fine. But I don’t see any reason to believe that.

    • Dewster says:

Tina we discussed this many times,

No they were not to the letter of the law, The actual law states solely for the general welfare of the people. The guidelines were changed which does not follow the law.

Politics is not a nonprofit business.

      So Again hypocrisy.

I know exactly what I am talking about. You do not.

      7.25.3.1.1 (02-23-1999)
      Statute

IRC 501(c)(3) exempts from Federal income tax: corporations, and any community chest, fund, or foundation, organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, or educational purposes, or to foster national or international amateur sports competition (but only if no part of its activities involve the provision of athletic facilities or equipment), or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, no substantial part of the activities of which is carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation (except as otherwise provided in subsection (i)), and which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.

      AGAIN
any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.

      Do you ever care?

      • Tina says:

None of these organizations are formed under 501c3. they are organized under 501c4.

        Allowed activities include:

501(c)(4) organizations may inform the public on controversial subjects and attempt to influence legislation relevant to its program[50] and, unlike 501(c)(3) organizations, they may also participate in political campaigns and elections, as long as their primary activity is the promotion of social welfare and related to the organization’s purpose.[51][52]

The income tax exemption for 501(c)(4) organizations applies to most of their operations, but income spent on political activities—generally the advocacy of a particular candidate in an election—is taxable.[53] An “action” organization generally qualifies as a 501(c)(4) organization.[54] An “action” organization is one whose activities substantially include, or are exclusively,[55] direct or grassroots lobbying related to advocacy for or against legislation or proposing, supporting, or opposing legislation that is related to its purpose.[56]

A 501(c)(4) organization may directly or indirectly support or oppose a candidate for public office as long as such activities are not a substantial amount of its activities.[47][57]

A 501(c)(4) organization that lobbies must register with the Clerk of the House if it lobbies members of the House or their staff.[52] Likewise, a 501(c)(4) organization must register with the Secretary of the Senate if it lobbies members of the Senate or their staff.[52] In addition, the 501(c)(4) organization must either inform its members the amount it spends on lobbying or pay a proxy tax to the Internal Revenue Service.[52] Lobbying expenses and political expenses are not deductible as business expenses

I gave you this information before right here on PS when this subject came up.

        Do you ever read?

Your attitude toward me is off way base. I think you owe me an apology.

        • Dewster says:

No read all the non profit statues TINA

The LAWS WERE WRITTEN to be for the welfare of the general public NOT POLITICS … That was the intent and wording of the Laws.

          Fact is you are wrong.

Also do you know much about the Tea Party Patriots? That org where Jenny Beth and a Grass Valley mark Merkler?

2 Herbal Life Pyramid marketers? Ya know what they paid themselves off all those donations?

What makes you think Politics for Conservatives is suppose to be tax free? And when someone on the left does ……it should not be?

Sorry but read the darn laws, not the IRS Handbook the LAWS.

You owe me an apology but I wasn’t asking for one.

You are way off Base. This is a well known fact that was discussed during the hyped up IRS stuff.

Why are you always in the dark?

Politics is a big money business not a nonprofit.

We need to tax big money church businesses as well. Millionaire preachers is disgusting

          • Tina says:

“The LAWS WERE WRITTEN to be for the welfare of the general public NOT POLITICS”

            I have NEVER disputed this…never!!!!!

Why do you insist on making me the problem?

            The issue is basic equality.

Any group that applies for a 501c4 should get the same treatment as anyone else according to normal procedures. No group should be singled out and treated differently.

            “Fact is you are wrong.”

            About what?

The people in conservative organizations were singled out and abused by a government agency. Why does that not matter to you?

Koskinen and Lerner should be indicted.

“…read the darn laws, not the IRS Handbook the LAWS.”

And find out what? that conservatives should be treated differently?

“You are way off Base. ”

            How?

“This is a well known fact…”

WHAT is a well known fact?

You do not express complete thoughts. It’s like trying to talk to a squirrel!

“Politics is a big money business not a nonprofit.”

Politics is politics. Money is money. Nonprofits are nonprofits unless they act like agents for politics…THAT IS THE POINT!!!!!

All I ask is a level playing field. You are possibly too ignorant to realize it but you seem to be demanding an advantage, and an exemption from the law, for the left.

You sure are carrying a lot of bagage around about money…must be exhausting!

  4. Libby says:

Chris, don’t ask sensible questions. These are not sensible people. These are deeply, deeply weird people.

  5. J. Soden says:

Co-ordinated “protest” marches, identical chanting, professionally printed signs, matching hats or t-shirts and duplicated press releases are ALL signs of co-ordiation. And that co-ordination costs $$.
Claims that George Soros or MoveOn.ugh funded a lot of the tax-day “protest” marches are NOT unbelievable. Who else throws $$ around like that?
And speaking of $$ – even after millions of $$ thrown at yesterday’s GA election by outta-state donors, the Demwits still didn’t win. They haven’t figured out yet that Never Trump is not a valid platform. Runoff in June.

    • Tina says:

      Right on J.

In Georgia the press fell all over itself in an attempt to claim a big win in Georgia this morning. The loss was big after all that money spent for an outsider candidate against a wide field of Republican candidates. I the runoff Republicans will not be fractured. Republicans have a very good chance to prevail.

You’re right they do not get it.

      • Dewster says:

Also the tea Party patriots did not file they played chicken with the IRS

Tea Party Patriots Dare the IRS to Act

        https://nonprofitquarterly.org/2011/02/18/tea-party-patriots-dare-the-irs-to-act/

They files as c3’s and c4’s. But the actual laws are ignored now by the IRS

Why do you think tea partiers are so much better than everyone else?

Types of Organizations Exempt under Section 501(c)(4)

Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(4) provides for the exemption of two very different types of organizations with their own distinct qualification requirements. They are:

Social welfare organizations: Civic leagues or organizations not organized for profit but operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare, and
Local associations of employees, the membership of which is limited to the employees of a designated person(s) in a particular municipality, and the net earnings of which are devoted exclusively to charitable, educational or recreational purposes.

Homeowners associations and volunteer fire companies may be recognized as exempt as social welfare organizations if they meet the requirements for exemption. Organizations that engage in substantial lobbying activities sometimes also are classified as social welfare organizations.

What does the Tea Party do for the social welfare of others?

it is a Political party for the Koch Agenda period

          • Tina says:

They do the things that are allowed. Educating voters, providing opportunities to register to vote, cleaning up voter rolls…

Tea Party Patriots: “We envision a nation where personal freedom is cherished and where all Americans are treated equally, assuring our ability to pursue the American Dream.”

So scary! What the hell are you afraid of?

What does Moveon.org or any other left wing nonprofit do for the social welfare of others…besides advancing the open societies, open border, special interest agenda of billionaire George Soros? (Whose been doing this for decades!!!!!)

        • Tina says:

The IRS has ignored the rules for left-wing 501c4 nonprofits for decades…they continue to ignore them even though they have been found to be a politically corrupt entity. Why? Soro’s donates millions of dollars for left wig causes to hundreds of so-called non-profits. They don’t want to sink the gravy boat.

Tea party and conservative groups are not “daring” the IRS…they are suing! And rightly so, they were denied the rights guaranteed all citizens in the Constitution by public servants with a political bias.

It has now been established that 426 organizations’ applications were delayed, often by years:

“The lawsuit has progressed as slowly as the underlying applications themselves: at every turn the IRS has resisted the plaintiffs’ requests for information regarding the IRS’s treatment of the plaintiff class, eventually to the open frustration of the district court,” Circuit Court Judge Raymond Kethledge said in a March ruling.

“Among the most serious allegations a federal court can address are that an Executive agency has targeted citizens for mistreatment based on their political views. No citizen—Republican or Democrat, socialist or libertarian—should be targeted or even have to fear being targeted on those grounds,” Kethledge said.

Tea Party and conservative groups were also subjected to special questioning, some of which was not legal (disclosing donors personal information) or moral (demanding the content in private prayers!!!)

Most applications are granted (or denied) within a few weeks.

I’ve never said Tea Partiers are “better” than everyone else.

I do think it’s important to defend their rights…why don’t you?

Why do you think these citizens should be treated differently than their left wing counterparts?

“…the tea Party patriots did not file they played chicken with the IRS…Tea Party Patriots Dare the IRS to Act”

The TP Patriots did file and were one of the targeted organizations whose applications were delayed. They have joined with several other organizations in a suit against the IRS. That is isn’t a dare! It is their right.

I have never claimed Tea Partiers are “better” than everyone else. I have always advocated for equality under the law. Why don’t you? Why are you not disturbed by the egregious abuse of power against fellow citizens?

        No one won anything.
Corporate press is no more than PR Firms for Elections.

Hillary colluded with the Press and even asked them to knock out the prominent GOP Candidates for Trump. Did same to Bernie.

Backfired on her. We saw it and stated so.

LaMalfa’s town hall meeting made national news. The best review was given by a 16 year old high school student. Pretty bad when the “adults” in the room are acting like children and a child is the one who acted like an adult. His discussions to his classmates will be the political foundation for many of them.

    Dailey Wire:
“But the best response of the evening came form a 16-year-old high schooler, Greyson Reynolds, who shamed the room full of people who were supposed to be more mature than him.

“I think the immaturity is astounding,” said the teen, who had come hoping to experience civil society in action and thank the congressman for visiting his school to answer questions.

“Night and day,” Reynolds said, comparing the adult town hall with the high school Q&A with LaMalfa.

“It’s hard to believe that these people are grown adults and those people, the people at my high school are children. You’d think it was the opposite,” he said.

    Well done, sir. ”

My solution to the demand by the left for Trump to release his tax information is for Trump to say he will when Obama releases his college records, which he spent millions to seal. Obama never will, so case closed.

How does this delusional woman keep getting reelected? She calls for his impeachment at one of the rallies and the next denies she did.

UC Berkeley cancelled Ann Coulter’s speech for next week, but Coulter says she’s going any way.

Also heard this morning that another university has banned all face covering at protest. Those who do will be arrested. Not sure where the college is.

I think it’s a great idea and should keep out the professional protestors. Not sure if it’s allowed under our 1st Amendment.

    • Tina says:

Probably not but surely laws against violent abuse should come into play when appropriate.

      RE: Coulters brave decision…

Did you also see that the President of Fresno State turned in the professor that called for hanging Trump to the FBI, Homeland Security, and secret service?

Kudos to President Joseph Castro! If responsible people don’t push back the violence and intolerance will only escalate.

  9. Pete says:

President Trump promised he would release his tax information and he should honor that promise.

    • Peggy says:

I thought Trump said he would when the audit was finished.

I think he should release them right after Obama releases all of his college transcripts. You know, the ones he supposedly paid millions to have sealed. What is he hiding? The fact they show he was registered as a foreign student? We really do have the right to know.

  10. Pete says:

Comparing college transcripts to one’s finances is BS. Receiving a “C” in biology, or any other course, is not relevant to being President.

    • Peggy says:

      Sure it is.

GWB released his transcripts and was ridiculed for his “average-C gpa” grades and for not being an academic genius like Obama. At least that’s what we’re told since he won’t release them.

Since neither are required by law as a condition of running, change the law if you want them disclosed. Either both are required or both are not.
